Finally found what I was shopping for. Had several staff walk by and not comment, ask if I needed help or even say hello. 1-10 on customer service...I give them a 2. Store was clean, well organized, well maintained during covid and well stocked.

The floor staff member was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, knowing exactly where to take me for exactly what I was looking for. He offered pertinent information about the specific product I had inquired of, briefly provided a little extra, then politely excused himself sensing that I was ready to simply look through the items he had led me to.The cashier was a sweetheart, friendly, courteous, sincere, helpful without being pushy, and casually chatty. She was able to expedite the transaction without dawdling overlong on any particular thing, keeping me engaged throughout thereby helping the process feel even faster.I would most definitely recommend this Ulta Beauty location to others!

Took the wife to resupply; same experience as always. Sales staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous, plenty of product in stock and lots of good deals in clearance.

This place treated me horrible management did absolutely nothing customer service did absolutely nothing I was refused to be able to have service here for life because I didn’t mark the survey correctly the survey was never even fully explain to me on how I was supposed to market and it should be the customers choice on how to market survey not told either you mark the survey has five stars or you’re not allowed to come to this facility either way it was a mistake and I never meant to mark the survey incorrectly with the fact that they called my personal phone number using my rewards and told me I could never have Service there agin is rediculous

Emily did my brow wax and tint and it turned out amazing! Ive never really done anything with my eyebrows before and it seriously makes a huge difference.

This is the best Ulta I’ve ever shopped in! It’s smaller, but they have an amazing selection & everyone working here is so friendly and helpful. None of the snotty or stuck up sales associates that are common in so many other beauty stores! This Ulta is worth a visit!

Reagan recommended me an eyebrow pencil and it turned into her tinting my eyebrows and a wonderful conversation. She was so sweet and fun to talk to and I love how my eyebrows turned out.

First visit to the Cheyenne location and I was very impressed with products choices, and overwhelmed with delight at the wonderful customer service! Ladies knew their products and were very willing to help. Jen is tops!! She patiently explained and showed product recommendations for my problem and did not push me to buy items, only suggested what was best.

I wanted to return a few items that I had purchased about a week ago. I brought the items back to the store in their bag along with the receipt. I also brought the credit card that I had used and photo i.d. if they wanted it. However that was not good enough for them. I was told that I had to provide them with a phone number or an email address. I do not give out that information and told them that. They insisted that they had to have this in order to process my refund. I relented even though I feel that this is a violation of my right to privacy. I did write to the company and the response I got was that All of our returns are tracked as a Loss Prevention requirement. This does mean we require information such as an email or phone number when processing returns. One could easily have given them any phone number whereas the credit card that I used should have proven who the purchaser was. Be sure you know about this policy before you shop at any Ulta Beauty store!

I go to Ulta for all my beauty supply needs and I love it. They have everything I love and the Ultamate Rewards are awesome!! I also get my eyebrows done @ the Brow Bar by Lauren and she is amazing. My eyebrows are always on point thanks to her.

Today I asked for help finding a primer and foundation and I just tried the primer and the name of it is optical illusion, it is horrible I have little white pieces of toilet paper it looks like on my face! I dont know if she was being honest about bnb it being a good one or if it is an old product she stickers me into buying, the girl is a slim Hispanic, I did not catch her name. If possible I will try to post of this product to my face, Im very disappointed and offended! I will be calling tomorrow about a refund or trade in and will be more than happy to demonstrate the product for you.

Good selection to buy gifts for th women in my life. The store is blindingly bright white. Staff didnt want to help me, maybe it was because Im a guy but its off putting.

Im always here. They know me right as I walk in and are always nice to me. I go in there a lot without any makeup at all and my hair not done and they still treat me kind as can be. Now on the other hand when I walk in with no makeup or hair done, its the customers who give me the nasty looks and that is the only thing I dread going in, is snobby customers. The staff is very kind, just dont be afraid to be kind and try and spark up a convo. All around Im never disappointed when I go in ultra. Always come out happy with awesome service. Keep it up girls!

I love their products but the staff are always very rude. Ive gone in there several times when it was not busy (maybe 7 customers) and I have not ever gotten greeted or helped. The staff tend to give me sideways glances and it is suggested I shop for cheaper make up brands as though I dont know that make up can be expensive. I know its deliberate because Ive walked in there not a single hello, and the woman that walked in not seconds after me got greeted and asked if she needed any sort of help. I love their products but the staff are not personable at all

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was not greeted, and had to walk around the store looking for what I needed. When I went to check out, there was a group of girls just standing across the store. I waited for about 3 mins until I got tired of standing there. I Proceeded to the group of girls to ask for help, and before I could even get half way one said “we will be right there” meaning they knew I was standing there waiting. Very rude, and by far the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. Should have better people there who are happy to help, and answer any questions. Not just purposely ignore me.

Ive been working on improving my skin care routine. I use the app to locate products (I have to read every label to make sure there is no fragrance because Im extremely sensitive) and then find them in the store.

Ulta is a wonderful store, for makeup experts and those just breaking into the scene. It has such a wide selection and some great deals. This ulta is staffed with very knowledgeable and friendly people.

Some of the staff was very helpful, but others werent. There were several items out of stock. Im thankful its here, but its not the best Ulta Ive been to!

One of my most favorite beauty places with the best deals but the staff are very stuck up nasty whenever I ask a question. They dont greet you when you walk in or try to help out. I had asked a very simple question that all Ulta Beauty places have and they had snapped at me and told me they dont have that and gave me attitude.

I always feel extremely welcome whenever I shop in Ulta. Every single associate in this location is super helpful and friendly whenever I go in! I appreciate the time they take to help me and always direct me to the right makeup!

I went in to get Clinique products. They only carry the 3-step skin care. They have a contract with the mall that they wont sell Clinique. All other Ultas I have shopped at carry Clinique . Very disappointed.

OMG I totally love that store! Soooo much fun AND you can sample the products! I had a gift card I used and with a 20 dollar purchase of ULTA products I received a FREE glitter make-up bag with tons of goodies in there! My receipt showed a savings of $93 dollars with the discounts as well! I ONLY SPENT 20 DOLLARS!! WOOHOO
