I would have liked the mechanic to physically SHOW me or offer a bit more explanation on the part that needed to be replaced or discussed with me why this could have broken, etc. When I have more information, I feel more informed and when I feel informed, I feel more comfortable with the service being completed. The part that was replaced (the right stabilizer) was actually replaced 9 months earlier by another dealership (which is now closed for good). To the best of my knowledge, this is unusual for this part and it should not have needed to be replaced this soon, hence a more in depth conversation from the mechanic at Rogers Auto Group. The noise that I was hearing has now stopped after getting this service done, but the $150 diagnose and advise fee is a bit absurd since we brought the car in already notifying them of the situation we have been. If the other dealership was not closed, we would have gone back to claim a warranty or ask why the part broke so soon.

I worked with Darrel and a few other great folks while at the Rogers dealership. All of management had the mentality of fairness and creative thinking! Darrel, specifically showed me the options compatible to what I was looking for. When it came down to my wants and my budget..at first it was an impossible, but with my trade in..they made it happen! I am anxious that there was just 1 key, def make sure to ask about that before assuming you will get 2 with a used car. That is def my only complaint. Darrel walked me through how to set everything up in the car too and worked with me being on a tight time frame that evening. Oh and def ask for the extended warrenty options! He hooked me up with that too!

I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday 10/27 for my loose driver seat. i feel uncomfortble driving and unsecure. My car was return to me unfixed. no loaner vehicle given i had to pay for ubers to work I was told everyday for 3 day my vehicle would be ready. I made a way to get to and from the delership. I have been a loyal customer to rogers auto group for 5 years. nothing was done for the inconvience and my vehicle is still not fixed as of 11/03/2021

The service advisor Oscar Rivera was courteous, professional and answered all of my questions; work on my vehicle was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction; the cost of the work done was very competitive and the deal breaker was that transportation to and from my home was provided using the Lyft service. Dropped off 2017 Tahoe for transmission problem still under warranty. Sat there since June 29, 2021 to Sep 23. We weren’t given rental car. No work done on the car. We towed it out to Jennings Chevrolet on September 23. We were given rental on the same day. Expected completion should be today sep 29. Oscar at Rogers was not helpful at all. Nobody at Rogers helpful at all. Kept calling GM they are not helpful either.

I am a middle-aged woman who NEVER wants to go back to public transportation. My very reliable vehicle, my baby, which I also purchased from Rogers Auto Group, broke down after years of being good to me. I missed work to figure out what I could possibly do. My son Paul took his car into Rogers in early July. The said the problem was that he needed to replace his entire exhaust system at a cost of $4800. He picked up his car and the problem was not fixed and returned the car. He has been without a car for over 2 months and the would not provide a loaner car. I called the general manager and the service manager to get a solution. Neither one answered the phone but I left a voice mail asking them to reach out to me and never got a return call.

It was wonderful, I was traveling from out of town and needed an oil change really bad. The staff was able to take me in that day when they usually go by appointment only. They also run your car through the wash as well. Most dealers do not provide this service. I was extremely appreciative.

Dropped off a vehicle for some updates at 8am, by 4pm no word as to the status of the work, wouldnt respond to texts/phone calls. I arrived at the dealer with the work incomplete, took my car and left. Sadly very few Chevy dealers in the city now and none of them are good. Will get rid of that Chevy car soon.

The service department was unable to accommodate me w/ a rental vehicle to use while my vehicle was being serviced for a few days. The service department did not offer or go out of their way to make sure that I would have a means of transportation while they had my vehicle in their possession for servicing. I was simply told over the phone “Yeah I know for a fact that we don’t have any rental vehicles available right now. All of our rental vehicles are currently out. I don’t have a rental car for you.” I thought that this was pretty poor customer service. The advisor (Oscar) didn’t even offer to call around to other dealership locations to see if he could get me set up w/ a rental vehicle! There was absolutely no attempt nor any further efforts made to accomodate me during this inconveniencing period of time! Nobody went out of their way or even tried to go above & beyond in order to minimize the huge inconvenience that this experience was going to be causing me! I also would like to mention that it is very difficult to even get through to your service department over the phone when trying to talk to someone about my issue that I was experiencing w/ my vehicle! The phone just kept on ringing & ringing & ringing until all I got after that was just the service department’s voicemail to leave them a message! Sure, the service department took care of replacing my failed battery & I am appreciate of that. However, I feel as though the level of customer service was shamefully very poor & it would have been nice to have been accomodated a little bit more than I wasn’t! This dealership’s service department really needs to improve upon the level of bare minimum customer service that they provide their customers w/! How can I possibly recommend your services to a friend, family member or colleague? Exactly! I absolutely cannot! Thank you for replacing my vehicle’s failed car battery, but other than that, I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED w/ the bare minimum level of customer service that I received! 👎🏻

He is knowledgeable about car repairs, gives great recommendations for next steps and ensures that his customers are pleased with the repair. What I love most about Derricks service is that he remembers all of his customers regardless of how long its been since he last saw you. The biggest deal breaker for me is waiting. The wait time was great. I was pretty much out within an hour and a half. The waiting room was bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. Customer service was polite and friendly. To include, the work done on my car was completed in a timely manner. Very accommodating.

I love the dealership however my experience with my sales person was less than what I expected. Although, I needed to leave the facility within a reasonable amount of time, the sales person did not take the time to give me all of the information about my new car purchase. I had to do research online and had to return to get a manual as there was not one in my car. I also have to return for a factory upgrade that I have not been notified of at this point. The sales person spent more time dealing with personal issues rather than taking that time to discuss my vehicle

My car is still making the noise it did before I took my car in. The unprofessional act that I encountered should not go unnoticed. I had to reach out twice to get an update on my vehicle. I was told by Keith. I would be getting a call back within 30 mins to give me a price for additional repairs. No call was made. If I could give it less I would. I made an APPOINTMENT to get my vehicle serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. When I came in I wasnt acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. I just stood next to my car. Every time I tried to get eye contact with someone that worked there they avoided me. Finally some strolled by as if they were on a picnic instead of at work. They gave me a piece of paper and shooed me to a service advisor. He told me an hour and half which I know is long as my brother is a diesel mechanic and I worked at a car dealership years ago. After an hour and 45 minutes I went back into the garage to see my vehicle parked a few car lengths away from when I brought it in. The service advisor said sorry they were busy. When I called to talk to a manager I kept getting forward to various voicemails. I would never bring a toy car to this dealership.

I went for an oil change. My appointment was at 1215 PM. After TWO HOURS, I went back to see what was taking SO LONG. My car had not even been started yet. The employee that I spoke with said it was next and should only take 15-20 minutes. He apologized for the delay and said it was because they were busy. So my question is, why schedule an appointment if you cant accommodate the customer within a reasonable amount of time. I had to cancel a meeting because I was still waiting for my car at 230 PM. When it was finally finished, the employee told me I had been given a discount due to the long wait time. That was a nice gesture, but my time is valuable and I dont like to wait over TWO hours for an oil change; it should have been complimentary.

This was my first visit to your dealership, and I was hoping it would be good, because you would be a convenient dealership for me to use. However, I was far less than enthused by the service process in place at your dealer. I arrived at my appointment time, but no one was helpful in determining what I was to do. Every other GM dealership Ive been to has employees greet the customer or at least acknowledge them. With no indication of who to talk to I approached someone behind a desk, who very brusquely told me I needed to talk to someone else. Having found someone who checks in service appointments, I then needed to wait and give all my information which I already provided online. Why not pull that information? You make your employees fill out old paper documents and waste customers time, instead of embracing technology and making everyones days go smoother.After dropping off my car I had no other issues, until I came back to pick up my car. I was told I could pick up my car until 5:30. When I arrived at 5 I was able to speak to the cashier, who then told me that I couldnt apply my GM Rewards voucher to the total, because no one from service was there to change the total. I believe this is completely unacceptable. Im using a GM voucher in a GM facility. If using it requires a manager or other employee, then there should be someone available to apply it all the way until 5:30. I left spending more money than I wanted to and feeling very unappreciated. I hope this is not the norm, but I fear it may be.

It was a pleasant experience. The service person, Derrick Parks was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is definitely a People Person. Derricks personality made me felt comfortable. I needed a ride to work and twice the request for an Uber was declined so Derrick asked one of the guys to run me to work. He also called me an Uber when I was ready to leave my job. I felt so bad that I wasnt able to get my car repaired because of the cost. He explained to me all of my options. He told me to give him a call when Im ready to be serviced. I am sure that I will be returning soon as I get the funds.

I brought my vehicle in bcuz its not running right. I was told that nothing was wrong with it. No codes were found and on the test drive nothing was found. Ive been driving this truck since 2016, I know when something is wrong. I have better things to do than to sit at a dealership for 5/6 and be told nothing is wrong with the vehicle. After all of that, I had to pay $150.00, why??? For what???? I am so not pleased with Rogers. I also have a problem with my radio, my inside lights, my back up camera, and my sun roof. I told him about that and I was told that they can only do one thing at a time. So, now I have to come back another day and probably another $150.00 or more. I dont think so, Ill go to another Chevy dealership.

My recent visit here was horrible. I was going to get my car service and the service man ( Oscar) was so rude to me. He barely gave me any information about repairing my car and kept telling me what he didn’t see on my warranty after I told him numerous of times my warranty cover the service. He even asked me who was my warranty insured under, I told him I didn’t know but if he could just just look up the warranty from my VIN number (this seem to be too much to ask). His demeanor was bad and it ruined my experience. I still didn’t get my car fixed after I came back twice that day. He told me my car would get repaired until Monday (as I was there on Friday) when the job was only a 2 hour procedure. The man was so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Horrible experience. When we bought our car three years ago, the electrical system was cutting out and we made an appointment here. When we arrived for our appointment, the technician was incredulous that we had made an appointment and was insistent they could not help with electrical. We left without the system being fixed, and then received emails, texts and voicemails for days admonishing us for “missing our appointment” even though we didn’t. Flash forward to today, and i naively thought that was an isolated experience and brought the car back in for a similar issue with our Volt’s driver assist system.I was wrong. You had our car for three days and did not fix a single thing. From the minute i dropped the car off, i was in a constant battle with the dealership to connect with my technician. DO NOT MISS A CALL. I called at least 40 times over three days, and was constantly directed automatically to a voicemail that was full. I tried other departments, trying to give authorization for a diagnostic test, and got no help. Is this a government DMV or a professional corporation?????!!!! Two days later when i finally connected with a live person to give authorization, they claimed there was evidence of impact so it wouldn’t be under warranty. I left with my car three days after checking in, without the problem being resolved. I am shocked by the ineptitude of this dealership. Never contact me again.
