PrintWithMe is the best. I don’t print enough to warrant buying and storing a printer, but I often want a few pages here and there. I wish this service was in every coffee shop in the city.

I was trying to print something but someone had left the back cover of the printer open, causing all my pages to jam and crumple. By the time Id followed the instructions on the printer, only to hit a dead end, Id already received an e-mail from Jonathan with Printwithme asking if my print job had printed alright and giving me a number to reach him at. Hed also called the manager at the venue and asked them to come check out the printer. Over the phone we fixed the remaining jam and Jonathan refunded me the $ for the wrecked print job and had the missing pages printed for me. Great customer service!

After processing the payment for scanning my document on my phone, I was unable to download to that device - when I attempted to access the document on my computer, I was told it had already been processed and was inaccessible. I now have to scan and pay again to get it at all.
