My experience was horrible. The customer sucks. I will never patronize this establishment again. I purchased the wrong size and upon noticing it, I called the store to see if they had another size. I was informed that they had the size I wanted and they would hold it for me. I drove an hour in the snow just to be informed that they had sold the jogging suit. I was livid and the manager refunded my money considering I told him I was on my way. The excuse he gave was he couldn’t have the table bare. The were four other sets on the table. I will patronize traditional establishments where customers are appreciated and not just another sale. This was the location in Chicago Ridge.
