I unexpectedly had to stop in to have my vehicle checked, after experiencing some car trouble on the road from Denver to northern Wyoming.The receptionist was super nice and had me pull the car into the shop immediately. A tech was running diagnostics on our Juke Nismo within minutes. He explained what we were experiencing with our vehicle and put our minds at ease to continue on our drive.I never expected such speedy and kind service! Wish I could have all service on my vehicle done by Halladay Nissan!
I was frustrated in the beginning and Jeff the service manager made sure that he explained everything and made it right! Kelley in the service department did an excellent job making sure my car was safe! Very friendly staff overall!
I asked that Halladay contact me via phone when my vehicle was finished. They never did. No notification was sent notifying me my vehicle was finished.Filters were replaced without asking for my approval.After pulling out of the parking lot, I now have warning notifications that go off regarding my tires. This was not an issue before the service.Typically my Nissan is washed during service. Not even my windshield was cleaned.
It was a great experience. Everyone had the paperwork work ready for me when I got there since we got everything negotiated the night before on the phone. Had a little over a 3 hour drive and was in a hurry to get back home to go to work. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was incredibly friendly – even to the point that one employee comped my oil change, apparently because I’d been approached by three different salesmen (I think it was a slow Saturday) and had been nice to them. The lounge was also really clean and comfortable. My oil change and tire rotation was quick, and the mechanic came out to update me and let me know about a couple of services he recommended, but I didn’t feel pressured to get anything extra done that day. Really great service!
The past several times I’ve come in for an oil change no one has called when my vehicle was ready to be picked up- in spite of me asking them to do so and even calling to ask when it would be ready. Awful communication and poor customer service.
Took my Titan in for an oil change and to get some warranty work looked at. Justin in the phone was great and I forget the other gentleman’s name. Truck was done quickly and the service team was great. I just moved here and I can say I will be back here for any service needs.

The bad part about consistent excellence is it becomes the norm. The fact that the Service Department consistently meets my expectations doesn’t equate to a C+ But rather an A. They have changed my entire opinion of going to a dealer to get my vehicle serviced. Back East, I never would have considered it. Now, I won’t go anywhere else.
Jennifer really helped us out. We have 4 kids and we’re previously in a Nissan Kicks. Although the Kicks was a great vehicle (seriously, a great car), it was not big enough for our family. Jennifer knew this and got us into a bigger vehicle and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Twice I had been overcharged and a work order submitted agreeing with forged signature to do work I did not approve. First time shame on them second time shame on me. They wanted to know if I wanted that person terminated and I said no. I told them that I believe they trained him to cheat people. I will never take my vehicles to them again for service. Keep a very close eye on them people.

Not only did they damage my new car but was very rude and unhelpful. The sales department although was very helpful curtious and respectful.
I previously did a review giving this company 5 stars but unfortunately, as things stand, I am forced to change my review.The new car I was sold from them keeps having more and more issues (Android Auto is not working properly and I keep finding more scratches in the car). This defeats the purpose of buying a new car.Unfortunately, as of now, I cant recommend this company to any of my colleagues or anyone else seeking to buy a car.Edit: After a long time (over a month), the radio for the car was replaced. This July (around 7 months after buying this new car), the cameras started to fail. The service department had told me they had changed but considering they gave me a one week window to get a replacement and I still havent heard from them (1 week 5 days afterwards) even after leaving a voicemail, I have to conclude that they are the same service department as they were last year.It is best to simply drive to Fort Collins or any other Nissan dealer from Cheyenne to Denver to get things actually fixed.Edit 2: Just talked to the owner. He was very friendly and will be helping me get my car fixed. I will update things once the car is fixed (or not).

If youre a female I wouldnt go here 😂 I went in knowing my wheel bearing were going out on my vehicle based off the sound my car was making. Went in 2 different times telling them my wheel bearings were going out and needed to be replaced. They literally rolled their eyes at me and said theyre totally fine and that I dont know what Im talking about essentially. It took me driving 16 hours to our home state for someone at a different nissan to take what I was saying seriously and determined the sound was because my wheel bearings were horrible. Got it fixed and weird, the sounds are no longer there. They just dont take females seriously, and try milking money out of you for appointments that are covered by warranty saying you need all these other things done that arent covered by warranty. Be careful.

It was a pretty nice feeling to get my truck in to have the oil and filter change done. The service was good . I had a scraping noise on the left front tire explained what I heard and had them to check to see what it was so I could get it fixed so it wouldt get any worse and cause expensive repairs. They were very responsive to my concern and I was happy to see that.
Went in for a full diagnostic. Left a cpl hrs later with a brand new car.

My vehicle broke down on the Interstate last Monday and had to be towed in to the Nissan service department. Whatever caused the car to stop working could not be repeated by the service technicians. The service couldnt find anything wrong with my vehicle. I am unsettled about them not finding the problem as I fear this may happen again. I have lost confidence in my vehicles ability to get me from point A to point B.
Went shopping for a used car and ended up with a new Nissan. The salesman (Cristo) that greeted us was very knowledgeable as well as charming. We will definitely be back and we will send our friends and family shopping there as well. This was a great shopping experience!

Transmission replacement and rear bearing replacement
My most recent was good. When I took it in for other issues they did an excellent job however Im still having electrical issues with this car. Im not happy with this car and wish I would of never got it. For a car thats not even 2 years old I should not be having this many problems
I liked the email service updates so I had a record of what was inspected and the results without a bunch of paperwork.
I was very pleased with the entire staff. From Jamie Wittman as our agent, to the finance people, to the repairs shop, everyone was first rate. I was really impressed how quick we were able to get through the process. I was totally prepared to have to come back in a couple of days before I could take the car home, but got to take it home that day. Wow.

Called last week for a used jeep grand cherokee for sale, i was the first one to call for the car right after they had posted it on their website, the salesman told me that the car had mechanical problems, and that he would call me back if they decided to repair it and sell it. Never called me back and just saw the car was sold. How nice and professional... Please dont respond to me like you did the other bad reviews with your bot auto response. Car is sold, i have to look elsewhere now.
Christos has amazing customer service skills, he answered every question and addressed our issues. He has product knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in. Were also big fans of John (the finance guy I think) and Geoff in the service department. You should be very proud of your team.
I asked them to find a rattle and replace a bolt that was missing. When they were finished with my oil change I asked if they replace bolt the said no cover was secure without it. I dont think they even looked for the rattle.

Our story has been a journey. First it started with a repair bill costing more than my daughters car was worth. Second, we first looked at another car dealership where we test more than 6 different cars and then went to another one. Second, my daughter fell in love with the Nissan Rogue. The previous dealership strung us along and had false advertising online and in the store. It was about nickel and diming the customer out of money. The bad part it wasnt even the sale persons fault. Key EPIC music (Do due da do), in comes in Kacy James from Halladay Motors who listen from late call and text to our previous frustration and delivered the car we selected on the first try. She was a straight shooter and didnt work us over. She was nice. Ive never had the royal treatment before but Kacy gave first class service from the moment we arrived and saw through everything. It was the fastest car buying experience Ive had in 40 years. Kacy thank you so much and if I can I will direct people your direction. I have had terrible luck with my car this past year and the people at Halladay Nissan have been great to me! Theyre always willing to work with my schedule so that I have an appointment right when I get into town (Im from Denver) theyre always incredibly polite and communicate everything that needs to be done or is being done and when I had to get a new tire in Denver they worked with Tynans to make sure I didnt have to pay a thing since it was under warranty. Ive worked with Jeff, James, Heather, Cynthia, and Bill and theyve all been great! They also have a nice waiting room if you like to stay and wait for your car.

We were having a car emergency as we traveled from Casper, WY to Denver, CO. They stayed open 15 extra minutes to be able to look at my car and make sure everything was ok. their waiting area was very nice and the salesman were very polite with conversation without trying to upgrade our vehicle or push us to purchase something. I went back for an oil change because the service I received in Denver was nowhere near up to par as these guys. Very knowledgeable about my 2015 Nissan Rogue and have my husband getting his oil change there as well! A perk of getting those is the rewards points, which we can use towards service or sales purchases!
They listen. They do not do the upsell game*** the service people are knowledgeable and recommend what is necessary. I have been a customer here for years and I am very satisfied with the purchases and service, I love my Titan.

Their service department was fine. Unfortunately, today was a terrible experience while I was sitting in the waiting area during my oil change. I had a car salesman spend my entire visit trying to sell me a car. I finally had to make it very clear that I was not interested and only wanted to have my oil done. Yet, he continued. It was more than uncomfortable...to the point where I had to go in the garage and wait.
Didnt help out with understanding warranty or what I can do to fix my car just told me to go back to my other dealership an have them fix it

Went down to the dealership to buy a new vehicle. They quoted me one price and the next day when I showed up to work on the financing they had raised the price. They would not budge on the price of the vehicle they tried to lowball me on my trade. it was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy a vehicle. I would not suggest this dealership to anybody anywhere for any purpose their sales team Will not work with you. They set the price and will send you down the road if you try to negotiate at all.

Brought my 2 month old Nissan Titan in for a service. It has a performance exhaust on it so the techs in the rear decided that they needed to rev my engine. I asked the service manager to ask them to stop as he said they didnt do it they did it again. The tech I use that term loosely said he was Listening for a noise. Lmao. What a joke 40,000 dollar truck and it becomes their play toy when gas is 3.33 a gallon and all it was brought in for was a simple oil change. They will not touch my truck again.
While working in Cheyenne from out of state, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System malfunctioned on my 2014 Maxima. I was hesitant to drive home if there was actually a problem with my tires. I decided to stop by Halladay Nissan to have it checked out. Not only did they accommodate me on a Saturday without an appointment, they took care of the problem & had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes! We bought a 2016 Dodge Caravan. Everything was fine until we got to the finance Mgr John Henry. He tried to tell me that the van didnt have a powertrain warranty. Then he tricked me into a extended warranty and gap insurance. When I went back the next day he said that there was nothing that could be done and tried to pass someone else off as the VP Jim Casey.I called and spoke to real Jim Casey and he fixed it. Otherwise I would have only given one star.Right after the 3 month warranty was up the engine light came on. My mechanic told me to take to dealer as it is a powertrain issue. We are taking it to Adventure Dodge in Laramie. We wont be back to Halladay.
I visited the store on the 5th of June for them to fix my drivers window that was not rolling. On that visit they damaged my upper part of door with some tool I guess they tried to keep the door opened. My husband noticed it on his way out and turned back to let them know. The service manager saw it (Jeff Isabell) and agreed that that was not there when the car came in. After that they said they will take care of it. They offered to fix it and not replace it but my husband didnt agree because it wouldnt be anymore as new (there is no scratch on that part). After my husband asked them to be replaced they said we needed to wait until the Service manager (Jeff again) comes back from his vacation. My husband aggreed to wait and when we finally called them again (they always say they will call and they never do by the way) he offered him to just fix it because he said our request to be replaced is not realistic because this is considered damaged but just wear (mind you this part has not even a scratch). At the beginning they said as well because the car is 2012 they might not be able to find the part and lastly he told my husband on the phone that his service member (they person that worked that day on our car) didnt do the damage.. Now we have a hole in this part that didnt exist before and they keep dragging us with all kind of excuses. Today I called and Jeff hung up on me when I told him to not lie and twist stuff (he tried to tell me that my husband agreed to be fixed initially and now it’s our fault we changed our mind, my husband never agreed by the way he told them from the very beginning that he will probably not be happy with the fix at all). The general manager (J. Casey) never answered our email about our complaint and he got an email on the 6th of June. Now they keep avoiding our calls completely. I havent seen this kind of unprofessionalism in my whole life and sincerely didnt want to believe it when we were notified upon our move in Cheyenne about car services here.
Dishonest. Went in to buy a used Subaru or SUV. Salesman jacked up the price on the second day. He would not show me the maintenance that had been done on the car for 35 min and continually recited that a transmission flush had been done. Finally he showed me the maintenance records that showed NO transmission work at all. He was extremely pushy, and I cought him in multiple lies. I will NEVER buy form Halladay motors.I finally ended the extremely stressful experience .Drove down the road to Spradley Barr and bought a brand new car. Honestly matters!!!
I had the best parts and service experience Ive ever had here. My car wouldnt start even after being jumped and had to be towed to the dealer today, ended up replacing my battery and having my defective windshield wiper motor looked at. Battery price and labor were more than fair, my car starts again and Geoff and Bob really went out of their way to help us find a cheaper motor for the wipers and made sure it would still be compatible with my Juke (OEM was 1000 dollars, found one online for 150) and offered to install it. I will absolutely come back here for future service. They made a very stressful day a lot easier!
They are very pushy (just for that fact I will never ever buy from here again) and the tires they have on their new cars are junk. The tires lasted 20k miles.
This is the worst service Ive ever had in my life. Also they quoted me on an estimate to fix a broken wire in my car and it was $350 for an easy fix that would take about 30 minutes. Theyre very dishonest.
