Worst pharmacy on the planet. Their turnover of staff is unparallelly. Dont fill dr. sent prescriptions in order so when you want to get one, they only have a six month old expired one. You need to call you doc. Changing pharmacies.
Went for a Covid vaccine for a 535pm appt. at 553pm we were told they had to reconstitute the vaccine and it would take another 25 minutes. We checked in at 532...and waited over 20 min just to be told we have to wait another 25. At 632pm we finally got seen. We were apologized to and the lady was polite. The shot took all of 30 seconds. My biggest question is why they weren’t ready for us if we made the appt AND confirmed the appt when they called? Bad experience for sure.
I was notified at 5 p.m. my prescription was ready for pickup. At 7:05 I went to the drive through and was told I couldnt get it until Monday (it was Thursday).but I could get a partial but I wouldnt be able to get my discount. Without the discount, the pills are$8 a pill and I didnt have a choice because it is a seizure med and I was completely out. They also said to get my discount, I have to contact my doctor and get a new prescription for 25 pills. What? Why not tell me they didnt have it when I ordered it in the first place so I could get from somewhere else. Not happy.
The drive thru being unavailable really hurts people during Covid due to the fact that we cant go in if we are even suspected of having Covid. And being told the only way to get anything that we may need that we would have to go into the store which we are unable to do is so very helpful. Ontop of the fact that the pharmacy is being ran by unproffessional and unqualified people makes me want to go elsewhere. We have had issues with the pharmacy not sending information when they are suppose to and not having meds even when the doctor had called and confirmed they were there and ready

The drive up for the pharmacy is unavailable again and you have to go inside to get meds which is always a long wait and a big hassle. The pickup window in the drive up is out of order a lot. Big inconvenience so switching to the Walgreens on Converse. 🙄
I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to the counter to pickup medicine, when I get to the counter the person just turns and walked away. I waited for 10 minutes longer and gave up and left. Still no medicine. They allow people to cut in front of you and don’t question it. The Del Range store is very bad, poor customer service. Rude employees.

DO NOT use for passport photos!! I have gone twice to get my 4, now 7 month old passport photos... TWICE their photos have been rejected!! I can’t believe I spent 15$ to keep having to go back!! Go somewhere else!!!
Very expensive items and they used people to get what they want then throw them to the curb.

Pharmacy hours online are wrong. They dont open till 9. Its irritating to have to make multiple trips when youre ill because of wrong information.
