Was at the store last weekend with my family. The sales associates there are very friendly and much better than those at Hermes next door. David deserves a special mention because he spent time playing with my 18m old daughter who was desperate to get out of her stroller and wanted to run around Im the store. Since David didnt have a customer, he kept her busy. So much so that she didnt want to leave the store and David. The sales associate working with my wife was also very friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Visited the location last week and had comfortable experience. I noticed all sales are black men with just right enough introduction about products, didn’t push me at all. After visited both Dior and Chanel nearby, I switched from Chanel to Dior with a LadyDior, even though I’ve been watching and waiting for a Chanel bag for months.I will pick whichever brand that treats me really like a “customer”.
Worst customer service.I regret going to that store to buy my shoes. Most of the associates/ ambassadors are difficult to talk to,They gave me a hard time getting my order and they never call you back. They only treat good to those customers that they think are rich. Not happy with my shopping experience...I would not recommend that boutique.
Great service. Appointment Recommended.
Been a fan of the brand for years and loved the 57th street boutique. With that said, I just moved from nyc and wanted to visit my new local boutique, only to be ignored outside of the door and then hosted by sales that looks like he hates the job and talks with 0 passion. But hey, walk in and try stuff then make your orders online!
Had a nice selection of womens clothing but kind disappointed they had no mens
I was very hesitant about visiting Dior to buy a purse due to the negative reviews. So I initially gave Dior a call and the sales rep I got did not sounded snobby about helping me with a few questions and offered a personal line if I needed further assistance. So I decided to go into the store to buy the purse. However, I had a few issues with my purchase (I’m a very nit picky person) and this is why the 5 stars review. The sales rep and store manager helped me resolve the issues I was having and not once acted like they were too good for helping/doing their work. One of the time I returned to the store, my sales rep saw me waiting outside and ran over to the door security to let me in. Mind you, you needed to reserve a time slot with a sale rep or hope that a sales rep was free to be in the store due to limitation by the pandemic. All in all, I’m not an in-store shopper because I prefer to order online but I would gladly come back to shop at Dior Chicago from my experience.

It was a non-sense place. Made appointment in advance and arrived a little early. Still need to wait outside and all the walk-in people could just went in the store! With appointment means nothing at all!
Terrible experience with this store they have really bad customer service. I strongly believe they racially profile black people. Save your money and shop at Louis Vuitton or even Gucci you will be treated with respect and kindness. I will never shop with dior again!
Bad customer service. Bad experience and really unpleasant.
Below is a letter I wrote to the manager of the Rush Dior store and never received a reply to:I am writing to you as the Boutique Director to express how upset I was about my experience at the Rush St. Dior boutique today. I was beyond embarrassed and hurt by the way I was treated by one of your employees. My mother and I previously worked with Sam who always did an incredible job and was a huge influence in our transition from other high end brands to Dior. Our first Dior purchase we went in for a wallet and walked out with three Handbags thanks to Sam making it such a wonderful experience.Last week I called your boutique because I had an issue with a belt I purchased. A sales person named Claudine answered the phone and confirmed my concern by saying that the belt should not be having that issue after one wear and recommended that I bring the belt into the boutique so that it could be replaced or swapped for something else.I arrived with my mom at the boutique this morning with belt in hand and ready to purchase something else. A woman came up to us and without introducing herself and stated that she couldn’t verify that I purchased the belts at an “actual” Dior boutique. I was taken aback by this as it came off as somewhat of an accusation and my mom handed her the credit card they had been purchased on.I knew that we had an issue with locating the receipt last time so I pulled out my phone with the New York sales associate’s contact information from when it was purchased and in return I received a scoff and laugh from the Chicago sales person (who still had not introduced herself) that not only was rude but also unprofessional. The woman told me that me offering that information was unhelpful and then followed it up with an eye glare as she turned around and walked away. The sales associate returned and the conversation all of a sudden turned away from me being accused of not buying the belt from Dior to the belt issue now being normal. I brought up that I had spoken to someone named Claudine and was interrupted and told that this woman was in fact Claudine and that it did not matter if I spoke to her originally. From then on the interaction continued to worsen and taint the wonderful experiences I had previously at your boutique. Claudine spoke to me with such disrespect that I have never experienced or witnessed any other high end boutique.Claudine continued to put me through hoops and made me grovel to get to the outcome I wanted leaving the entire experience absolutely terrible. When the store credit was issued her way of telling me was by saying she wanted to “make it clear” that this was a one time exception and not something Dior would ever normally do. It was very condescending as if I were a frequent returner or someone who regularly took advantage of the Boutique when I had done neither. As a younger customer who loves the Dior brand, I was very embarrassed to be shamed and disrespected by a sales associate in your boutique. This whole experience has sadly left me wanting to never walk into your boutique again.
Came into the store to look around at bags after shopping at YSL. We wanted to visit the store since it was nearby. The sales associate followed us around the store like we were going to steal. She didn’t even say a word or speak hello. We literally had $5,000 bags in our YSL shopping bags. Bad experience and really unpleasant. I’ll just shop at another location.
Had an unpleasant conversation with a sales guy who had terrible attitude and slow reply for my after purchase service. Things became much better after switching to another sales who is polite, professional and efficient.
Great place very good customer service
Great service as always. Payment process can be faster tho. Ha
Beautiful store with alright service not great by any means. The lack of any men’s products is a huge drawback. For a brand new store I can’t believe they wouldn’t include an Homme section. Otherwise the building is beautiful and fits right in.
Terrible first experience with Dior. They will be extremely nice and charming and friendly when selling but customer service is greatly lacking. Their return policy is also dismal - it’s almost as if they’re so certain their items are terrible that they want to give you as little time as possible to realize it. Gucci, Chanel, YSL, even LV are much better brands with world class customer service. Skip Dior - the customer is the last thing on their mind. (And also - read the articles about how they’re planting their items on influencers to make their brand more appealing).
Great customer service and beautiful products. Victor is Great!
Outstanding!
Alex is amazing! Super friendly and helpful!
