Being a bride can be stressful, finding a dress was such a tough decision. But thanks to all the wonderful girls at Viero it was effortless. They really all do such an amazing job, they go above and beyond. I could not be more impressed and all around genuinely happy with the experience. I would recommend them over and over again. I went to 20 shops all over IL and tried about 100 dresses on and no experience tops this. Viero is truly the most amazing place to purchase your wedding gown. Cannot thank these girls enough. I looked for dresses at multiple Chicago boutiques, but nothing compared to the incredible selection, wonderful hospitality, and responsiveness of Viero. Honestly, would never spend money here. Im from Michigan and had been planning a Chicago trip for weeks. I indicated specifically what dresses I was interested in in my appointment inquiry. They called today with my appointment Saturday to tell me not one of the dresses I wanted to try were at that store. So Im now out $500 for hotel and travel expenses. They then tried to tell me most people call to make sure the dress is in stock, but nowhere on their website does it say to call for dress availability ahead of time otherwise I wouldve done that a week ago to make sure it was there for this weekend. Absolutely TERRIBLE business and extremely upsetting as a bride!!!!!!!

I can’t recommend Viero Bridal Chicago enough. I had two appointments here before I found my dress and both experiences were wonderful. Such gorgeous gowns at Viero!! Tania was such a star, we felt so comfortable with her. Something really nice about them is that Viero brand dresses can really be altered in any way and they have total control over it because it’s their brand and designer. Beautiful salon, we had so much fun! It’s one room, so it felt very private and special for me and my family.

I found the most gorgeous dress here that had all of my family and friends wondering where I got it from. My venue coordinator was even curious stating that she has “never seen a dress like this before” as she repeatedly complimented how great it looked on me. Tanya was so so helpful throughout my experience, even when the shop closed during the covid peak and I needed my dress to wait at the shop until things settled down. My dress was altered here and the seamstress is incredibly talented. My dress fit like a glove. I highly recommend this place, you WILL find your dress here :)

Had such an amazing day here today! Tanya R. helped me find my dress and did such a wonderful job with making me feel comfortable, confident and excited! She was soo kind and genuinely wanted to help and give her advice. I got the most gorgeous and unique dress here and because of her, I found something I would’ve never thought I’d be interested in. The whole boutique was reserved for just my two guests and I so it was super personal and we got to browse and pick out many different options. I’m so happy we were all able to get some joy and excitement in such a crazy time!

Beautiful boutique- The associates are very professional and pleasant.

By far my favorite bridal shop! It’s in the Ukrainian village so there’s tons of street parking. The shop is small and intimate so it was nice to have to myself and friends. The assistant Khrystyna was helpful and knowledgable about all the dresses. She was very professional and let me try on several dresses, several different times. Clean and modern shop. I had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend coming here for something different than most shops! Prices start around $2500. They did several modifications and within a reasonable price, but make sure you order your dress at least 10 months in advance!

Look no further for your wedding dress!! Viero is by far the most amazing place to get your dress. I went everywhere to find a dress, and looked for months and months. I was getting very nervous. I tried o over 65 dresses. I tried on $10-15,000 dresses and none of them were what I wanted. Also, none of them were customizable. Who wants to spend that kind of money to look like someone else!?!? Regardless of the money...who wants to wear someone elses wedding dress? I went to Viero and met Vira and she spent so much time with me customizing my dress. She made sure every detail down to the last Swarovski crystal was immaculate. It was such a pleasure to work with Vira and get to know her. Everyone who works for her are also so sweet and were such a pleasure to work with. I am so in love with my dress. thank you so so much Vira!!! You are AMAZING!

Selecting the wedding gown is one of the most important decisions to be made! So many styles and options to choose from! We were helped from narrow down styles to putting in the gown! We requested customs changes and are done perfectly to our needs! Making any and every detail an option! The ladies at Viero are first in class and could not have been nicer. Due to covid, my family who is based in California couldn’t attend my dress fitting at the Viero Chicago location so we did it through Facetime. I still wanted the in person experience and the Viero team shipped my dress in to their Los Angeles location and my mom, Grammy and I were able to share the special moment together of officially saying Yes to the dress! It was truly so special and this simple act of kindness and overall customer service went so far. Love how the dresses are stunning, budget friendly and the team is truly a dream team and always there to help! I would recommend Viero to anyone!

Best Dress shopping experience! I needed two dresses bc my fiancé and I are doing a church ceremony and an outdoor ceremony back to back days. I had shopped at two other boutiques before Viero and neither experience compared to the one I had at Viero. The staff was LOVELY! And the dress selection astounding. SO MANY beautiful dresses! I wanted them all! I bought both my dresses for my ceremonies there. Highly recommend!

Before visiting Viero Bridal, I had been to two other boutiques. What makes Viero so different than any other place is that it has unique gowns you will not find anywhere else. Their elegance and beauty is truly breathtaking. Needless to say, I said yes to the dress. Highly, highly recommend this place. Khrystyna was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. You wont make a mistake visiting this place!

Ladies, just make an appointment here already; look no further! I went to several stores and was super disappointed with the dress selections, but Viero has so many beautiful gowns that are also very unique. Don’t pay attention to negative reviews, the staff is very helpful, and they are also honest. If something looks bad- it looks bad. Would you rather be lied to? Anyways, choosing my gown was hard to narrow down, but I eventually decided. Now I’m just waiting for it to arrive, totally customized to me!

My experience here was not the best. When we walked into the store the consultant was working with a different bride which was fine because we where 15min early for my appointment, but when we walked in she just pointed to the couscous across the room and said sit.We sat while she finished up with the bride before us, a few girls that obviously worked there walked in from out side and walked right past us without a word. Finally it was our turn and the consultant (who looked like she just rolled out of bed) pulled a dress of the rack and said do you like this? She proceeded to do the same with 4 more dresses.We went into the one fitting room which was three walls and a wall of curtains which she didnt and couldnt keep closed very well. The first dress that she squeezed me into, mind you Im a size 6, was about a size two. I couldnt breath and couldnt move and was so uncomfortable. I could see that between her mood and the way I was being squeezed into dress after dress that this wasnt going to end well. I felt very rushed as she was peeling the dresses off of me with no regard to my comfort. Then she left me standing there while she took her time to hang up one dress and then unzip another that I was going to get shoved into.45min into the appointment she finally informs us that there are bigger sizes in some of the dresses that I was trying on. So I tried a few on just so I could see what they looked like without feeling like a sardine, but she yanked them tight against my skin and clipped it. I asked politely if she could loosen it, and she did but with a bit of a grumpy attitude.Bottom line, I didnt feel welcomed in this store and defiantly would not give them my money. I was not confident that they could order a dress in the right size or complete alterations to my satisfaction. The dresses are beautiful and well priced, but not sized for what I consider to be the average bride.
