I love New Wave, but Print With Me scrambled my documents 3x, I ended up having to pay $10 to print a single page properly.

Was happy to get to a printer before Kinkos, on a Sunday, but this printer took five minutes to print each page. I had 9 pages to print, took about 45 minutes. Is this expected? If this is the norm ill happily change my rating but for now, 2/5

I print sparingly, so it doesnt make sense for me to purchase a printer for my home. Im glad I found PrintWithMe at New Wave Coffee in Logan Square. It was very easy to use; they walk you through all the steps. It is a little more expensive per page than printing at FedEx Office or UPS Store locations, but since the closest PrintWithMe location is right around the corner from me, Ill gladly pay for the convenience. I hope more Chicago-area businesses will consider adding this service.

Quick and easy procedure. Email documents, pay, and print. I took out a star because it was $2.38 for 2 double sided pages. Kind of steep, but eh. Beggars cant be choosers. I needed these papers and the printing service made it convenient.

The PrintWithMe printer kiosk at New Wave Coffee in Logan Square was recommended to me by a family member as a place to print event tickets while traveling. It was easy to access and use - and in a convenient and enjoyable location. I highly recommend and hope to find PrintWithMe in more locations.

The directions were clear, the process was really easy, and it was pretty cheap. Its nice to have this service in a place like New Wave that is already such a nice work environment. I dont need to print very often, but I always find it inconvenient and expensive to do so when I need it most. This service made it a lot easier.

I love the PrintWithMe kiosk, dont get me wrong, but I checked and double-checked my formatting before printing as there is no preview option with the service. I am currently printing resumes--not a lot of money to just throw away--and my formatting was completely screwed up. Now I have to try again, but Im flying blind here. Please make a preview option available before printing. Thanks.

Pretty simple and convenient. The directions are brief, perhaps to be more inviting, but it could actually use a bit more explanation so you know what is going to happen before you send your initial email.

Its expensive and doesnt know how to rotate pages, so it printed everything landscape. I tried to print from my phone, a big mistake. I really like the idea, but I mis-entered my credit card and never got an error message, just had a spinning wheel of doom and then when i did print, it printed wrong. Hope they can work out the kinks and get prices to be a little more reasonable. Shouldnt cost me $3.00 to print 4 pages.

Needed some printing done in an emergency & was grateful to find this place. Pricing totally appropriate for a quick print job & the printing was fabulous quality.

It is SO NICE having a place where I can print things because I dont own a printer and this is a really cheap way to go instead of buying one. The set up is really easy, you can do it from your phone (which I encourage, otherwise your documents will be sitting printed and waiting), and I can pick up a coffee while Im there.

I needed to print some Blackhawks tickets last minute and this literally saved my life. Cost me less than $3 all in and was really simple. Definitely recommend.

First time using a printwithme printer and it was quick and easy. I never visited this location before and the printer was easy to find. I printed two B&W copies for $1.52

I think this is a great idea, especially when there is no FedEx around and coffee shops is so approachable. But before I used the service I didnt realise that some document formats are not supported. When I was at the coffee shop I didnt have the laptop so I couldnt change the format. But somehow the printer still printed and what it printed was a question mark sign. I got charged for not correctly printed document.

EXTREMELY slow printing. I sent a two-page document and requested 11 copies. Instead of printing a single 22 page document, each set had to be sent 11 times. The excruciating wait time negates any convenience of this service. I will not be using this service again.

THEY DIDNT ACCEPT MY 30% DISCOUNT ONLY BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME I UPLOADED MY FILE AS JPG, IT DIDNT REGISTER IT. THE SECOND TIME I UPLOADED AS A PDF, THEY WOULDNT REDEEM MY DISCOUNT BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY USE ( BUT I DIDNT)

Anyone who flies Spirit airlines, doesnt have a printer and doesnt want to pay extra at the airport or trust that theyll be able to find a way to print it at the airport and still have time to get through the incompetent, useless, TSA, now has the option to go enjoy a coffee or tea the evening before their flight and easily print out their boarding pass at a reasonable cost.

I printed in black and white and the ink made a terrible print job. Some of the words on my resume were missing of letters were half missing. Two pages were jammed and my resume printed on a slant with a print wrinkle in the middle. Not a fan, especially for the price.
