I dont know why I will come for a dress fitting and Im told that I cant take a picture or even have a video conversation with my family who cant make it there due to Covid. I had wanted them to see my dress via video. And was told I could. This is not fair and unprofessional.

Love the store. I found my dress I need for my event thats in 2 months. They are really nice, professional and help you with what you are looking for.

The assistant that helped me, was so attentive to all my needs. She understood what I wanted, what I was looking for, the style and I could not have been happier. Anytime I need any dress needs I will make the trip of 4 hours to come back here again. I also was very happy that they had my size! So many different options to choose from. I got my dress, shoes and jewelry! I recommend Peaches!

Second time in this store and again… terrible experience. No pictures allowed, no phones allowed at all, no place to sit during 2 hours process, semi kind but mostly unkind staff, rushed through the process….. Guh. Good thing my daughter is a senior so we shouldn’t be back. All those strict rules and poor service take away from fun and joy that picking out a dress should be for any young girl. Unless you are extremely tolerant and a patient person, you should stay away from that store.

I had a great experience! They had an aboundance of dresses to choose from, short and long! The only problem was that its so popular, so the wait can get to be quit long.

I visited the Chicago location yesterday. The process is very organized I will admit. I recommend to preregister and print your wish list beforehand to speed up your process. However, the ultimate highlight of my trip was the assistance that was provided by Clarissa. She was such a genuine soul, and she was extremely patient with me. As for the rest of the staff, they lacked a bit of a friendly presence.

They helped us find the perfect quinceanera dress back in Feb and yesterday she had her pictures done and looked like pure royalty!

The wait time is brutal, but once your number is called and time to try on dresses our experience was great. Our attendant helped my daughter find the perfect dress. Then we enjoyed one stop shopping by getting shoes and accessories completed too. It was a full and long day but felt like a big accomplishment to have it all done in one day and one shop!

Extreme pressure sales! For prom dresses (I’m not sure about others) they allow you 50 minutes in the dressing room. They first have you pick out 3 dresses and based on those they bring you others. You are at their mercy to move quickly and bring you other dresses. If they have trouble finding a dress, they can eat up a good portion of your dressing room time. Once your 50 minutes is up you can go wait in line again. The management seems to have no respect for the customers. To them buying a $500 dress is nothing, they act as though you should spend a little time on a very expensive decision which is a final sale by the way.If you don’t pick quickly, you definitely feel their annoyance.Online is not much better. You have to hope your size fits or you get hit with a hefty 15% restocking fee and have to pay for the return shipping.And don’t call to complain! They listen politely, wait for you to finish, then start to belittle you and call you names.Very disappointed.

My granddaughter invited me to pick out a prom dress. This boutique was amazing. If you cant find a dress here it probably doesnt exist. They also do alterations and have every accessory you could possible imagine to finish off your look. Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Best experience Ive ever had while shopping for dresses.

I have been coming to Peaches for the last 8 years or so and every staff member is so helpful and kind. They really go above and beyond to help you find your dream gown. As a pageant queen, it’s THE dress store I continue to come to because it’s close and always has the most amazing pieces. We drove 1.5 hours and arrived at 6:20pm to Peaches boutique. The store hours are open until 7:00pmAs we were pulling dresses to try on, an associate told us that we couldn’t try on dresses, we asked why and were told they wanted to give customers a full hour experience? And in the same sentence said they stop giving out numbers at 6:15pm. Hello!! That math does not add up. And we explained how far we drove and asked why its not posted on website.They just looked at us, like whatever, so inconsiderate of them to not have that information on the website.Absolutely rude and ignorant associates, and even more to ruin an experience for a child and her dress search is such bad business.We will not be back, we will tell any and everyone we know not to come to peaches to buy a dress.Rotten experience and poor customer service!

Fantastic experience. The store runs like clockwork without rushing or pressuring anyone. Best to know the drill before you arrive and plan to spend at least 90 minutes for trying dresses, two hours even better.

Brought a dress online and went to the store for an exchange or return. As soon as I walk in with the bag I got harassed by a worker and they were very rude when explaining the return policy. I was there 7/10/21 around 3 pm. They explained we needed to return from the online store. When we do that we don’t get a prepaid shipping label and we ship it to the exact store we were just at and at a 15% fee. Makes no sense to me and this whole store just wants money back. I have been there plenty of times and will never be returning after this.

Beautiful dresses. We had an extremely long wait. We checked in at 10:20 we were number 45 they were on number 12. We werent put into a fitting room until 1 pm. People were nice but prepare for spending most of your day waiting here.

Got my dress here for prom and I am so happy with their service! They have a great system that keeps people moving. I went on one of their less busy days so I got in right away to a changing room with my own personal Peaches worker. She helped me the entire time with my dress changing.Would recommend going early on a weekday.

I found my daughter dream prom dress here.Of course it was crowded but the ladies where moving at a fast pace.You have to pick 3 dresses before you can be in line to try on the dresses.Once it’s your turn they give you 50 minutes to try on dresses and they also bring more according to your taste.The lady that helped my daughter and I didn’t rush her and answered any queues had.It was a one shop stop we found everything we needed.

To be as busy as it was, (I had about 100 people ahead of me who were waiting to try on prom dresses as well) the wait was surprisingly bearable. The staff was kind, and I left the store with a gorgeous prom dress. The prices obviously vary by designer, but expect to pay at least $200-$300 here. The process is convieint and pretty speedy for the most part. Amazing selection of dresses as well. I highly recommend browsing their website prior to going to the store, as the dresses that are on display on the floor arent the only dresses available. There are a ton more dresses stored in the back. The staff is so patient and really work hard to find you the perfect dress. 10/10, highly satisfied.

Been here 2 times bought 2 dresses had one altered here. Not too sure Id do that again. Had to go back 3 times, still didnt work. They gave me my money back but the 3 trips back and forth didnt make it worth my while!! Dresses were quite expensive!! Over $500, youd think the seamstresses would be more on point.

This place is not plus size friendly at all. I asked the woman for certain dresses and she would only bring me “similar” dresses instead of the ones I asked for. I would have been perfectly okay with her telling me the truth and just saying my size wasn’t available in the dress, but instead she continued giving me very ugly dresses that I didn’t ask for. The men working the floor are also very rude and pushy, they rushed us continuously and just did not help us feel comfortable. The entire vibe of this place is off and I do not recommend it! (don’t know if i’m supposed to say this, but I actually highly recommend “Annabellas Boutique” for any plus sized dress buyers! They were amazing!)

I have been to peaches three times now! Once for my sisters quince dress, the other for my dress and the last time for the damas dresses! I absolutely love their customer service. It is unmatched! Overpriced dresses, long waits, no chairs, and you are not able to take any pictures because they’re afraid that you’ll find the dress elsewhere for less. AND then if that’s not bad enough.,. they have signs up all over the place saying to TIP the girl zipping your dress. WHAT?!!! I have NEVER heard of such a thing!! How about you just pay them better!!! These dresses are ALL waaaay over priced and now you want me to pay your employees too? Get outta here. $700 for a dress that found (similar) at several other stores for FAR less. We went to a beautiful store at Woodfield mall that had THE PRETTIEST dresses of any of the 10 stores we went to from Chicago, Chrystal Lake, Kenosha, Milwaukee you name it! Go to Woodfield!! Plus this lady at Peaches is rude and only lets you try on 3 dresses and basically told my daughter her time was up and she needed to leave. BYEEEEE!!!

The orders were very confusing and the lady announcing grabbed my wrist and was angry at me for not picking out my dresses yet. when i did try on my dresses, the lady helping me would rush me and not give me my time to check out the dress. i was disappointed

Just purchased my daughters quince dress today and she loved it! Quick service, clean store, beautiful quality dresses, huge variety and selection. Melissa, whom assisted my daughter made her experience wonderful! She was caring, patient, compassionate, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond!Only complaint I’d say was over hearing another employee argue and yell at the girl who was assisting my daughter. She was so rude and mean to her coworker. When she had to step in and help because Melissa stepped away, my daughter said she sighed loudly and was annoyed to have to step in, which made my daughter very uncomfortable. Also, for the price you pay for a dress there, you’d hope the employees get well taken care of financially, but given all the signs they have up stating to feel free to “tip the associate” if you liked your service, just tells you otherwise. You shouldn’t have to tip someone for helping you try on dresses, you are already paying an arm and a leg for a dress as it is!

The dresses here were beautiful, the staff was very nice and helpful too. I got a short navy blue dress, it was off the shoulder and long sleeved. I love it so much. They also have pockets 🤗💕 its hard to see the some details in the photos as its very sunny out but its a very nice dress.

Place is nice and some employee are great. I went with my daughter to do special order in store because they didnt had the dress that we were looking. I order two and half year ago so i could pay them in payment. I dont need till dec 2021. The manager who did the special order look and sound very and i also order extra fabric. She told me let put the dresses order first and she will call if they do sell extra fabric and she will call back. She never call i have yo call back and over all i ask them if they order 4 yard of extra fabric a year ago they still tell me yes over the phone. Now i take my daughter to see the dresses and try on they still make me finish up the payment which is ok but when i get to see yhe dresses is was so beautiful the only problem was the extra fabric that i order was not what i expected it .

I went today with dresses in mind and an idea of what i wanted. Loved the process of checking in and printing out what you wanted. Bianca who assisted me did such a great job in listening to what i wanted and suggested. Wonderful attitude and attention to me. She told me all the options and what worked and looked good! Best experience ever. The girls that work there are so helpful. They spent hours with my daughter and made her feel so special. Easy to find dresses. The process from start to finish was amazing. They even have dresses in the back that aren’t out. The accessories and shoes they have are amazing. Truly a one stop shop.

Such a wonderful experience shopping at Peaches! The system that they have in place ensures that every shopper gets the attention they deserve. The dress selection was outstanding and our consultant/sales person was attentive and hard working. Peaches has a way of making every girl feel special and important - which is priceless! The prices are very high. There is a huge selection on the sales floor and the workers can pull more from the back room. Nicole was so helpful and enjoyable to find a dress with.

I am only giving a 2 star on my review because the dress was beautiful and well made...however, the rest of my experience was awful. I wont purchase dresses that are final sale because you never know how a dress will fit. I purchased a dress for an event and the dress was not flattering. It was very much a mermaid cut and I avoid those dresses because they make me look hippy, but it didnt say that in the description. I paid overnight shipping to get it in plenty of time. I went to return the dress and the website wouldnt let me and claimed it to be a final Sale though my receipt and everywhere else didnt say that. I had to contact customer service and fight the claim to get my return approved. Then they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee for a dress that was not properly described on the website and make me pay for the return shipping. Im losing a lot of $$ on a bad purchase with nothing to show for it. They were not willing to work with me and help me with waiving the restocking fee or pay for return shipping on a purchase I never would have made if the description had been accurate. As a previous customer of Peaches, this will be the last time I buy from them after this.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a dress for my daughter and was lied to from the beginning that this dress could be altered a certain way. After going back 5 times the dress still didn’t fit and was never altered the way it was said It could be. Then they forgot to do thicker straps and Barbara said she never saw it when it was attached to the card all along. The last fitting came and was then told what we wanted could have NEVER been done, once again being lied to. So basically we have this expensive not worth it dress that my daughter can’t wear because it doesn’t fit accordingly.The way they resolved this was by refunding the $80 for alterations. Which in turn is there way saying they messed up and don’t want to take accountability.This place is overpriced and definitely not worth it. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place whatsoever!

My daughter and I had wonderful experience today at Peaches. Barb and her staff could not have been more accommodating and welcoming to us! My daughter is a Peaches Prom Ambassador and the kick off meeting was well done, and it was fun meeting all the girls and their moms, and, of course, seeing the girls model beautiful gowns. Luckily my daughter also selected her actual prom dress today and Evelina could not have been more attentive and thoughtful. My daughter is looking forward to the next five months being an Ambassador with Peaches!

You will definitely know if your dress is a hit-or-miss from the OOOOOs & AHHHHHs the crowd gives. My princess didnt get to go to her real prom because of covid but there was a small gathering for the senior class that the parents threw together. She was BEAUTIFUL. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a dress for prom and it had to be altered. After 5 trips, the dress still never fit. They kept saying they could make certain alterations, but was never done. They basically lied from the very beginning. I can’t even wear this dress anywhere because it doesn’t fit. Not to mention, the prices are ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first time at your store. We travelled all the way from Nashville, TN after seeing your store online. We loved your store and all the choices. Most stores in our town only have one a few dresses in my daughters size to choose from in a 00 and have to order the dresses in her size. Not here! You had all the dresses but one on her list in stock and ready to buy. We left with a beautiful Sherri Hill Dress! Only complaint is that you wouldn’t let us take a photograph of my daughter in her dress. I could understand if we were not buying it, but we were buying it. Great experience for my daughter’s first prom. We will be back for senior prom next year!!!

We have bought online and on two occasions have made the 5 hour drive to Chicago to shop at Peaches because the team there is friendly and professional. Their focus on customer service is being measure. Its usually a little busy there but they make you feel like you are the only customer in the place. The day I went looking for a dress it was extremely busy, probably over a hundred girls trying on dresses. With that being said, the workers were really nice, helpful, and they moved quickly and efficiently. You won’t regret going to peaches they have a large selection of dresses.

Had a great experience with my daughter shopping for her first formal dress for the 8th grade dance.Very organized from the second we walked in the front door, was given clear explanations and what to do next and then after a short wait we were escorted to a dressing room where they waited on us and made the process great! They checked for colors and sizes and made good suggestions on other dresses too. Not only did we get the dress, but the accessory boutique was easy with helpful staff and then the shoes too! Peaches made it very easy to get it all done in one visit!Recommendation: Avoid Weekends, and Go online FIRST and heart some dresses you want to see and print that sheet. That made things even easier and more exciting too!

This store saved prom for my daughter. They were the only place with the dress and size that she needed. The dress is amazing and the shipping was super fast. They had the same price as everywhere else too only free shipping! I would highly recommend purchasing from Peaches!

There was nothing wrong with the dress, but our even was cancelled. I have PROOF that it was cancelled and they still wont do a refund on the perfect dress. I wish I had read their THREE DAY return policy prior to purchase. I would never have used them.

I found my prom dress here! The service is very nice and there is a huge variety of dresses and styles! All sales are final and you have to pay in full. They also have a registry so no one can get the same dress as you going to the same event.My consultant talked to me about payments but at the register, they said they did not do that. So I would recommend to go prepared.

Terrible experience. Two 7+ hour trips later and still they failed to deliver on their brand promise. Ordered two dresses which were supposedly custom ordered. Neither fit. One they admitted the manufacturer sent in the wrong size and the other they just shrugged and said all dresses have to be altered.. Even with neither dress fitting they were inflexible and would not allow us to try on other dress in attempt to secure a suitable fit. It is not about the money but the experience.

I had a great experience ordering from Peaches Boutique! I ordered a dress for my daughters homecoming. After ordering I realized I ordered the wrong size, not only did they reply quickly they put in the correct size and shipped it out the next day. The dress came in and it is beautiful!

It was our first time here and we were prom dress shopping. We drove 3.5 hours but it was worth it. My daughters consultant Melissa was amazing and she loves her dress! We will be back next year!

Came in on a Sunday & had great service. It was our first time shopping there & was pleasantly surprised by the process of getting a number, registering and trying on dresses. We plan on going back for next years prom too, which will give us time to save up for the dress. The only issue we had was the dress we picked had a thread that was hanging off. I was told it would be fixed before we left. After waiting 1/2 hour the dress came out in a bag but I asked to see it & saw that the thread was exactly the same. It was taken back and another 20 minutes go by & they brought the dress out & the thread was simply cut not re-stitched. This thread held the bodice fabric in place so I asked again to have it fixed or to take home another dress. Well the third time was the charm. If I didnt know anything about sewing it would have gone home with us like that. I was disappointed that I had to ask so many times to get it right but they deal in such high volume I guess its inevitable theyll miss something so small to them but big to me. We will definitely go back but I suggest really looking over the dress to make sure its perfect.

The customer service is amazing, the one on one consultant is so helpful. They have always been friendly, they explain the process as you walk in the door as well as the rules of the business. The absolute worst policies I have ever heard of...apparently they think it’s okay to turn away a mother with a stroller with a sleeping baby?! Are you kidding me?! How do you expect a mother to shop in your store while holding a baby let alone to try on dresses! Should a mother just let the baby crawl on your dirty floors so she can look through your racks?! Have you ever thought how absurd that policy is?! I understand no food or drinks, but no strollers is mind boggling and just rude. Mom shaming at its finest. You should change your name and only cater to teens, because you clearly don’t care about mothers with babies. We will never shop here again! We were turned away before we were even greeted. Please teach your employees some customer service skills and work on your policies.

OMG MY DRESS WAS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!It arrived at a very great time with the packaging being super effective since my prom dress was pretty big! The dress itself look just like the picture and actually was fitted perfectly on me! Also the price was soooo amazing compared to other places I shopped at!

We were so pleasantly surprised! This was our first time at Peaches. The dresses are beautifully displayed. We picked our 3 and our sales associate Danielle was just a delight. She was so helpful - honest when we asked for her opinion - and she selected additional dresses that were to our liking. My homecoming shopping experience was actually very enjoyable. I was a bit on edge about shopping here, due to the very mixed reviews I saw, but overall I will go back for my next homecoming. The only real complaint I have is that the organization of the staff was a little irritating, as it seemed a bit mixed up and while you were looking at dresses, you would get helped every .5 seconds. But once I had my 10 dresses picked out (you need 3 or more to get a room though), it was smooth sailing. The girl who helped me was very sweet and gave helpful advice. She helped me find my perfect dress. I didnt catch what her name was though as none of the staff was wearing name tags, but she had long black hair and was about 55. The dress I bought was in good condition, all the beading was in place and the material was very nice, a well made dress worth the price. I also got my shoes here and it was a surprisingly good deal! I got burgundy shoes to match my dress, and the heels were only 49 dollars, which for shoes, is a pretty good deal in my book, they were stylish and comfortable, and not so bold that you could wear them to another formal event or nice dinner. Overall I would recommend this store to any teenagers shopping for their perfect dress.

I originally purchased a dress with Peaches for prom and because I’m plus sized, it was special order and took a month to ship, which is understandable. Their payment options are very helpful and work well. When my dress finally shipped it arrived in only 2 days! The dress itself was beautiful and good quality but I didn’t like the way it looked on me so I requested a return and shipped it back within 5 days. I asked for store credit because they charge a 15% restocking fee for full refunds and I purchased another dress. Then I received a notification telling me my special order dress wouldn’t arrive by my prom day so at this point I called the store and asked if they could still refund my money to me and the lady was very professional and helpful. In the end, even though I didn’t get a dress, it was a very pleasant experience customer service wise and with the quality of their products.

Peaches was were I first bought my prom dress 12 years ago! So naturally when I was invited to an 80s Prom theme party I went back to Peaches! The store is huge now and theres a whole system they have to effectively execute your shopping experience and help you find your dress. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I got to try on many dresses and was assisted from getting in and out of dresses to helping me decide what dress best fit me and my event. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars, was my checkout experience. The man at the counter was very short and didnt ask things such as Everything okay? How was your experience? It was awkward silence, and to break the ice I said The young girl that helped me was super awesome and patient, I was really happy with my experience. He didnt even say anything to that! Made the transaction more awkward and I thought it showed he really didnt care about costumer service. So if you can get pass the awkward checkout, I recommend shopping for your dress at Peaches!!! Just makes sure you have at least 2 hours of shopping time!

Had the worst experience today!! I’m a mom with two kids trying to find a dress for my sisters wedding. After unloading the kids and stroller and sleeping baby we enter the store and immediately don’t get greeted instead, “there are no strollers allowed.” Where am I supposed to put my sleeping ten month old? They ask if I have a carrier? Um I’m sorry no I don’t and if I did how am I expected to shop with a carrier in one arm and a toddler in the other while looking through racks? Oh I know let me whip out my third arm! Not!! I’ve never felt so mom shamed in my life! Not welcomed at all and basically punished because I have a baby in a stroller?! I’ve been to plenty boutiques and no one not one has ever ever said this was their policy! I will never shop there again I’ve bought several dresses in the past before I had kids and never will I ever go back!!

I received the dress on time. It is a beautiful dress of excellent quality. Fit was perfect.

We did not find a dress, but the time the younglady spent looking and trying different styles to help us was great! She was very helpful! We tipped her for her service!

Came here once to try on dresses, lady I had was very rude and not helpful. Ended up ordering over the phone and when I came back to pick my dress up, it took me at least 45 minutes to even see my dress. Then when they finally took me back, lady was extremely rude and told me I couldn’t take even one picture in my dress that I OWNED at this point. So happy this is my last dance I ever have to shop for!!
