They dont cancel deliveries. Just keep dropping off water when you cancel from them for weeks. Then expect you to pay for their error. We had nothing but problems with them. It took them months to cancel previous subscription for bottled water and continued to charge and now they are doing the same to us. They drop off bottles even though we told them repeatedly not to unless empty bottles were left out. Anything to get money. Horrible communication and service.

Updating my review as our issue has since been resolved as of this morning. It took just shy of 1.5 months to get the order returned and our money back.We worked with them to get a whole house reverse osmosis system. We ordered what we thought would work for our home and turns out it was going to be way undersized. We were told the system was also going to essentially be a turn key install - it was not whatsoever. We have been trying to return the equipment and get our money back for a month now. I am extremely disappointed with this company.

Cant get anyone to answer the phone. Ive called multiple times across multiple days with no answer. Ive left a voice mail and have yet to receive a call back.

I placed an online request for an in-home estimate for a water softening system. I recently learned I have hard water. Culligan of Cheyenne is closed on the weekend, so I set an appointment for today (Thursday) at 5PM. I received an email confirmation on Monday. Then I left the office early today so as to be here on time to meet them. They didn’t bother to show up nor call. That’s annoying.

Jason delivered salt to us today & was very polite. Earlier this year-2020-we had our reverse osmosis system checked & they were prompt to the appointment and did a great job.

Cant give less than 1 star but terrible business practice not showing up or calling when they arent coming to an appointment for a repair. Plus dont even try to make things right other than Im sorry. That doesnt cut it when I hurried home from Fort Collins on a snowy afternoon and they are in Cheyenne.

Our business has had fantastic experiences with Culligan! They are always incredibly polite and whenever we have an issue they respond to fix it right away. They take into account that were a 24/7 facility and do their best to accomodate.

Ever since halls culligan of Colorado bought this culligan i have been over charged i have also been charged for bottle deposit that i paid in advance for i had a credit and they ate that up with their bogus charges in one day my bill went from -14 to -50 bucks without any purchase the water is wonderful but halls screwed things up and its just not worth getting taken to the cleaners the people that ran the place before halls are showing signs of stress because of halls id be surprised this company survives halls of colorado I WOULD LIKE VERY MUCH FOR HALLS CULLIGAN TO GO AWAY AND GO BACK TO THE GREAT WAY THE COMPANY WAS
