This community is in need of new management badly!!! They will put a notice on your door the day after you mowed to tell you to mow. You call them to ask about notices they won’t answer and send you to answering service which will hang up on you. I get a notice about one thing or another every week, yet other neighbors can have same violations and nothing happens. Today I was given notice to move my vehicle out of a drainage area that isn’t even their property that I have written consent to park on. They have given notices to me for having my small pop up camper parked for not even 48 hours to be moved yet today alone I have 3 more parked all within seeing distance of my home with no notices. This place is corrupt and ran by a bunch of scammers.

Nice and quiet park. Just too many tree branches falling on my vehicles and mobile home

I live here, not much to say, they keep the place clean and theyre bringing in some new mobile homes.

Nice clean family-friendly park. Park management is rude if you are a resident.

Good trailers, but roads are horrific, prices too high, drugs everywhere, illegals inhabiting more than half the park
