I called this location a few days ago and the receptionist was AWESOME!! She was so helpful and so pleasant. Even though Studio 41 doesn’t offer the service I need, she distributed the best customer I’ve received in a long time. I sure hope all of your employees are just like Jada!

Friday was a very interesting day-from the Studio 41 delivery guy saying that he couldn’t bring the cabinets past the curb by himself-to the short cabinet drawers.The first challenge was getting the corner cabinet inside so the contractor wasn’t pleased about that. Also upon placing the order and revising the cabinet layout with Joanna there was never a conversation regarding that cabinet not being able to get through the door.The next issue was when I discovered that the cabinet drawers were too short. I immediately contacted Studio 41 and I spoke to Regina because Joanna was gone for the day. According to Regina the short drawers are a manufacturer defect therefore the drawers will need to be replaced.Meanwhile I left a voice message and an email for Joanna who followed up Saturday morning. She also stated that the short drawers were a mistake and that she would contact the manufacturer Monday (today) and get back with me. In addition she offered me a $250 gift card to be used at Studio 41. I inform her that I already had a faucet, drawer handles and a back splash so all I needed is a sink which I was in the process of ordering.I sent Joanna a picture of the sink in my Amazon cart for $259 so she stated that she would find out if they could price match. I informed her that the single bowl sink is 28” and that it comes with the attachments (sink protector grids, cutting board, roll up rack and colander). She stated that she would let me know what her manager said.Today I didn’t hear back from Joanna so I reached out to her for an update. She stated that my contractor could go ahead and install the cabinets and that she ordered new drawers. She also stated that the Studio 41 service department would replace the drawers upon their arrival however she conveniently left out the fact that the drawers will take 2-3 weeks before I receive them. Not cool.Joanna then proceeded to talk about there is nothing in the store that will match the sink that I want from Amazon because their sink cost $380 alone. Then she proceeds to question the quality of the sink that I selected on Amazon based on the accessories that come with it.I asked if she could credit my account back $250 instead based on the inconvenience that this has caused and based on them not being able to accommodate me. She stated that she would let me know once she talks to her manager.Studio 41 should’ve offered me more than $250 for the inconvenience that this has caused me. I could’ve easily returned that cabinet and asked for a full refund but they’re trying to force me to use a store credit and to be honest I can’t say that I’ll ever order from Studio 41 again.

I was definitely satisfied with the customer service provided by Regina A. today! I came in with limited knowledge of what all I could do with the layout of my kitchen and she helped me put my thoughts into a very lovely kitchen layout with only vague info. I appreciate her for being patient with me while I described something with so little info to go off of! Thanks again Regina! I will definitely tell my friends and family to see you there!

Pleasantly surprised to find back splash tile that is unique and beautiful. The showroom manager Ms. Irk is knowledgeable and honest and helpful. Unique hardware pieces....you pay for what you want!

I have been looking to remodel my bathroom. Not knowing where to start, I went into Studio 41 to get ideas and starting points. I was met with a very very nice lady named Jaida. Even though the store was quite busy, she patiently walked me through what they offer, what the process is, and how to get started. She was very helpful and so nice to walk me through everything even though she was very busy. I have to make an appointment, but I hope they are all as friendly as Jaida.

I called this location just trying to get information regarding doing a kitchen remodel. The receptionist Jada gave me so much info even though she did inform me that she’s not a kitchen designer. She let me know it would be in my best interest to make an appointment with a designer to insure I would be seen when I do come in. I’ll be making an appointment soon thanks to Jada!

I was able to get contact information for someone else I can speak with at a later time. No one was available when I called but I am happy and will be making my purchases soon.

My contractor referred me to Colleen Garcia. It was a very pleasurable experience in designing my kitchen. I have been to other places and did not feel comfortable with them Colleen its very knowledgeable and very understanding to your needs. She listens, explains and designs accordingly. I liked she was able to vision what I wanted and stayed within my budget.

I had the most comfortable and outstanding experience purchasing cabinets with Colleen our cabinet designer. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. Never once did she make me feel rushed or bad for asking questions. When I had a vision she tried her best to execute my design and while at the same time offering very helpful suggestions. I will definitely go back to Colleen for my future designs. 🥰

Order countertops they make them themselves there at the place when theyre done they call you let them know when theyre done you come pick them up or they can install them them self

My husband and I have been rehabbing homes in the Chicago area for several years and have been using Studio 41 (different locations) for our cabinets. Joanna Hernandez at the south side location is by FAR the best rep we have worked with! She is extremely knowledgeable with inventory and is able to assist us with whatever we need, offering advice on layouts and design. She is also always available when I need help and returns emails, calls, texts promptly. Even if I am rehabbing a property on the other side where another Studio 41 location may be, I still work with Joanna at her location because I can expect a consistent high quality of work. Colleen and Renee were very helpful with my design when I had a problem. Colleen went the extra mile to call me on her off day to make sure that everything I needed and wanted was taken care of. I rarely write reviews. However, I always read them before I spend a sizeable amount on a product. Often times the quality of the product speaks for itself, but its the customer service that pushes me to the finish line and seal the deal.When I entered the showroom on 83rd street, I was immediately greeted and asked may I help you? I explained my situation and was told that I was second in the queue. I observed that each desk had customers being helped by staff. I did not mind waiting. (Duirng this Covid era, the seats were spaced at least six feet apart and as customers left, the area, chair and desk surface were sprayed and wiped, completely disinfected for the next customer). WOW the showroom was as clean as can be.Then I met Carmen Porter, She was patient as I explained that I tried to clean the window, and it fell out of the window frame. After listening to my predicament, she showed me several window products and located the one that matched mine. ( I now know that the pivot bars were missing or broken). She was able to provide me exactly what I needed to repair my window. I recommend Studio 41 and if you are lucky enough to be assisted by Carmen, you will be happy with the outcome. She will see to that. I will definitely shop here for quality items for kitchen, bath and windows.

I was referred to Regina by a contractor that typically work with her for all of his kitchen and bathroom projects. She was very thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ll be starting my basement project soon and will be back to see her for my cabinetry needs. Keep up the work!

My last visit to Studio 41 was a plesent one as always and even though the store was quite busy at the time your receptionist Jada Gonzalez made sure I didnt go unnoticed for very long. I have been using Studio 41 for all my cabinets & windows for the past 7 years. Joanna does all my kitchen design / layouts . She is very quick to respond to calls or emails and typically has a layout back to me within an hour. Carmen, handles all my window needs ! She is always lighting fast with a quote no matter how i get it to her. Phone, text, email, paper napkin or 2 x 4. I have been remodeling homes for over 20 years and have yet to find a better vendor for any material than studio 41 ss.

If first impressions mean anything this is not it. Granted its a showroom but it could still have a more put together appearance. This was my first time there and I dont think Ive ever go back. But the location is convenient.

My husband and I went in on a Friday around 11am to look at cabinets. We where greeted and left to look around in the show room with out feeling pressured on purchasing anything. When we saw the cabinets we liked we walked over to MS. Q with measurements and a few request for some cabinets. She was finishing up with a customer but kindly told us we where welcome to stay seated as she explained the last details to the customer she had. We didn’t realize her customer had walked away and felt horrible just taking a seat. But she was more than kind to tell us she would be with us shortly. She gave us a computerized image of what our kitchen would look like with the cabinets we liked. She was patient with every request we had an was able to accommodate us because we had all our measurements and realistic expectations for the kitchen size. “Measurements and space” is key to being a happy customer don’t blame the sales person she was able to make things happen because space was available.
