I wish I would’ve read these reviews before starting my delivery service. We received water only once. Our second delivery, no one came - FOR THREE DAYS. No call from deep rock, crystal springs, or primo. We had to call every time and we were given the same run around. No apology, no compensation for our inconvenience nothing. I finally cancelled and the lady had an attitude as if I was a nuisance to her for wanting a service. It’s a shame how customer service is not a priority for this company. Please DO NOT do business with this company!
Should have seen it coming when they were a week late just for initial setup. To get any problem resolved you have to talk to Florida. Deliveries are never on time ... usually 2 weeks late by which time we are out of water. Constantly told problems will be resolved but never are . They are very good at empty promises
Drivers are great. I have been using this company for many years and am very happy with the service! They are on-time every other Wednesday and have always had the water I ordered and extras if I needed them.
We use them for the company and would recommend them to everyone. They are always professional and our delivery driver is always so friendly. We never have had issues with them and weve been with them for over 5 years.
This company has no sense of urgency, poor costumer service, and terrible communication. Cancelled our contract over a month ago because our company is going out of business and still no pick up of our remaining water. I have contacted the company on four separate occasions and each time I have been told all they can do is make a note of it in the system and someone will come by and pick it up. They have wasted my time and lied directly to my face. I am absolutely fed up with this company and I would advise any business to seek any other options. Terrible company go elsewhere!
This is a DS service company (crystal springs). My setup delivery took 9 days to complete, instead of just a week. Should have canceled right then. Not even on my second regular delivery and the cooler breaks on a Saturday with a holiday on a Monday, should have got a new cooler on Tuesday (didnt receive it). Called to cancel service Tuesday night, on hold for 40 minutes, didnt get to speak with anyone that could kill the account. Called this morning, took over a half hour to cancel. Called Culligan before I cancelled my deep rock account, I will be set up for new service this afternoon. Do not waste your time.
