Another pilot or flying j location with sorry excuses for not having showers available. Dont waste your time stopping at any of their locations. Spend your money at a locally owned truck stop or at least one of the chains that actually can offer drivers the services that are needed.

A usual stop I make, not a bad place to fuel, easy access to I80. Definitely the best PFJ in WY in my opinion. Would love to see better food available to the truck drivers like myself. But it’s usually clean.

Apparently this store does not fill propane 24hrs a day per the gentleman that i spoke to last night. I did call before i showed up. Spoke to a catherine this morning as she was speaking to someone named makayla that said nobody in the store at this time was certified to pump propane. Also said that a certified technician would not be in until this afternoon to fill me. Now im on hold waiting for makayla to come to the phone because this is a routed stop specifically because this bus has a European propane nozzle on it that everyone doesnt carry. My comp specifically sent it to this store to make sure that we can get where need to go. I dont think they want to fill me. Ms Makayla the GM of store 402 send me tot eh flying j and said they have the exact same fitting so i drive over there only to find out that they dont. I am stuck and i now have to wait for my company to find a propane truck to come out to fill me which is much more costly

Was ok place we use it meet up people from other areas on business. Never issue well we had car trouble these no ged education types call cops ok we travel on business over road our family both sides truckers plus my best friend owns company ya all just lost few customers that might not matter in long run but we give our business to anyone but pilot or flying j have a good time suggest cleaning restrooms

Staff was nice, they got most of what you need and some slot machines if thats your thing, my only complaint is theres no alcohol unless I missed it would be a shame if I did. so if youre looking to end your day with a cold one this aint the place

This is one of the nicer pilot centers of me and my wife stopped at on our truck route really close to our distribution center seems like the fuel was decently priced the items inside of the store were very inexpensive I almost bought me a new leather wallet but my wife told me no LOL this place also has Catskills for truckers thats very important for us there wasnt a big line for fuel either the bathrooms were very decent very clean theres also a nice assortment of warm foods to eat I almost bought some of those tasty looking energy drinks too but once again my wife told me no thank you loves for being clean and inexpensive hard-working people like us we need that kind of look sometimes

It looks like Im going to be kipnapkid on a tow truck.We cant move the truck stop parking is full of trucks that cant get in the freeway because still closed I get it that the lot needs to be plowed but they need to get arround trucks and finish when we leave.

Beware.... mgmt at this location has made a choice to not follow the law and they allow non service animals in their store and restaurant. Such a shame they cant seem to get responsible managers in here to do the right thing. Just setting themselves up for a lawsuit when a non service animal bites someone or injury someone

RV dump is nearly impossible to get a large RV or horse trailer into due to location and curbing, and they didn’t even have the water spigot turned on. Had to fill a bucket inside. Process took three times longer than it should have. Additionally, no paper towels at the sink. And no fresh Cinnabons at 730 a.m. Fail.

Its a decent truck stop. Nothing special.

Plenty of showers, If there is a wait it is usually minutes at most. Decent amount of truck and bobtail parking for what it is.

The girl who works ar night is rude to her employees and customers. She makes it feel like an inconvenience store where everyone is just in her way. She dosent smile or greet customers with any kind of welcomed emotion. Her bad attitude is definitely enough to make me drive the extra few miles to the TA or Loves.

Bathrooms are very clean and employees are very friendly. Also liked Subway there.

They wish this was a Travel Center. Just a regular gas station with some showers. Only 4 bathroom stalls.

Im a truck driver almost 9 years but I never seen like this pilot truck stop, no lane parking its very rough and their shower is dirty.

Stopped in for gas and coffee. Pumped the gas and then parked in a parking spot. Went in for coffee. It was somewhat out of the ordinary procedure, but the lady gave me the type of coffee and creamer I requested. Went to the other counter to pay. A wonderful and sweet young lady rung me up. We chatted for a few minutes, as she was very personable. Never caught her name, but I would come back thru town to get gas and coffee just because of her. 5 stars for her, but 3 for the coffee area being out of sorts. The world needs more people like her.

I have no problem with the cashiers and the Pilot staff are very nice people and problems with certain truck drivers with pets who do not clean after the dogs get dirty I dont understand how people walk around with such dangerous dogs without chains and also relieve themselves and they dont clean. what a good example of truck drivers who walk with dogs

Try not to let the crybabies on this review board keep you from this Pilot. It is everything youd expect from a large chain truck stop. Showers are clean, fuel islands are functional and clean, for the most part, store is stocked, staff are pleasant, coffee is delicious. Reserve Truck Parking is 5 spots up near the fuel pumps. I give this location 5 stars for consistency.

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 80% of the time. The app. also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

Fuel pumps work 50% of the time on light vehicle side. Never print a receipt always going inside to get a copy.

These places are awesome if you drive anything larger than a car. Plenty of room to maneuver your vehicle. They have a much larger store than typical gas stations. Normally there is a fast food restaurant, like Subway or McDonalds, etc. They give 5 cents off per gallon of gas if you are a Good Sam member. Great place for RVers like myself. Seems to be a great place for truckers also, with their own area for fueling and clean hot shower( from what I hear ).

Pilot itself was fine, we showered, and fueled as usual. One of the evening employees assisted is with our reserved parking. There was one person that did stand out in his service towards us. He greeted me as I walked into pilot and actually worked in Subway. Later we went into Subway to eat, and I overheard a conversation between this young man and his Co worker, about a tragedy in his family. It was just a matter of fact conversation concerning a family member. Not feeling sorry for himself or complaining, he went on about his work duties. He was pleasant and accommodating to his customers. Later I wanted to place another order to go.... Again he went above and beyond in that moment of his personal hardship. We appreciate this kind of service more than you can know. We are in the trucking industry and are forced to eat fast food more than we want. Often we get inadequate service accompanied by rude and nasty attitudes. So wed absolutely have to give this young man FIVE STARS .

Both Pilot and Flying J are the same company. They are the best. From great prices for fuel and accessories to food. And really nice showers. My only beef with them is that the shower is only free with diesel fill ups not gas. And with a truck that still runs on gas I end up having to pay for the shower. But they give you everything except for your soap and shampoo. I love and recommend Pilot/Flying J to anyone and everyone. They cant be beat, even by Loves. Try them and see for yourself.

Fairly new, this travel center is the place to stop while in the area. Excellent prices on fuel. There is also a fast food restaurant to grab some grub on the go. I found great Indian style blankets for less than $10. Other things you need for your travels are also reasonably priced

Stopped for fuel during a long road trip. Everything was quick and easy. Also purchased a couple cinnamon rolls, which was very good, and drinks. The employees were very friendly.

The gentleman at the register was very friendly and very helpful the poor guy had a bad deck dealt to him but he’s still up and making a living for himself. he had heart surgery and it’s not stopping him from being nice and living his life. The store looked clean lot is decent sized but parking seems to be difficult to find.

Fuel was priced the same as others listed close. Love they had a good windshield cleaner with lots of soap in it! Had to go in for receipt. Nice gentlemen got the receipt. Very nice employees at this Pilot!

One of the bigger and better Pilots. Good novelty to the place with multiple options to eat. It is race car themed. The general store is large with a decent chrome and truck accessory shop.

Showers at this location were sparkling clean..including the fans which are overlooked most times..I approached the young man cleaning and asked his name to compliment him..Devon refused to take full credit and said it was a team effort with his co-worker Pat..loved that teamwork mentality! Devon and Pat are fine examples of doing a good job no matter the job and the importance of working as a team..Rock stars!!

We like these properties! Well located, clean facilities and great staff. Gas was reasonably priced, great rest stop on our way across country.

Its old but its fairly clean, bathrooms are in decent condition so are the showers. Regular assortment of snacks and drinks. Most of the time you cant get hot food late at night but sometimes pizza is available. RV and car parking is available but truck parking is always full as soon as it gets dark.

All they care about is the extra money they will earn from their precious, golden, reserved parking spaces that arent even marked legibly. Very rudely told to move and not even given a chance to pay for the spot that I had been sitting in all day, because I guess the internet reserving system takes precedence over the fact that I had already been there all day. Forget the fact that I filled my truck up at that location. I guess their golden parking spaces over-ride a 400 dollar fuel purchase. Its best to find parking elsewhere.

The worst truck stop ever, subway closed and the food inside like its been there for a week and they dont even have a sign to say subway closed. Never again they just wasted my time as a truck driver.

Best diesel price in the area on this day. But one thing for sure, the coffee was great and lots of options, cookies, pastries of all kinds, lots of water and soft drinks or sodas to choose from. My definition of great travel stop. Or place to rest, gas up and eat.

Husband believes he left his wallet there while truck driving. We have been calling this pilot for a week now and nobody ever answers the phone. It would have been nice to see if someone turned it in so he could have gone back to get it before he got too far from there. But now he is all the way back in Texas. Hopefully this is one way to get a hold of someone.

Obviously they do not hire people worthy enough to keep the place clean. It looks worse then the cheapest Walmart out there. Very filthy place. I wont be back.

This store is awesome. Every time I stop they always have coffee, creamer and something to eat. The staff is always super friendly.

I know its the middle of winter and they have turned off the water outside, but there are many other pilots and flying hooks out here in the upper West, where temps drop...But there was NO washer fluid at any of the pumps (I looked) and the squeegees were bone dry.When I went to ask if they just stopped refilling them due to the cold weather, all they told me is they turned the water off outside. No other explanation.Tight spots for backing.Too many reserved spots.I dont like this pilot.

The shower was clean and the young lady that worked the counter was very nice the fuel was a little high but for a shower and a Brake from the road it was nice and yea we will stop again

Small pilot with a subway. Pretty standard. I wish that with a parking lot so small the premium wifi signal would reach the truck but it doesnt. I guess if you want to use it you have to go inside or park you truck in or in front of the fuel island, which people do anyway.

Chill truck stop, I tend to be able to find a spot here if I get here before 7. Also, pumps usually go fast. Never a big holdup there. I usually fuel here, or in Evanston. The Flying J in Rock Springs can be an absolute horror show.

The Help was responsive, timely, available and friendly. Good eye contact and patience. Helped me look at products behind glass and pointed out the proper aisles I asked for making sure I found the product I was looking for.

Its an ok of a stop.. small parking lot so its hard to find a parking space.. the pumps fuel kind of slow so dont be in a rush.. Subway is not open 24 hours if you get hungry late at night. Kind of sucks.. people are friendly though

I hate posting bad reviews but this place is ridiculous. I would advise against showering here. If they can’t even stock the showers I doubt they actually clean them. Poor, and I do mean poor customer service. I was ignored twice at the register in one day. The pumps are a nightmare. Just a very bad first impression for this truck stop. Guess I’m glad I found out before I bought diesel here.

One of the nicest gas stations we stopped at in our cross country trip. We stopped for a nap in the parking lot. Then brushed my teeth had some coffee and cinabbon. Everything was super clean and friendly staff.

Came here to fuel up on the way back to Colorado and went straight in to prepay. I then noticed a lot of stuff I wanted to look at and the two workers stuck to our hips following us everywhere as if Im going to steal. Not one part of me puts off that kind of vibe and I definitely dont look like a thief. So Im just wondering what made yall treat us like that!?!?!?

Store was somewhat clean but wow the truck fuel islands were a dump, overflowing trash slippery fuel island. Most pumps didnt work and had the same experience with the flying J down the road weeks prior. All of the nice upgrades over the years, did ya forget about paying the maintenence staff?

Jacked up coffee prices again. Ridiculous2.09 before tax . Also I had to have the fake brew because all the main coffee pots were empty.

The pumps sometimes work sometimes they dont and more often than not they dont that was a week ago this week I go in there the pump still is not functioning right because corporate does not get them the park Im beginning to believe that the problem is pilot corporate because the people in the store are very nice and very helpful

One of the last places you’re able to stop in Cheyenne before you hit Laramie. A decent amount of parking but it fills up very fast. Regular selection of snacks and food but not much for vegetarians and vegans. The staff is hit and miss as far as being friendly. Bathrooms are always fairly clean. Subway and cinibun inside location.

The reason I gave it three stars which is very unusual for me but the reality that that store is a mess its always filthy the fuel islands are a disaster in the bathrooms my God I think you should have an exorcism for whatever is going on in there. The staff is always great though but unfortunately the story just cannot be ignored its a mess

Dirty showers overcooked cold pizza could not even get the order correct its only two slices how hard is that I am hoping people that are higher up in the company read this they need to clean the showers find a better cook the manager tries to be nice enough but the place definitely needs to be cleaned inside and out I would never come back to this one

Perfect place to stop in during a century bicycle ride! And for those that are traveling by motorized vehicle. Always busy but fast enough service.

Area around pumps were filthy, there was more bags on pump handles than not. Ive never seen so many inoperable pumps at an open station. No water to wash your windshield. The price was pretty good, but the station is a dump, poor management. This is a Pilot Station, owned by Flying J, which used to be nice, clean, well run stations, not anymore.

Prices arent the lowest or highest in the area. They need to replace the washer squeegees. The restrooms were clean. Wife likes that.

Diesel pumps are slower than passenger vehicle pumps, u can never get fuel receipt due to no paper in kiosk or their system being down constantly. They refuse to print fuel tickets at pumps.pathetic system tries to force drivers to buy overpriced goods

Words of wisdom DO NOT GET THE ITALIAN SPECIAL PIZZA What could have been a really great pizza was ruined by some Mexican pizza sauce. They failed big time on this pizza. Should have used red sauce. Mexican flavors do NOT mix well with Italian okay so stop that stoner combo right now.
