There was no pressure and no haggling. Everything was very transparent. Jim really listened to me and explored options with me trying to meet my needs while getting the best offer. I walked out very happy. Picking up the car was a quick, simple process and Jims tutorial was helpful.

Its amazing the contrast of experiences that I had from my 1st to 2nd time. The 1st time I was serviced by them was smooth. They treated my issue with urgency and even offered a loaner if the car was going to take a while to get fixed. But they were able to fix it that day so there were no issues. Its barely 2 weeks later and now the same issue is happening with my car. This time, John in the service department is saying that itll take a week to look at my car again eventhough they should have done everything right the 1st time.Go somewhere else where youll be treated better...

WOW! Ray Buick came through for us again. Check engine light came on. Freaked out as always. Called the service department to get it checked. John answered. He said they were booked solid for two weeks. YIKES. But, John said to bring it in and when they had time they would look at the diagnostic. Miracle John called back told us what it could be. They had the parts. Might take a day or two. Busy and all John called the next day. All fixed! George was also extremely helpful. Ray Buick ROCKS! Thanks Guys.

Great family-owned dealership. Ray, Tony, and Rick did a great job from giving me a great price for my trade in to getting a car that I wanted, shipped from another dealer in less than a day. They were not pushy with any extended warranties and explained each paper I signed. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in the past and there was always some hidden fees. There honestly isn’t much dealerships like this one left. I will definitely be coming back!!

I have been out looking for a vehicle for a few weeks now and was unsure about my purchase.Today, I decided to go to the dealership and take a look around the lot. I am really happy with what I saw while looking in the lot. Unfortunately, after looking at several cars outside for over 25 minutes I decided to leave. Not one salesman came out to greet me and tell me about their product. I am so disappointed with the service and tomorrow I will be going to a dealership that will cater to their prospective customers. Love the cars but hate the lack of service!!!!
