Dennys is an amazing place to eat. The staff is amazing. They take care of you, laugh and have an upbeat attitude. Highly recommend eating here!

This Flying J is not the best, but will do. They run out of things too quickly most of the time and never seem to have replacements and the excuses they give for that are priceless. That being said, the best place in Cheyenne to go, really, is Little America.

This is the cleanest shower room I ever been in that I had to leave a tip. I never done that before!Also easy parking if you get here before 6pm

Seriously, the most run down travel center I have ever been to in my whole life. All paper towel dispensers at the pumps... Empty. All window cleaner buckets at the pumps... Empty. First bathroom I entered... Toilet overflowing water everywhere. Path to other bathroom goes through an area that seems to be piled with random stuff and yellow caution tape. Something is wrong here. With 3 gas stations in the same block, pick the other ones.

The showers were squeaky clean!! The employees were kind and helpful. The store was clean and organized. Thank you Flying J ❤

Its alright for a truck stop. Bought a chocolate milk and didnt realize the lid was cracked like it had been dropped until I was already down the road, that was disappointing.

Parking is comfortable to park and to go in and out of the pumps. It not to big inside but you can find a Dannys inside and on the outside there are other food places like Arbys, Wendys and Subway. Showers are small tho but the staff is very nice.

Convenient clean place to stop, easy parking great view, has a Dennys attached. A good size parking lot a fairly large fuel island. The road getting to the Flying J is good sized and close by there are several other options for food choice as well. I highly recommend if you need to stop in that area for the night, that place is really nice.

It has been our habit to gas up and get snacks here every time we come through Cheyenne, but NEVER AGAIN! The store was filthy and the bathrooms were SO GROSS!!! I’m sure we can find another place right off the interstate to spend our money! (I know it’s difficult to find employees right now, but REALLY??!!)

Yvonne was super helpful when I asked where travelers can take a shower as I thought because Im not a truck driver I wouldnt be able to shower here. If anyone needs a shower they definitely help out. Showers are $12.00 and its your own little bathroom with a toilet sink, large enough shower and it gets hot. They provide bath mat, towel and bottle of water! Thank you for the shower, and gas for my car!

Ditto to all the positive comments; otherwise, not true.It is a fairly easy place to get in and out. It does have propane, 2 RV pump lanes; which hopefully others will not use it. If your rig is long like ours at 55.5 Class A Bounder with tow dolly and dinghy, pulled in coming across the regular pumps into the RV pumps. It will be much easier to pump gas.TORTUGA GRANDE REPORTING.

Showers are always clean, however it would be nice if they sold plastic silverware in the assortment boxes. Theyve got plates, cups, and napkins. But no silverware.

No good for motor homes towing cars. There are NO parking spaces for a large RV so forget about stopping here to eat at Dennys. If you follow the signs for RVs you will end up in the RV fuel lanes. We needed gas so that was ok, but if you are looking to stop for anything else, you will be directed to pull into the RV entrance which is RV fuel lanes only. If both lanes are being used, youll be stuck there until you can get through. It is a very poor design. We filled up the tank and left disappointed.

Traveling around the United States and stopped at this Flying J in Cheyenne. Will pass by again, when Im in the area. The man to cash you out is Louie! He is nice and helpful.

They have super clean restrooms, friendly staff, and good coffee.

Got our gas but what a mess getting out of the place! Should have someone directing traffic. Very very difficult for RVs especially. Only by the grace of God we got out without waiting 30 minutes.

The two RV (gas) pumps are much appreciated. We search for FJ’s specifically for that reason for the convenience of those pumps separated from the car pumps. Pulling a 40 motor home and towing a Jeep can be tricky at other station, so we choose FJ’s.

Location is not to far from the main interstate. Tons of parking. Good food

I tried to get a tire fixed at the southern tire/flyingj shop at 3pm on Saturday,its closed on the weekends! Then got up at 1am to get a shower and NO SHOWERS UNTIL 6AM!! 27 years of driving and I give up!

Parking lot is always trashed, bathrooms are filthy, over flowing trash cans, paper towels and toilet paper are usually empty. Check out lines are forever long. The place generally looks like its out of an apocalyptic movie. I would not recommend it.

A Awesomely Clean large truck stop. What ever they do here other travel centers need to take a note how this one is ran.

Four of the eight diesel pumps not working and blocked off. The keyboard wasnt working when I finally got to the pump and had to wait in line twice, once to turn on the pump and once for my receipt. Including waiting for the driver fueling in front of me to do the same, it took 50 minutes to get fuel.Used the mens room and it was just filthy. I guess Jimmy Haslam cant afford maintenance people after paying $177 million in fines and paying back what he stole from trucking companies rebates.

Pay at pump was down, but no signs placed at pumps. Lots of delays created with motorists fiddling with different credit cards and such.

The ladies who are serving did amazing, the cooks did an excellent job. I stopped by with my service animal to meet my uncle at a flying J Dennis. The gentleman working there came up to me out of nowhere after I was already seated and rudely told me if the dog comes out from under the table then I’ll be kicked out.... I asked him why he was being rude to me, I even had my service animal registration to show him, he replied he doesn’t care. Then I went ahead and asked AGAIN why he was being rude to me Only to have been met with him walking away from as I’m Still speaking in the most disrespectful manner, very belittling. The dog actually stayed under the table the entire meal, what I don’t understand why I was met with such hostility from the older gentleman with glasses who works the front at Denny’s. He had no problem being kind to everyone else, I do not understand why I was targeted when I even complied with his rude remark and demand. The way he handled the situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable, maybe it was because I was speaking Russian with my uncle at the table before he came up and maybe that’s what gave him the right to think that it is okay to treat non-Americans that way

Month and a half ago with the card readers went down still down that’s terrible, pumps are super really really slow!!! One of the associates told me they cannot get corporate to fix the card readers they insist that they work just fine,

Nice enough place but I cant give it 5 stars because of the drivers bathroom. 2 of the 4 stalls were out of TP. The one I used was ALMOST out. Plus there were empty soap dispensers and empty paper towel dispensers. One of those things would be acceptable but all together tells me theyre not even checking.

Wow... they should be charged with a crime. $3.31 a gallon for diesel fuel is just unacceptable. It doesn’t make any sense, there’s 2 or 3 refineries within a 150 miles. They are choosing to blatantly rip off truckers who are loyal customers all over the country. No reason to be .30 cents higher than Sinclair that’s a few hundred yards away. The location is very dirty.

Absolutely appalling ask a maintenance man older fellow with white hair see if somebody can help me jump start my car so Im not stranded but return I was met with the sorriest response from anybody ever thank God pilot flying j employees people who dont want to help

Its a Dennys at a truck stop, but staff was friendly and food wasnt bad. Clean restrooms and FREE WIFI!

Showers have great hot water & pressure. The washers & dryers need replacing. They are dirty, cruddy. Time to invest in new ones. The washers dont fully rinse. The tub is outta wack.

I park in the a spot was careful not to go in the reserved spot that was indicated on the floor was there for a day and a half. They decide to anonce to me at 9h15 at night that the guy that did the painting cant count to 18 because he miss a spot and the management made me move. Not professional at all. They was no indication at all for the reserved spot I guess we are suppose to know how many spot of reseved parking every truck stop is suppose to have this is ridiculous. At less the guy help me back up in a new spot its a bit tight when the parking is full.

People were friendly enough, the shower was nice and clean, fresh towels were provided and ready for me. The staff have such a hard time with all the extra disinfecting procedures they have to do now, but there were no complaints and although I couldn’t see anyone’s mouth under their masks, they all seemed to be smiling at me. :-)

I usually get decent service in here in the afternoons and evenings (Fred is my preferred clerk)But in the mornings this place can’t seem to keep up, their clerks can be rude and more frequently I’ve noticed they walk away when someone walks up to the counter....and it’s kit to brew coffee or help someone on one of their temperamental diesel pumps.I’ll continue to go here simply because of their center diesel station but I’ll take my morning purchases somewhere else....kind of ridiculous with how many hours some of their customers work holding tight schedules, making them wait isn’t ideal for returning business,

1.5 hours to get a shower, and only 4 people before me... slowest cleaners ever!

Fuel pumps are very slow pump11 managed to get 5 dollars in in 5 minutes then went to another station. Other than that they have lots of good stuff in the store and a Cinnabon.

Pumps here are terrible. First one wouldnt take card. Second one triggered as if full every two seconds. Third one was slower than a 97 year olds prostate.

Pilot Flying J if you care about your truck driver customers please get out and plow the snow and packed ice from the parking lot left from the storm 3 days ago now. Very difficult/dangerous to navigate lot right now and many parking spots are lost to due to not being plowed. This does not show appreciation to drivers.

No snow removal. Overflowing trash cans. Unfriendly staff. This place has it all. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Truck driver dont stop here in winter.parking cover with snow for 3 days they dont care about shoveling it....as driver you cant even walk from truck . They dont care at all..

There fax machine down so Royce a young man that works here took the time out of his lunch break to help me forward an email to the store so he could copy it off for me and then said its on the house

Its a good place to stop when leaving town or passing through Cheyenne. The team they have do their very best to give the guests what it is they need or want. Its well kept and in a great location always something big going on.if u need a sub family for a few minutes stop in the flying j that team will welcome you as one of their own.

We had showers there . They didnt give us enough towels . The tile floor needed a safety mat as it was slippery. There wasnt anyone there to help us . The water was hot but the shower attachment didnt seem to work. I wish they had more towels and a better shower attachment.

Its a truck stop like pretty much every other truck stop youve ever been to. Its large and clean and has a well stock convenience store.This does have showers available, as well as a bigger selection of automotive parts and maintenance supplies than most places.

I stop 34 hours, very clean, girls awesome, no complaints.

FRED is in charge here and charges team drivers 2 showers. We have never had a problem with getting two showers for one as a team. His customer service was poor and I don’t have any idea how he is the manager. I called customer service and the nice lady on the phone apologized and credited us a shower. I wish I could give her 5 stars...

Wont turn the pump on when I swiped my card and was forced to go inside but was stopped as I entered because you need a mask.

Fairly clean, had soap goo in the shower. Not enough towels, the one u do get is pretty old and worn out. Nice people, pretty helpful when asked.

Good gas and food stop. Pretty big selection of road food. Even had a manned deli with hot cinnamon rolls. They were also offering ten dollar haircuts (on Saturday this weekend) and were offering professional drives free cups and other things as part of a 30 day appreciation campaign.

Both Pilot and Flying J are the same company. They are the best. From great prices for fuel and accessories to food. And really nice showers. My only beef with them is that the shower is only free with diesel fill ups not gas. And with a truck that still runs on gas I end up having to pay for the shower. But they give you everything except for your soap and shampoo. I love and recommend Pilot/Flying J to anyone and everyone. They cant be beat, even by Loves. Try them and see for yourself.

Got a Jumbo brisket breakfast burrito and while is the same price as other Flying J stores, it is half the size. Opened it up and it had maybe half an egg with about an ounce of Brisket the rest was tator tots. Not a good value.

Prices are okay. Selection is good. Employees are not usually very friendly and seemed annoyed if you ask questions. We always try to stop somewhere else on our way out of town.

A must stop and get some food. The hot wings are perfect. I like the deep fried burrito. The pizza is good. They also have gas, restrooms and other snacks.

Pretty good, except for the cashier named Shun. My cashier accidentally rang me up wrong, and couldnt fix it. She was newer. Not an issue for me, I wasnt in a hurry, and it happens. She asked Shun for help, and she belittled my cashier in front of me. She was rude to everyone around, but I did not appreciate that level of unprofessionalism. My cashier was visibly upset, and rightfully so.

Rude truck stop. Pulled in around 12 last night due to inclement weather and today the winds are around 25 mph so we cant get through on the 80, weve been sitting here waiting till the winds calm down, but at about 2 this afternoon, they send some guys out to the lot to kick everyone out. I understand if its just people here for an extended amount of time for no reason, but youve got people here, buying things from your business and trying to wait out some bad weather. Its not like the lot is even full with other people needing to park. This is the truck stop we come to Everytime we come through Cheyenne, not anymore.

Go here often to sleep and shower. Clean hot showers. The gal that cleans them does a wonderful job. The staff are friendly and quick to help folks. They remember you if come here often and make you feel welcome.

Good parking. Large c-store. Staff was friendly. Lucky Lils casino great place to pass time. Lots of options of food to choose from. Subway, hot/cold deli, frozen and grocery. Truck parking generous and easy to maneuver. Will stop here again.

Strategic location making it a great spot for truckers and rvs, the food was definitely decent and the bathrooms were clean. Sunrise views were awesome!

To corporate please get someone out to this flying j to paint the word reserve on the ground in front of the parking space so drivers will know not to park there unless they pay.this flying j has all of their reserve parking spaces clearly painted except for one.this is causing us drivers to park their thinking its ok then late night get a knock on the door asking us to move.stop ignoring their request for this service.please have more of a since of urgency to fix a simple problem and stop just saying you appreciate our business.

This Flying J is constantly void of toilet paper in the men’s room.It never seems to get any better. I stop here frequently to fuel (as my company mandates that I use Pilot Flying J) as I travel East and west on I-80.Regardless of whom I notify of the identified deficiencies, it just seems like it never get corrected.Granted, I’m not here 24 hours per day so it certainly might be addressed that particular day, however, due to the frequency and varied times of the day of my visits, the problem is present each and EVERY time.

Employees are complete morons I stood in front of the deli case waiting to get a burrito and I would have been next in line but the line quickly grew to about 4 more people and then the guy says oh well if you need something out of the case you need to stand in line and thats not normal usually whatll happen is when you stand at the case where youre ready to get tell him what you want then they grab it and then tell you to come over to the line and ring you up after they get done tending to the customers that were they are in line before you. Then he told me to get in line at that point I was like I dont think so forget it Ill go somewhere else the loves will take care of you

It is always busy here and the lot is always 2/3 or more full. The fueling and store are good. They need to stop people from staying at the fuel pumps for 30+ minutes.

A good place to stop on a road trip. They have a Dennys in house and a better than average convenience store.

Easy in and out. Plenty of parking. Blue Beacon across the street. Nice truck stop without being a travel center.

Pretty busy being at the intersection of I-25 and I-80 but they have just about anything you need for a quick stop.

A little better then average Flying j. Usually a bit cleaner then most, pumps are a little less problematic (most days) good selection of gas station food and snacks. There hot items are fairly priced for what you get. Bathrooms are usually great. Parking is as good as can be expected for a place like this.

When you pull into the fuel Isles be careful because there is a big dip right before the pumps, and the scale is at an odd angle. Other than that it was great.

Never had a problem with this location. All the fuel pumps work when I go here. The receipt printers (there are two here) have always worked. The coffee is always fresh and the creamer is well stocked. Staff is friendly and restrooms are clean. They probably have the hottest water Ive ever seen at a truck stop.

Not much of a truck stop. Caters more to cars and family travelers. For diesel fuel, same as any pilot/flying j......tolerable
