ProSource has a nice showroom and really helpful staff. Craig, in particular, was patient and knowledgeable and helped us pick out all sorts of options, find alternatives where necessary, and worked with us to find reasonable pricing.

I wish the experts here had time to pay attention to detail and follow through. Really great people, in the end I was disappointed with the service and support I received. In general, great products, but if you have to fight to get them and in a reasonable amount of time, I’ll take my business elsewhere, even knowing there aren’t many options.

Several weeks ago I was really in a bind looking to remodel my home before Spring hits. When I spoke with Tony he reassured me that we would be able to achieve all of my goals for my house within my time frame. Tony not only helped make this overwhelming experience a pleasant one but he also made sure to make me feel like we were a team! Thank you so much for all of your hard work, I truly am grateful!

Prosource is my one stop shop for everything finish out! The staff is so great about getting quick stock and price info all while I’m there! Bryce Lee is the best, always helps me find exactly what I’m needing! No need for multiple trips to every showroom! Great place to take clients as he will actively quote and check stock while they are there!!! Thanks for great service Mr Lee !

Tony was simply amazing to work with. He made sure to answer all of my questions without making me feel annoying. Most importantly, Tony was patient with me and walked me through all of the options I have when re-doing my bathroom and kitchen. Our general contractor directed us to ProSource for our three flat gut rehab project and we were not disappointed. We practically purchased everything we needed here: tiles, flooring, cabinets, backsplash, etc. The staff was amazing in helping us choose and order what we needed. Heres the thing: they only cater to contractors and developers so if youre a guy looking to buy a few pieces of flooring while doing your own kitchen, youll want to go elsewhere. Their prices are competitive because they limit their clientele to professionals. In any event, we were satisfied doing business with ProSource, especially with Tony Muniz.

Terrible, uninspired service provided by unprofessional design professionals. Didnt know their product, cost us money due to their lack of organization and follow-up. Dont be conned by the good sales guys that work the floor - we never saw him again after our first conversation.UPDATE: Terry was incredibly responsive to our concerns and addressed the problems quickly, professionally and with a wonderful attitude. We couldnt have been more impressed with his approach. Its clear that he is working hard to make ProSource the place to go in the West Loop for home design/reno needs.

After finally finding a contractor to remodel my kitchen and bathroom, I was informed he deals with ProSource. I went to the showroom and had the pleasure of meeting Lindsey. What an amazing experience! She helped me pick out cabinets, countertops, and bathroom tiles. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for design! 🤩 She is professional, kind and friendly. I felt like I was on HGTV! She showed me various combinations of materials, and offered great advice and ideas. When searching for a contractor, I was never given the opportunity to meet with people who supplied the materials. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for, and I am extremely grateful to have the opportunity to work with Lindsey!I was then introduced to Khrystyna, who changed the layout of my kitchen for optimal efficiency. She had ideas that I would never have thought of on my own, and made it aesthetically pleasing! She is also extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.These ladies are both exceptional and provide OUTSTANDING customer service!If you are looking to remodel, or purchase materials from a company with an amazing selection, look no further.
