I had the best experience with the ladies at Dress For Success! Doris is a gem, and Gabrielle is adorable! Doris picked outfits that I never would’ve chosen, but I loved them. She has a great eye for fashion, and what complimented my body type. Gabrielle has the greatest interviewing advice, she really helped boost my confidence! Great clothes, jewelry, shoes, and I even got a quality handbag. I’m overwhelmed hours later. Thanks so much ladies! Best wishes!

The women here were amazing! Truly God sent. All of them are mothers so they crowded around me like I was their child and found me some very modest, appropriate and fashionable clothes/ accessories. I love them. They honestly do care and their hearts are golden. God bless you ladies!

My experience here was not the best, however some items were nice. I dislike the fact they dont allow you to look for your own items. They Pick them for you, and they harvest all the Good Stuff . I really needed a couple of 2 pc suits they claim they didnt have my size when they had a whole rack of my size. My only concern is at this place, if youre hand selecting items to give to people who really need them what are they doing with them?. THESE ITEMS ARE DONATIONS NOT FOR STAFF PERSONAL PURPOSE.

I, Ms. Ora Mosley was referred to Dress for Success by my career counselor at Malcolm X City College. Im a recent graduate and I just got employment with a position in my field. I had an scheduled appointment on September 7,2018. When I arrived I was appointed to one of the fashion stylist Ms. Rose. She was very polite, helpful, personable, professional and showed great customer service. I informed her how I would like for my dress attire to look, she made it happen. It was a delight and a precious gift for me, to be at place where people take pride in helping you through the process of your success. Everything Ms. Rose picked out for me was pleasing to my eyes. I left there feeling good about myself and ready to go to work.

I love this place, the success team was awesome and very pleasant. My whole experience from beginning to end was amazing. Thanks to Sharon, she knew what I was thinking about & has impeccable taste in fashion. Thanks to Debra for even more support and now Im ready for my employment journey. Dress for Success is alright with me and I will be confident when I walk in any room.

Thank you to the Dress for Success (DFS) organization and everyone (management, staff, and volunteers) that makes it happen. I was dressed for success for an interview. And later for the start of a new job (different from the interview). The fact that I was able to go back later to DFS for a weeks worth of additional resources was invaluable!! Moreover, they were kind enough to fit me in on EXTREMELY short notice after learning that my job was to start the following Monday!Many thanks again to Kippy, my personal dresser and Deborah, the offices assistant. Kippys style was impeccable and she listened to my style needs and wants with her selections. And Deborah for her patience with my phone connection during the scheduling and transitioning me out timely as they were closing shortly and had another client.Overall, I had a great experience!!

I had a wonderful time. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. You have to dress pretty quick but its worth it to get good fitting clothes that are both professional and fashion forward. You feel like a model. Dress For Success is a great program. They offer more than just work gear. They are a professional network stepping stone!

The most delightful experience I’ve had with wardrobe, styling, self-esteem building and womanly bonding. I never had a mother teach me what is appropriate for work and work events. I felt overwhelmed with joy for the items and the service. I was asked at the end if there was anything that could of been done today to improve your experience, my response was champagne! I think this is a great program that helps people in need of interviewing clothes etc. I work for an facility that helps people get their life back on track. This program has been an great asset to many people on the journey to success.
