Metal masters is an establishment that takes the time to show you how great of a job they will provide. It can be from appraisals, to repairing, customizing car paint, And vehicle restoration. They do great work. It can be busy, but take a deep breath and wait. It’s worth the wait.

I made an appointment to have an estimate on my car. Drove 19 miles only to told that the guy that does the estimates left for the day. The receptionist proceeded to take pictures of my damage and tole me that they would email me the estimate. Its been a week I have not heard from. Them!

I took my suv there to get a door repaired/replaced (rear passenger) due to rust, I provided them with the replacement door shell so they could do a swap and take the old door off and replace it with the new one. I finally get my vehicle back from them and the door looks good, I pay them the money and I take my vehicle. A few days later I go to pick up some friends and they try to get in but the door won’t open no matter what we try, so I call the shop the next day and tell them the door they replaced won’t open, they tell me they were aware of the problem and there’s nothing they can do about it and suggest I go somewhere else to get it fixed. Mind you when I brought them the vehicle the door opened and closed just fine no problem, but now the door all of a sudden doesn’t work, the sad part is that they didn’t even tell me about it not opening and closing when I picked it up. When I went to pick up my vehicle I just looked at the outside work, I didn’t think to check and see if the door actually opened and closed properly because that’s something so simple you would automatically assume it would perform that basic function. I’ve went to them in the past and they seem like good nice people but the way they handled this situation is very disappointing.

I was shopping for a specific car for my friend all throughout the Bay Area and called Metal Masters CARSTAR about a car they had on the lot. I told them what our price range was,and Joe Haubner worked with us, and got the exact car we wanted for the price we needed.

I took my 2011 dodge charger here for 2 small fender dents and have a small section of my bumper repainted the customer service i got was very nice and honest and quoted me a reasonable price for the repair when i got the car back it looked like nothing ever happened i highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get bodywork done.

Not good with repairs... Vehicle will have additional damage once returned (scratches, scrapes, and dings)also faulty repairs.Update: its probably not the best idea to return to a place that can not perform proper services.

Best repair place wont go anywhere else

Had to go back because my key transmitter stopped working because they left a loose cable inside the door. Now my car has loose parts again and I had to go somewhere else to fix exterior trim and mud flaps that were related to the repair fell off.
