Quite pricey, the coffee and food are nothing special. You’re paying for the atmosphere and location, which are good. Be prepared to wait a while if you ordered anything other than black coffee.

It’s one of those places very comfy. Hard working guys, they def love what they doing. And the food, ¡delicious!

The staff is always very friendly.... You have the option to sit either inside or out. And the mood is really layed back. They also sell interesting bites and merchandise.

I wont lie, the drinks are a little pricey- but definitely worth it! The atmosphere of the place really pulled everything together and made the entire experience enjoyable. A great spot for a casual date- especially with the park so close. Good location with the bus stop right in front as well. If you are passing by or in the area, definitely give them a try!

Colectivo is in a great location right on Clark street. Its a great place to grab a cup of coffee and people watch. The lattes are better than Starbucks. The cold brews are not great. The almond croissant is my favorite pastry here. All the staff are friendly. The barista Evan helped us out. He has great customer service. I am visiting the Lincoln park area and have come here every morning. The outdoor seating is perfect this time of year.

One of the best coffee shops in Chicago (despite being founded in Milwaukee). There isnt a weakness in their menu offering, coffee, or atmosphere. Their pastries are supreme. The coffee is awesome too. I recommend taking home a bag of it when you leave. They have so many coffee offerings that will appease all kinds of palates.

Good setting, a large lovely patio with lots of space and even a fire pit. The coffee has been good every time I’ve come, and the breakfast food (especially the pesto veggie breakfast wrap) has hit the spot.

Accidentally ran into this spot and we loved it! Amazing coffee, interesting juice options and their breakfast options seemed good also. They have a pet friendly, covered patio (guess it would be heated also) and they have an outdoor patio with fire pit. I would definitely recommend this place. Coffee lovers might wanna check out their pour over options.

Felt totally safe in the cafe. The have my favorite coffee drink... a cortado. Which is equal parts espresso and steamed milk. Some places don’t have it. Do, I’m loving it! Their desserts are good and complemented the coffee.

This place is amazing! Fantastic coffee, delicious food, a ton of pastries, and a beautiful patio. And did I mention draft beer? Its the first location of this Roastery / Cafe based out of Milwaukee. They sell all different types of whole bean roasts. Its going to be our usual Saturday morning spot from now on.

One of the best places to get coffee in my area is this coffee shop. As opposed to other coffee shops, it is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Baristas know what theyre doing and are dedicated to their profession. This coffee shop is also well-known for its friendliness. This is a location I would really suggest to everyone.

Great little spot. Large patio with part closed and part open section, gas fire pits and good seating. Lots of people are often there with laptops so it seems like a popular spot to grab coffee and do some work. The coffee wasn’t bad either!

One of the few coffee places with covered outside seating. Yeah its cold but they have a heater and its at least comfortable. Definitely a life saver since working from home and at least able to go out for an hour or so.... Great coffee

Nice place to have a great coffee, the best Cappuccino or Dulce de Leche but you can try the super spicy Onfire! I loved it so much that Ill come back for more coffee hehehee! It has sweets and sandwiches! And I was fascinated by its decoration and the old coffee machine, I loved it!

Great find! I was seriously impressed by their vast menu. I feel like this place is a bit larger in scale than your normal cafe, but excellent nonetheless. The menu was a little difficult to navigate, but its not overwhelming. Both the cold brew and the nitro cold brew were delicious!!! The pastries were next level! They even have sencha mints!

This coffee shop was recommended to my wife and me, and it was fantastic! Our waiter, Alex, was brilliant with his suggestions and made us feel at ease. We split a Panini sandwich and ended with a delicious homemade dessert. This is a must-visit location for either breakfast or coffee. We will undoubtedly return on our next tour!

This place is super adorable, retro, and eclectic all at once. Service was quick and people were polite.The matcha green tea latte I had was really good. I also had bagel and lox and they were delicious too.There’s a lot of seating but mainly outside. Unfortunately, I don’t advise eating outside because you’d be fending yourself and your food from bees! Lots of them. Because of the limited seating inside, I had to scarf down my food which I typically like to savor. Otherwise, this place is worth a visit.

This is one of the popular coffee shops in our city. Being here is very comfortable. And they had a very satisfying coffee!

This place is always busy when I visit! Covid protocols are pretty good with a dedicated path for ordering and picking up. Decently large patio area with tables, stools, fire pit, and benches. Bit of a lack of outlets, so it would be difficult to spend a full day studying. The drinks are great and my go-to is the Windy CI-tea (iced). It has a great taste profile that just hits the spot.

I really enjoyed my time here. Even on a busy Saturday, they have lots of space, and the staff was efficient and friendly. This is helped by their “no WiFi Saturdays” from 11am-3pm, as it’s their busiest time of the week, so it helps people flow in and out and makes seats readily available.I appreciate that there are a lot of options for drink sizes and the prices genuinely seem to reflect the difference in sizes, so you feel like buying the size you want instead of being pressured to get a size smaller because it’s so much cheaper or larger because it’s “just a few cents more.”I guess my one complaint is the quality of the drink. I liked that their standard is 2% milk rather than whole because that’s a bit healthier and tends to make the flavor of the drink stronger. But for the price, the mocha I got tasted not much like espresso at all. It was very chocolatey, and it tasted like syrupy chocolate and not real chocolate. Don’t get me wrong- I know coffee shops use chocolate syrup. But this tasted like an artificial chocolate rather than a higher quality brand that has a better flavor.I’m still giving it 4 stars because the vibe and staff are so good. My boyfriend got a plain iced coffee and really liked the coffee flavor, which is high praise from him. Overall I’d come back but probably try a chai or smoothie rather than a flavored latte.

Truly one of the best coffee-shops in Chicago, and a great place to visit during COVID-19!While in grad school, I often came here to do work at the outdoor patio and drink a lot of their good coffee (weather permitting, of course). However, after moving away, I didnt have the chance to come back to visit until last week, which was delightful.The staff has made such an excellent go of fixing up their space to be accommodating for coffee-lovers and visitors alike, fixing their patio to stagger tables farther apart, ask for guests to wear masks at all times aside from eating/drinking, and closing off an area to have easy access for pickup. I would encourage them to make an effort to limit the number of people allowed on their patio at once (it was a little too busy while I visited), but otherwise encourage people to come visit.Grab a coffee or a scone, and buy some of their delicious avocado toast for a light lunch or snack. Bring your laptop/book if youd like to work here, but be cautious about COVID-19 restrictions!

I am basing this assessment primarily on the quality of their chai latte relative to other coffee shops in the area, but let me tell you there are absolutely no things on their menu that they do poorly. I have been in this coffee shop several times and I can recommend them highly for working and chilling out. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They have a strong wi-fi connection which makes me stay longer. Suggestions, best spot to go is upstairs, they have a cozy and beautiful terrace. This is a perfect venue for a get-together. Highly recommended!

Cool outdoor patio. Cozy when its cold with heaters, its the perfect place to read a book and enjoy a coffee or coffee inspired beer. Although service wasnt the fastest, the staff was friendly & welcoming, and the sandwich, muffin & bowl were all very flavorful. Patio was lovely despite a winter breeze, and Covid protocols there made me feel comfortable.

Very disappointed.Cashier who took our order, was nice. When they gave us our order, hot latte cup didnt have sleeve on it. I almost burned myself. No napkins were given with our sandwich. We had to wait long time before we could ask anyone for napkins.Pumpkin spice latte wasnt what I had expected.

I love every Collectivo coffee I’ve visited and the LP location is the same. Nice staff. Good vibe. I love the patio in the summer with my dogs. The only problem I have is making a choice of beverage because there are so many interesting possibilities! Unfortunately, I usually just get my regular latte.
