Came in to get my iPhone 8 fixed and they tried to steal it! When I traced my phone, it was right in the store! They had me STILL pay full price for my repair! He apologized but that was it. I wasted a hour waiting for my phone!

This is a GREAT place to fence any new in box stolen items you may have in fact they were featured on the news for this very reason also all the big wig marijuana distributors hang out in the back. They love iPhones in particular you can get anywhere from 200 to 500 for a sealed iPhone no matter how you got it. Go check them out. They also resell said stolen electronics right in the store. Great place, really adds value to that neighborhood.

A month after getting screen fixed my phone is constantly freezing!! They won’t offer new screen or refund blaming it on my phone which was in perfect condition (besides crack ) when brought to the store!!!!

I got my screen fixed on October 26 and 1 week later it was a fine crack from the same location. They said theyll give me a discount to fix it again. I dont recommend NO ONE TO EVER USE THIS PLACE!!!😡

These guys are great guys anything I need they can get it for me! They fixed my iPhone 7 and my old iPhone 6 and they gave me a great deal they do professional work and use high quality screens. Honestly I rarely see anyone have bad experiences with this place but I guess some people have different experiences

I call to pawn a printer and they quote to quote say is it new and for a price range bring it in. And then I say one of the ink cartridges needs to be replaced because it ran out. He says naw he dont take those, just phones. Like what? I clearly said hp printer new. Rude and slow.

I went here to get my LCD screen fixed on my Samsung Galaxy 5 and they fixed it but the next day the LCD screen was cracked in a different spot. My phone was inside a otter box case so I was pretty sure it wasnt my fault. The product was very cheap. To explain when I broke it at first it has been out of a case but the second time it was in a otter box and I hadnt left the house nor dropped it

I really give this place ZERO stars but there is no option for that. So here we go: I brought my daughters iPad here and they had it for over a month. I kept calling in to check the status because I was told initially that it would only take 2-3 days max. Every time I called I got a different story. First, we need to check with the technician and he doesnt come in until 2:00 then I actually spoke with the technician and he told me that the last time he spoke with me I told him not to fix the iPad. Those words never came out of my mouth! I told him to just leave the iPad broken and I will take it elsewhere to be fixed. When I get there suddenly there was a mix up with 2 Dominiques with almost the exact same phone numbers and the same type of iPad being serviced. He agreed to fix it for $100 instead of the $110 that I was quoted initially for the inconvenience of having to wait a month. They fix it and I take it home and the screen goes out a couple days later I take it back and they fix it again. I picked it back up last Saturday and the screen went out by Monday. They use very cheap products to replace screens, LCD etc. Do not waste your time or money going here. Go to Chicago Ridge Mall and take your phone, iPad, or tablet to Phone Fix and More and they will fix it right THE FIRST TIME.Update: Since I cant comment back to management saying I have the wrong location Ill leave it here. I definitely have the RIGHT location between ultra foods and Dunkin Donuts. I think I have been to this place enough within the last couple of months to know where you are located so dont lie. If you dont do iPad repairs then an attempt should not have been made to fix mine!
