I have nothing but good to say about big country I love it

Looked like a decent place to have a manufactured home. I suppose. I just visited and really dont know how well the area and lots are managed. From my limited encounter it looked fine, so I cant knock them down for points. What I saw I found sufficient to give not one, not three, not four, but five, yes five stars. Right up there with park place in monopoly. Emmm hmm.

They dont take care of park maintenance very well and continue to find ways to charge more for spaces

The owners of the park are so rude and greedy

Rate increase every year some lots look like junk yards neighbors with 4-5 dogs some large my grand child cant play in our yard when we are outside with her large dogs jump on our fence drugs cars speed down the roads cant afford to move our trailer stuck in hell management nonexistent

Love living here, its so peaceful and the neighbors are so nice.

They make you pay out the butt for various hidden fees and pick on people that are struggling. I know through dealing with them through 2 different families Ive been helping. Theyre never in their office. I dont recommend these people to anyone.

So I’ve called recently ... trying to get information on purchasing a mobile home .... and I honestly feel like I’m pulling hair to get any info out of the lady that is answering the phone ... she’s so dry and unprofessional every other question .. is I don’t know ... I don’t know .... well WHY ARE YOU EVEN ANSWERING THE PHONE?????? She should really find a new job if she’s not welling learn .... so that is just that on THAT !!! ... I will look else where ... because I refuse to give rude people my business !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is not worth the problems of living here. We went without water for five days just wanting it fixed. They now want to charge us for the fix. We have been here for quite awhile and it seems to get worse every year and yet lot rent continues to increase.

Im in California and will be moving there in April of 2020 my Mom lives there just moved there and loves it guess home is where your heart wants to be.

Its a trailer park on Southside Cheyenne. What needs to be said that Trailer Park boys havent already said?Just kidding!Management and maintenance staff is super helpful. I like people that have a sense of humor and are relateable.They are slowly making improvements to the park.

Trailer park was visited didnt have great time on the roads needed plowed and most numbers were placed in not so easy spot to see clearly

Called for prices...they told me that that only allow 1 per....I have known people that live there right now that have like 3 dogs 2 cats a snake maybe singe mice...REALLY....arsenal puns prejudice.....I have 1 8 pound dog...wow

Place still looks run down even after I left....

If anybody asked, I would tell them they could find a better place to move to than here-manager is not a very nice lady and be ready for water mains breaking down, which has happened twice in the last six months.
