I THINK WE MADE THEM NERVOUS WHEN WE WALKED IN AS A GROUP 2 ADULTS AND 4 KIDS. MY WIFE STILL BOUGHT ITEMS CAUSE SHE LIKED THE MERCHANDISE. BUT THEY PARANOIA WAS A LITTL OFFENSIVE.

If I can give no stars I would. I never ever got treated the way I got treated . It was my first visit to the chicago ridge location. The manager was just awful. I cant even give her name because she didnt even speak to words to me. I ended up going to that location twice that day. I came in to return a jacket I purchased online. I dont know if it was because Im muslim and wear a headscarf that she profiled me and assumed I didnt speak English but she didnt even speak to words to me. She took my jacket got on the phone. I assumed she was calling customer service. She actually complained to.her associate about returning online purchases and that process was ridiculous. Didnt even tell me what was going on .I was there for over 30 min waiting in front of her and she didnt even bother telling me what was going on or even try to.apologize for the wait. She just stayed on hold and complained to her co- workers. I couldnt wait any longer I had 3 children with me and I had a doc appointment.So I let her know that I needed to come back later that day. She literally handed me the jacket and hung up. She again didnt speak a word to me. I was outraged.I didnt get her name but she was a thin black women. So I ended up coming later that day. The same women was there. But she didnt even bother trying to help me. Another associate took care of me. She started see process of calling customer service I assume, because I guess the employees there dont beleive in communicating with customers. I stood there 10 min while she was on hold I found another jacket and exchanged it. I was out within 10 min thank god. I thanked her AND Left. I will never ever shop at that store again. Everybody deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Dont judge a person by the cloth they wear on their head. I am a proud born and raised American citizen. Just because I wear a head scarf does not mean I do not speak English.Everyone deserves to be treated equally. EVERYONE.

Wilsons is Not what it use to be...years ago back in the 80s they had Alot of Leather Selection.now they dont and the leather bags look And Feel Hard:/ i will shop elsewhere.Disappointed.
