I went in to the store twice, one last night and once this morning. I got my phone upgraded and everything was very easy. I came back this morning because I wasnt able to make calls or texts for some reason. It was solved very quickly and the employee was extremely kind and friendly. On my way out, I saw another AT&T employee assisting a blind customer out of the store to the train station nearby. It was so nice to see the employee go above and beyond for the customer. I will definitely be back!

Brenda is one of the best representatives in the store. I am very happy with the help she provided. I added a new line to my account and got a new phone and number for my son. Brenda did an amazing job helping us pick out a good phone for him. Me and my son were very happy and pleased. Brenda did an amazing job . Nice atmosphere when I walked in the door.I was directed to have a seat any where I wanted. About 3 to 3 minutes later A employee came over and assisted me very politely.

The associates here are very nice and they took the time to explain the process as well as what deals I was getting. I had switched from sprint and went back to att because the service is great. I had got the new Galaxy and the promo for it is awesome. I don’t regret the decision. The associates made my kids feel like they were at home even though they were every where, thinking they were at the playground. But overall, great store!!

David was beyond helpful and being I took my daughter for an upgrade he talked to her as well as me that means a lot to not only me as a parent but for a kid to feel like a young adult. He made the experience easy to understand and actually fun your like fun right well I cant explain it was just. And Julio was fantastic. Seriously ask for David you will be happy you did. And if you want extra help he and Julio make this store what it is. And like Ive said I come here versus every other store close to me. And these two have been my favorite. After purchasing my new IPhone and EarPods from the Apple Store I walked over to the AT&T store to transfer an account. While doing so, I mentioned that I just purchased my new devices when Store employees Evelyn and Jordan was extremely helpful in setting up my new phone while also transferring my personal to business account. The worst at&t experience I have ever had. I do not want to mention the name on here but one of the staff treated me very poorly. I was interested in purchasing a new phone and had some questions before the purchase. However, the staff acted like I would not able to afford. He was not interested in helping me at all.

Devyn was super helpful and knowledgeable about iPhone. She helped us with all the best deals and setting up the phone.

Went in to just ask a couple of questions, and came out with a better plans for less money then I had before from Best Buy. They saved me over $30 a month. Amazing customer service and very friendly, even during a pandemic!! Would recommend this location to anyone.

This was the best customer service experience Ive ever had when dealing with a cell phone company. Sean and Julio wanted to help me get as many discounts as possible, which required extra action from my previous provider. The previous carrier didnt make it easy, and Sean very patiently spent about six hours over two days making sure everything worked out perfectly. I had put off a carrier switch for a long time thinking something could go wrong. Of course it did, but it was Sean at AT&T who fixed it and made it as easy for me as possible. It was a great welcome to my new service provider.

Store is good place but can give more good and best customer service and not to get too much anger towards customers. As customers may be of people who know everything about how technology works to a person who really doesnt know how it works but just are hoping to stay connected with their lived one through your mobile carrier. So please do respect them as I have seen one if the person who was not showing some respect to a customer as she doesnt know which area she need to select for taking the carrier and the person who has to help her was so irritated and was not even asking that old lady to sit and speak 😑

I came into this AT&t store a little over a year ago and due to some billing issues I was having. The store manager was supposed to follow up with me and did not, so I came in to find out there was a new manager Miguel. He took care of my issue in minutes so I wasnt sure why the previous manager couldnt. Anyways I decided to reluctantly give this location a chance again recently. I came in with Miguels businessncard he gave me a year ago and asked for him. The young man who greeted me, Fabian went over to Miguel and let him know I was waiting for him. Miguel came over to greet I explained to him I only wanted to work with him based on previous experiences Ive had at the location. Miguel said he was going to be a bit with a customer but Fabian was one of his very best and he would come check in when he was done assisting his customer. So I let Fabian assist me.I explained to Fabian I wanted to look at my plan and look upgrading my college bound daughters phone but wanted to make sure she would not lose her stuff. The button on the bottom of the IPhone wasnt working which presented a challenge in itself. As Fabian was going through plan options with me, he called over one of his coworkers to assist him. They were able to get into the phone to back up the phone and made it so my daughter could use her phone without the bottom button of the IPhone until I bring her with me to get a new phone. Fabian showed me some plan options with unlimited data for less than what I was paying with a new phone options for my daughter included. I couldnt believe it would be less. Miguel came by to check in and I asked him to take a look being the skeptic that I am. He assured me that Fabian was accurate and gave me the itemization of the plan. I am still in shock.I waited to talk to Miguel after I was done because he was talking to one of his employees. He came over after he was done and double checked to ensure everything was done properly and everything was backed up. It is a night and day different from a year ago. The staff here is super friendly. I can honestly say I dont remember the last time I had such great customer service at any retail store! This group of employees at this store work together. I recommend working with Fabian. If you need anything AT&T related you come see Miguel and his team! Blown away from my experience

Poor costumer service. walked it to pick up my new phone and get help setting it up and had to ask for help as about 3 associates where gather by a table halving a conversation about dababy. They gave me my phone after I went up to them . I then asked for help setting it up with the new chip and Jordan told me all you have to do is put your Apple ID and sign in to it . I tried to explain to him that the phone came with a new chip and that I had to activate it but he was no help at all. I left the store and had to call at&t instead . Sad to see so many associates yet nobody was helpful.

Sean was excellent. He really made my transition into new services very simple, and showed compassion and empathy which most salesman do not do.As a general rule AT&T is a tremendous establishment. If you are visiting a store I would say, just remain patient. There are a plethora of people with AT&T services.I have read some reviews written by horribly impatient people, don’t go with other people’s opinions choose your opinion and defend it.I love AT&T!

I just joined the AT&T family plan and traded my old Samsung S9+ for a brand new Samsung S10+. I could not be more happier. Best Thanksgiving ever. Thanks Otoniel for being very patient and explaining everything...especially the screen protector! I would have otherwise spent money on that! They dont really respect their clients. Though they gave you their name card. But then they turned out to lose patience and let you wait and wait. They did it on purpose because they did not want to solve your problem. And they would blame you or complain behind you. So rude 😡😡😡 What a fake customer service.

I went into this location looking just to get new earbuds. I walked out switching from Xfinity to AT&T. The customer service from the young lady Tirzaah was great. Really nice store.

Amy introduced herself as a manager but has very poor customer service skills with an inability to answer tough questions.Ie. How is free home internet free when there’s an activation fee + 3 months must be paid before there’s a credit?That’s not free! “Free after a $250 spend” is accurate.
