Great place to get patterns to make Halloween costumes, very friendly customer service people, very clean store, sewing machine are on sale.

They too have HALLOWEEN & THANKSGIVING themes up now. But I came here after my eye appointment was cancelled. So, there were many places to go window shopping at. So, I came here first. Then my niece has this Cricut machine and many things were on clearance. So, as I was explaining and taking pictures of a few of these. Not sure if she made it there, yet. Shes in another state but each store is different. Not sure what she needs for her machine? But skies the limit. Then I saw these colorful baking mixes to have Orange waffles or even Bright Blue. I thought it was Wilton? But it isnt another brand. I love this store too!

This location is amazing! And I say that for one of their associates, Melina!! She is so amazing! I’m new to sewing and bought a ton of supplies, she let me know which coupon I could use for what items and explained when my subtotal didn’t match up because of some things I got. She was amazing and made the whole experience so easy! This is the store to go to! Not once did I feel “dumb” with my questions.

If I am correct this seems to be the right store (saw a karen video youtube). DEBRA, you are a fantastic human with real compassion and love, especially for your employees. Your management is absolutely amazing and the way you carry yourself and the store is just fantastic. you really deserve a raise and appreciation. as a minimum wage worker, i wish my managers would defend me against customers as I witnessed you do, and I wish i had a manager to help me with anxiety issues (just as you did with your employee). love from SEATTLE:)

I ordered something online. Received email that it was ready. Walked in and the employee was ‘very busy’ flirting with the security guard. Perhaps it was because he has a gun! Why you would need a gun to protect a fabric store, I can’t imagine. I can just see thieves running out with bolts of fabric. Perhaps the employees could defend themselves with scissors. I digress. I stared at them long enough so that she asked me what I needed. I said I had an online order to pick up. Showed ‘them’ the email. She didn’t want to leave him for a second. But she did. Went to the area where orders were kept. No luck. Went to ask one of the 3 poor cashiers who were dealing with 20 people in line. She said that one of them would help me. Not likely! So I said I’d shop. She said- I swear- ‘Whatever floats your goat’. Perhaps it was boat- but still- really??? So I got a few things and got in the continuously lengthening line. When I got to the cashier ( after adding 3 items to my cart- perhaps they keep the line long on purpose) she goes off to the same place to find my order. No luck. I show her the email. Now I have a double last name. Finally, she comes back and accusingly tells me that my order is under my second last name not the correct last name. I reply that I can’t help how they read. And the kicker- I get home and open the sealed package - one of the items is wrong. I ordered 3 of the same thing. They screwed that up too. Surprise!!! Oh- by the way- the first employee was still hanging all over the security guard when I finished shopping. It was still early on a Saturday. I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. But I’ll bet absolutely nothing that transpired later had anything to do with helping customers!

A larger Joanns with a fantastic needlework section! Anchor, all the DMC (including variation, Coloris, and the under 20s). The cross stitch fabric selection is pretty low, but they have the basics and some colored Aida.

If this is your first time in a Joanns you may be overwhelmed. The store is huge and there are so many different fabrics to pick from. Heres the skinny on this store: You should never pay full price on 99% of the items in the store. Get the app and watch the savings come in. And you can use multiple coupons per visit. Another pro tip is that the employees are super knowledgeable. If you need to know anything about a fabric ask. They have everything craft there: ribbons, paint, buttons, sewing notions, in all colors. If you are a first time crafter or an experience one this is your place and please never pay full price there, remember to get the app.

Great managers stick up for their employees and you still cant beat their fabric selection.

As a corporate store you know what youre getting, it generally has what Im looking for in sewing and craft supplies. Theyve cracked down on their coupons & the whole doorbuster sale thing is irritating at best. It seems their new sales and marketing strategy is put in place to confuse the buyer, so if you dont read all the fine print youll end up spending way more while assuming youre getting a deal. The bathroom at this location is pretty bad and the lines are always long, but the staff is friendly and helpful, so thats a plus.

I would download their app, they usually have pretty good coupons, and it helps if youre buying expensive craft materials or in bulk.

Plenty of fabrics as well as frames crafty things as well. They offer classes for all ages so thats nice. It was easy to get there and parked in the large lot they have for free. The store is organized and clean, was not offered help but I wanted to look around and find it myself. The checkout was fast and smooth. They had a few sales at this time so took advantage.

Not from the area, originally came to the computer store next door and decided to go inside Joann Fabric to find a fabric for my storage bench that Im redoing and I found the perfect fabric so happy I decided to go inside. They had many selections to choose from, I was happy with my purchase and got a good deal with a coupon I had.

I usually find what I need. They have a good variety of craft supplies.

It was great, makes wife happy. We mainly go there for the good variety of yarn. And decent prices.

Its a specialized store and there are many competition so ... plus you will find a lot of various domestic engineering items. Of course no food except some candy by check out.

I had not been in one of these stores for many, many years. Happen to come across one when going somewhere else and stopped in with a few things in mind. WOW! I was amazed at the verity and selection of products. Saw both things I had in mind which were nice quality and seemed fairly priced. I will be back.

Its okay if you need something now. I did find several items that I purchased and needed right now for much less on line.

Ladies room was filthy. They missed more than a few days of cleaning the floor, the dirt is all up the walls, the sinks were gross. This grossness is from more than just one day it looks like weeks of neglect or amazingly nasty customers.

Honestly with the 1 star I’m being generous. Extremely rude staff, I got put on hold for ten minutes during my first call, then my second call she hung up on me, after I kept calling they simply stopped answering the phone. Whoever works here in customer service should find another line of work, preferably without people.

Found some items I needed however; they need to do more in getting cashiers in front to help with the line. I waited over 20 to 25 minutes in line cause there was only two cashiers.There were about 15 people or more in line waiting. Than the ladies purchasing at register were there FOREVER as if they were buying the entire store. 😩

I came in for help with a project refinishing some dining room table chairs. Diana in the fabric department went above & beyond by helping me find the supplies I needed and taking the time to offer her expertise on the best practices. She made me feel confident in my ability and seemed genuinely interested in my project being a success. Diana knows her stuff and I am so thankful she helped me!

Ive been a long-time customer of Joann fabrics and love the store. If I had any complaint, it would be that there seems to be more crafts than fabrics these days.

This JOANNs has great employees that are always eager to help when they can. I know that with COVID retail is hard. My only complaint is that everytime I go they seem to be understaffed. With that in consideration the workers here do an amazing job and I am glad that this is the location closest to me.

I wanted a basic black scrapbook but all they had were goofy designs or black with phrases on the front like love is strong, etc. I left with nothing and am sort of glad because there was a huge line to check out that seemed to move very slowly.

Found everything I needed to put together a poster board and floral arrangements for a memorial mass. A big shout out to Lisa and Kate for staying longer and being so accommodating for the best discounts on my purchase. They were great!!!

I cant leave here without buying something! Great variety of art supplies and you almost always find what youre looking for. Only downside is that everything is relatively expensive and you need coupons to make the purchase really worth it.

I go here a lot because of my sister or my girlfriend. They have a great selection of arts and crafts, fabric and diy stuff.The only time I have trouble is when asking for help. Half the time the staff is just as lost as I am when it comes to finding anything in the store.If youre looking for something in specific please use the app or the website to see if they have it in stock. The staff will actually use the computers to locate what you need if you let them know they have it in stock. Which is a little backwards but if you want something then youll do anything to get your hands on what you want.

I wanted picture frame online and they had one in store then said they didnt have it after I paid online.

I dont know that I hated it as much as that I will never go back. The kid behind the counter was rude to people. He clearly thought that he was better than the job and anybody that was asking him a question.They didnt have the proper material and its the most simple thing to carry. I have never been in a Joann fabrics where they didnt have a single simple bolt of 100% cotton flannel. Everything was way too thick and not supple.But the kid was rude. Everybody was giving each other looks as if they couldnt believe what they were hearing.When people are miserable like that,and if the service is bad enough, I usually tell them that I hope they keep that job for life.
