The customer service was amazing. They kept me up to date with the repairs from the time I walked in to drop off my car and picked it up. This was one of the best experience I had with a car repair service company.

It appears they did a great job. One star off only because the communication could have been better. At no fault of Euro, the parts took longer to come in than expected, but I never found that out unless I initiated contact or came up there on the scheduled date for pick up. Amazingly unhelpful. I sent in all the necessary insurance paperwork, and was scheduled for a drop off, for which I specifically took time off work. When I arrived, I was told that they wouldnt have the part till the next day. I was sent home, but assured that I would get a call the following day to reschedule. After not receiving a call, I called back and explained the situation. I remained on hold patiently for 15 minutes, then was told Id have to wait for them to get back to me. I was asked (again!) what my issue was, and I explained yet again.I had been sent to them several years ago by my insurance company, but dont remember the service being thus bad. Very disappointed.EDIT: Called back today based on message from owner below. Left a message, but did not receive call back. Called yet again and finally got someone. Was told that part did come in, and was asked to schedule repair. Id been told previously that they could send someone to pickup car or have repair done at my place of work, but I guess thats off the table now. So, now Ill have to take time off work again for something that should have been done at my first appointment. Thank you for making the whole process that much more difficult.

Ive had the pleasure of using Euro Collision for the second time after my vehicle was involved in an accident. Each time they were extremely professional. They promptly got me into their shop, gave me an estimate and completion date, and returned my vehicle one day earlier than expected. The vehicle when returned to me looked great!! The service that I received was top notch, and I would use them every time!!!

I called with a check in HAND (went outside of my insurance as it was a valet service driving my car at the time of the accident) to get the car repaired. It seemed that if you have actual MONEY, they would only offer me an appointment two MONTHS from now. The woman on the phone was dismissive and FAR from service oriented. I used this business before, 4 years ago, but I guess things have changed...

I dont mind if the repairs are delayed because of the meticulous details given by the workmen. Euro attentively communicated their progress. After a two day delay, my car looks gooood again!One more thing, Enterprise Car rental was right there on the premises. Their rep was tremendous and the car was impressive. Good stuff!

Took my car here for a Geico express repair and was amazed with the end results. My car looks great and definitely cannot tell it was ever in a collision. The staff was very friendly and professional and did the job right the first time. My questions were all answered and I was always kept updated on the repair status. This place is the worst I dropped my car off for a minor fender repair. I was told I would not be called until all parts were in sock. I was later called and told the parts were in and to drop the car off for repairs. I was told the repairs would take about 4 days. After I dropped off the car I was called the next day and told one of the parts were on backorder until further notice. They used the old part that I picked up of the ground to put beck on the car but never told me or asked if thus would be okay. Luckily Im also an adjuster and knew the right questions to ask. I pick up my car in the 4 days and they didnt complete some of the repairs simply painted over them. Had they not missed a spot I would have never known. Also, my tire is now flat. I point this out and was told they admitted fault but told me they would patch the tire. I advised this is unacceptable and I wanted my tire replaced as this was no fault of mine and patching my tire would void my warranty. She agreed to replacing the tire but I dont trust it so I requested the old tire be put back in the car to take it back. I will update further once I get my car back. I explained that I was going out of town and was advised my car would be ready when I returned. I return tomorrow but called today and was told the car was not ready but would be ready tomorrow. I will give another update once I get my car.

This place is absolutely wonderful. From the moment I stepped through the door until the end when I got my car back, everything went so smoothly. Everyone was friendly and professional and they keep you posted about what’s going on with your vehicle. I also want to point out how beautiful my car looked and even got it back earlier then originally planned. Would highly recommend.

I would Highly!!! “NOT recommend” coming to this place even if your insurance suggest so. Customer service is rude… This place is a scam and they tamper with parts while they have your vehicle, they will also keep your car for an extended amount of time that isn’t necessary. I had a bullet hole that struck my car and it has nothing to do with how they left my car when I got it back. My steering wheel is now very loose creating a BIG safety hazard and my gas runs out quick. 2 days after this I took it to a car wash and now i have water and soap coming through my air vents. My car is fairly new with about 30,000miles on it. I suggest going to “Gerber collision” for repairs instead of this place!

The actual location of Euro Collision is being updated/rehabbed. The temporary location is nice and very clean. The office staff was nice personable and very professional. I became a customer through my car insurance company because I was involved in a traffic accident. I am very satisfied with the completion of car. I especially love the constant updates and status check ins on how the completion was coming along. They returned it all fixed and restored back to new and it has a shine so bright Im getting compliments from everywhere. I would definitely use them again.

My experience wasn’t bad and wasn’t good as I expected, After getting my car repaired for minor dents, I discovered my air conditioning wasn’t working because of a condenser or something that was damaged by them. First, you need to speak to 2-3 receptionist asking the same questions before you can speak to someone who knows any details about your car. Second, I received a text saying it was almost done and that it would be finished by tomorrow. I never received another text after that. I had to call for updates everyday. Last, they said I would be getting my car at the end of the work day 2 days after it was suppose to be done. They said “someone is picking up your car right now.” I called later same day and they said no one came. My question is where is the guy who left already?

Very nice place to get body work done. I took my wifes 2013 Enclave in for some front end body work and it came back like new. Enterprise is on the property so you can get your rental right there. I just may bring my CTS V in for a little work on me they are that good.

This place is great. Joel really helped me out and when I explained my situation to him he was very understanding and didnt pull any maneuvers typical of car repair places. Only fixed what I asked him to fix and never tried to sell me on anything I didnt need. I didnt need any serious work done to my car but they got it done much quicker than I thought possible. Their South Loop location is where I will be bringing my car anytime I need anything done to it in the future.

Unfortunately I am the one who scraped the side of my car inside a garage from scraping it on a cement pole. EuroCollision was very responsive and easy to book. They finished my car days ahead of the promised date. Thank you! It looks amazing!

Front desk was extremely disorganized and not clear for me. Businesses need to remember our business is your privilege. Ive been here a few times. The last visit has not been great. Car was not fixed correctly and of course they dont want to admit it but trying to act like the issue wasnt an issue when they were doing the repairs, and now just dealing with wear and tear. It was fixed through my insurance company and will have to explain what they did and didnt do so the message is clear and not just their word about their work. Check the work and make sure you are satisfied with it. Ive had to come back 3 different times and it still isnt right.3-17-21: I am updating this review and giving this one star. I have spent almost a year trying to get a lifetime warranty on the work they did honored because they continued to lie about the poor work done on my car. The hood was not aligned properly and they tried to say it was wear and tear after 1.5 years, with a NEW HOOD. REALLY?? I had to call my insurance company to make them do the work. Stop talking to Euro Collision about your issues with their work and go back to your insurance company and COMPLAIN!!! Do not allow your insurance company to keep sending them customers. I will never go back to them and would NOT recommend for anything. Bad work and horrible service. Definitely not a place for women because they will try and lie about the work because they think you dont know anything. Ive wasted time and money going to them. Unacceptable work and service.

Euro Collison did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. It was damaged by random gunshots. Fortunately, no one in my vehicle was injured but it was one of the most terrifying and difficult situations I ever had to deal with. Our old (310K miles) car got crunched in a parking lot by an unknown driver. The quality of the repair was excellent; the old dear hasnt looked that good in many years. This was an insurance claim, but if we needed body work outside insurance wed go to Euro Collision of South Loop.

Very professional and excellent work. There was a defective weather strip on the door that was replaced and I discovered it only two months later. Joel kindly agreed to look into it immediately and it was all inspected and replaced within a week. Only gripe I had was the car wasnt cleaned properly upon the original delivery but they cleaned it upon pointing it out. Of course, it is very minor. It happens once on a while in their busy schedule.
