I responded to a recall notice on my two year old bike to replace the brake calipers for improved units. In spite of their service department being booked for two weeks, they agreed to take care of me as soon as I could ride the 270 miles from my home to their shop. I was greeted there like a friend by everyone I encountered. Given coffee and good conversation even as I was there for free labor and parts. I can travel that far for a great shop like that. I am 72 and have been riding for 60 years,
Recently did business with these folks on a couple of motorcycles. Big change from some other places. Folks here were friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Prices were fair without a lot of haggling necessary. Very satisfied with the transactions and will return when the time is right! Thanks Nick and Tracy!!
I would NOT recommend this business. Id called to make an appointment to get a service done on my 4 wheeler. It also wouldnt start. I had to make an appointment 2 weeks later as they were busy. I arrived at 8am the morning of my appointment, dropped it off and left the keys w/the person at the front desk. I called the next day, and was informed no one had even looked at it that day as they had gotten very busy w/more vehicles dropped off to be worked on. Evidently having an appointment didnt matter, others took priority over my appointment. Long story short, I didnt get my 4 wheeler until 3 days later after my appointment. My daily inquiries met w/many excuses of how busy and shorthanded they are. $480 dollars to change out a starter and get a service done is absolutely ridiculous. Im amazed this place stays in business w/the shoddy slow service and very high rates. Ill never be back there again.
Got me in immediately, oil filter broke during oil change and they worked amazingly to get it fixed. Not a bad price all the staff was amazingly helpful and nice. Only issue was once I left my oil light comes on and off now, need to top off the oil. So just left with not enough oil. Other wise good experience.Update: called and very apologetic; told them no worries! Then proceeded to have to buy a quart of oil, most expensive oil change of my life. However I would recommend them. We are all human and make mistakes! Awesome people!
Very impressed. They were professional and friendly in our phone conversations and accommodating in getting my YZ450 running again. They were honest and did not charge me an arm and a leg despite me not knowing much about the issue my bike was having and were courteous to my limited budged in finding an innovative solution to addressing my given problem for an appropriate cost.
I am a first time rider & I really love my Suzuki boulevard. When I first went in, the customer service was phenomenal. Once I put down a downpayment to hold the bike, it was like thats all that was cared about was the sell. When I picked up my bike, it had a small dent on the tank & a pretty significant scratch on the rim, that was absolutely not there before. When addressing this to the owner, he was very nonchalant about it. Never followed up by the owner. I definitely wouldnt give them my business again or recommend. Just another customer to them.
The guys at Cheyenne Motorsports went above and beyond to get my husband’s bike up and running after experiencing a flat tire. We were roughly 62 miles away and stranded with 1,200 miles left on our way home. They not only came out and picked up the bike with a trailer but they stayed long after closing to put on the new tire on a Friday evening. With the Rodeo in town hotel rooms were at a premium and we were back on the road and able to ride on for another 300 miles towards home before calling it a night. They were very helpful and professional. I can’t express enough how thankful I am to have had their help.
This shop is the bees knees. No pressure sales and they take care of everything! Trade in, delivery, paperwork. So far I ordered a spare tire and rim through the parts desk and they were spot on.And, this is local! Highly recommended.
Kinda irritated... talked to a guy here yesterday afternoon about a motorcycle we wanted to purchase in full with cash, drove all the way from southern Colorado the next morning to get here when they opened just to find out they had sold it. Some communication on that would have been nice, kind of a huge waste of my time
Service fine. Forgot battery, screw missing in cowling and rubber gasket laying under handlebar. Other than that not too bad.
Needed tires for my bike after trying to obtain tires from the dealership found they were on backorder and no time when line on when available. Found tires myself took awhile but Steven and James helped me out with getting them installed for a very fair price. Great place to do business with.
We had a Great experience. Nick was very helpful and I will be doing my business here from now on. You will definitely be treated right when you go there.
This place was amazing. Great prices and great staff. Drove up from Denver area just to buy a bike and will do it again for my next one. Called in to get a price, the lady was so friendly I almost didnt believe her. I was treated like family and it really made day. I wish more dealerships were like this one. Thanks again guys!!!!
Top notch service from start to finish! Purchased a new bike basically over the internet and Dave & Dan were great to deal with! Couldn’t be more happy! Thanks again!!!
I have attempted to use services of other dealers in the past, James and Cody are always willing to help and do a great job with my bike. The entire shop is friendly and in short, I recommend them to everyone who needs any service or parts!
Im very happy with my KRX 1000, I didnt give 5 stars for the following reasons. Follow through on modifications to my machine, didnt happen. Hardware left lying on the floorboards doesnt exude confidence or quality. Parts department could do a much better job of returning phone calls; especially when they tell you they will!
Great customer service but treated me like I dont know what Im doing
Went in to get parts was so helpful and they ordered exactly what I needed and it was a very pleasant experience.
Awesome people to work with and super friendly! I recommend them to everyone I meet who wants to buy or needs service. Theyre great!
Very knowledgeable staff, and very friendly. They took us through all of the bikes and gave us a range of options, making us feel safer knowing that we wouldnt buy a bike that was too powerful for us beginners.
Yeah I should have read reviews.Nobody even tried to help me in this place. No customers clogging the lines, the place was dead and still no one even tried.Just make the trip to Ft. Collins and avoid this shop.
I bought a new 2021 Teryx 1000ES and also and accessory package . The box to the accessory package was rather large but light in weight . One of their employees had to use a forklift with no brakes to load it into the back end of my new Ford F-350 running into the tailgate. He looked at me and said I guess thats what we pay insurance for, not once saying he was sorry. Now the owner will not answer my phone calls or return messages. Its a shame that people cant be responsible for their actions. With that being said Im off to talk to a lawyer. My advice would be stay far away from the Kawasaki dealer in Cheyenne Wyoming!!!
I was very happy with my purchase of a new 2021 Kawasaki Teryx 10000 from Cheyenne Motorsports. Nick Dodgeson is a suer guy with an excellent staff. It was a pleasure doing business with these people.
Took my bike in to get fixed. They not only didnt fix it they made it far worse and more expensive to fix. Than they lied about it. Stay far away from this place. Go to Colorado instead.
Great service, great work, nice people. Will go again. Thank you.
A great team that dose good work. They were able to get my FJR in and out fast with new tires. Again thank you.
If your buying your first bike or an experienced rider this place is worth look into. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They work hard to put the right bike with the right rider and take the time to make the right match.
Awesome experience! its was nice to be treated like a customer the old fashion way, honest real people. I drove from Denver to make my purchase form Cheyenne Motorsports, Thanks guys!
Was riding across 8 states and my Ducati started to suffer a misfire. Was passing Cheyenne and decided to stop by Cheyenne Motorsports to see if they had any ideas. Nick and the team there offered assistance, guidance and some recommendations, even though they dont have the tools for Ducati! They even did a quick chain adjustment free of charge!!! Great team and assistance and willing to help anyone. Oh, and a great selection of classic motorcycles if you are in the market! Thanks Nick and team, I made it to my destination.
Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Glad to have done business with them.
Been in there a couple of times and the parrs manager is the most rude and has no customer service and does not want to help anyone who does not need to spend a bunch of money this store is a far cry from the original owners store whom cared about customer service for local people this what we get. Colorado and big city attitude wont be going back and it is. shame the owner is a good guy
I have been going into Cheyenne Motorsports for about the last 5 months looking for the right motorcycle. It was the willingness to answer my questions and just shoot the breeze about bikes that led me to by the Kawasaki Concours they had. Thank you Nick and crew.
I was in there today when a im assuming former employee came in and tried to get his pay fixed. The owner was rude and refused to fix the pay. I don’t want to support a company that can’t treat the employees right. Shame on you cheyenne Motorsport.
Great service. Great price. Very customer service oriented. Traci and Dave are the best. Highly recommend.
My motorcycle shut down on me and I needed help. Cheyenne Motorsports let me borrow a ramp to load the bike in my truck. When I got to Cheyenne Motorsports they not only unloaded my bike for me, they fixed the problem and the bike runs great. When I picked up the bike, they loaded it in my truck for me. They went above and beyond to make me a happy customer.
Asked for a simple alignment and oil change on my x3 instead shop did an “inspection” changed the oil and air filter and tried to chart me almost $500.00 never even attempted to do the alignment. The x3 had been wrecked and had all new up graded parts on it and just needed an alignment to get it drivable. The shop guys found reasons not to work on it but still wanted paid.
Great service. I was in and out in minutes. Nice people as well.
Fantastic service from a locally owned dealer.
Dave is a great sales manager and really took the time to go over everything about our new Kawasaki z650 AND every detail of our paperwork. It felt like we talked to everyone in the sales room, including the owner, and they are a kind and awesome crew.
Friendly service. Need certified Mahindra mechanic. Hard to get parts.
Paid cash for brand new cfmoto and 3 weeks later was notified of a recall. Went to order recall parts and was told they will call me when parts arrive. Had to go in 2 weeks later to check and low and behold they were in. No call. Scheduled appointment for a Monday and it took until Saturday to get done!! Also the day I picked up my brand new atv it was filthy. Had to clean myself to make it look new. Nick needs to work on all aspects of customers services in delivery, service and parts department. Won’t refer anyone to this dealership.
Super easy deal and nice staff.
I have been riding in Wyoming for many years, James is THE go to parts guy in the region and I always feel looked after be it sales, parts or service
The guys did a good job with scheduled maintenance on my two Atv’s,it took only three days from when I called to make the appointment to get the machines in and they finished the work on time.
No one to help in parts.. When it called to tell the pates guy about it he hung up on me... Called sales the man was snotty and also didnt what to lesion to me and just thetteng to hang up on me the hole time I was trying to talk to him...he would not apologize or anything... All I got form him was you dont talk you listen to him... all i wanted was a simple apology not to get hung up on ...
Absolute pleasure purchasing my first new bike from Nick. Everyone was very kind and very knowledgeable. Will be doing business with them again!
Very friendly staff. Also very knowledgeable. They also are encouraging to my son who is a young rider.
They quickly diagnosed the problem with our honda 4wheeler battery draining and repair it.
Great experience and friendly staff!
Great place. Great service . Good people .
Went in with my helmet, I rode bike there. Owner followed me, staring at my helmet like I stole it.
They always have what I need and get me in and out as fast as possible! Great place with tons of accessories and inventory.
Had to wait for freight to deliver my 4 wheeler but that was out of there hands. Owner Nick, sales Tracy and Dave was incredible. Dave kept me informed of any developments and did a great job of showing me my new 4 wheeler with all of its different features.
Great people to work with. We had warranty work done on our CF Moto quad. Willing Service after the sale!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! No one EVER answers the phone; or when they do, they put you hold and then they conveniently hang up on you; doesnt matter when you call. I am done trying.
They balanced my tires on my motorcycle for a fair price and was quick! They even fit me in last minute! Great and personable people when I was there. I am happy with them.
Definitely real straightforward and honest people from the owner to his crew of guys
Great experience overall! Good communication, great price, very nice/knowledgeable staff. We will be back!
They had the chain I needed in stock but it was in an already opened package - wrong master link. Had to go back & get the right one.
We have had both of our machines cared for here.We have always gotten GREAT service & customer service. Highly recommend for care of any & all machines.
Could not find a tire for my Treyx in all the bike shops in Northern Colorado, called James at Cheyenne motorsports and he found both tire and rim! The price was very fair. While there I met and had a great conversation with owner Nick. It was awesome, you could feel the Freedom, Friendliness, and Green loyalty (not the electric kind of green!) I guess Nick has spent some time on a old small scooter designed for nursing home residence I believe the model is KX500 2 stroke otherwise known as the Green Monster. If you want to be treated well, with a great value this is the ONLY place to go. Jason Waldo
Thanks to the guys at Cheyenne Motorsports, my old 4-wheeler runs like new! Great job for a fair price!!
Did a awesome job on my bike! New exhaust sounds meaner than any Harley Ive ever heard. Thanks !!
Terrible service, no response from anyone.
Would not recommend them.
The business is great. They are the only store Ill use.
Extremely helpful and honest! Will definitely use in all future repairs
Thank you very much for all the extra work. Great people to work with.
Outstanding customer service! Nick and his entire crew are well trained, Knowledgeable and courteous. Absolutely a must for Motorsports. Thank you!
I reached out to buy a bike listed online. It didnt seem like they were interested in selling the bike. After several days trying to squeeze info from them, I made an offer to buy the bike. I was told Nick was off and he would get back to me when he got in... but nothing. That was almost two weeks ago. Anyway, Im totally in the dark about what ever happened with my offer. I ended up getting another bike from another dealership that sent me the requested info, negotiated the price and made a deal all in the same day. It was refreshing doing business with someone who was on the ball.
Just got a new atv. Everyone that helped us was amazing. From explaining the features of the ATV to helping pick out new helmets. Thanks everyone
Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and attentive. If you are looking to get a deal, this might not be the best place. I am always about shop local but when you have done your research and price shopped around, they rarely budge on price. They wouldnt even drop $100 off MSRP when they were $800 above the other dealers within 200 miles. Maybe its just the sales guy being too greedy on his commission. Ill give them a chance to earn my business the next time I go to buy another bike, but buying local also means to respect those in your community. Being greedy over $100 difference in meeting on a price is just wrong!
Very nice employees, they go out of their way to help us with our new CF Moto atvs!
Service was great
The techs came in clutch. They were swamped with work and were not able to help us travelers by working on our trailer light issues but gave us a quick verbal assist. Props to them and many thanks.
This a great Cheyenne business. Nick, David, Dave and the other employees are very customer oriented. They have an amazing inventory. I was looking for a used tractor but they got me into a new Mihindra tractor for a great price. This compact tractor is amazing and is very well designed. I have 5 acres and it has done everything needed.Nick does so many things for thecommunity. A true Cheyenne businees person.
We walked in looking for a specific type of atv, we were greeted and helped by Dave with great customer service! We got the paper work all done up and the deal was great!! Thank you all over here for helping us!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. No pressure to buy today.Parts/service department has a great reputation for being helpful and going the extra mile. The owner Nick, has been a pillar in the community for decades, and is the consummate definition of an honest and ethical businessman.I will be purchasing a new Royal Enfield Himalayan from them in March of 2020, and will not cross the border into Colorado to buy my bike, even if they matched, (or beat), this dealers price quote!
They will charge for things you never asked to be done. They changed several things about my utv that I personally did. They will quote you one price then charge you a far larger amount!! Horrible service and massive dishonest owner and workers. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!
I really appreciate Dave Bertrand he wasn’t pushy and he sold me exactly what I was looking for .my husband loves his New Mule SX. Thank you for such a awesome experience ;)
Such amazing group of people! Super friendly and helpful they helped me find the perfect bike and delivered it cheaper than renting a trailer! Go to them first and save your self from searching around!!
Passing through on a 29 day road trip. Needed a rear tire. No problem. Over the top care, compassion and concern. Very congenial service manager and personable mechanic. One hour and a very reasonable fee and I was on the road again. These folk made my short notice request their priority. True value when rubber meets the road.
I am not one to write bad reviews but this one deserves it by all means. I mainly had a problem with the parts department. Ive had 2 instances where there was some sort of confusion or parts ordered wrong, then to wait another week for them. Honestly I will probably never order parts through Cheyenne Motorsports again, I dont trust that there wont be a problem that arises the next time I would need anything.
I purchased a tractor from Cheyenne motorsports. The purchase and delivery were made extremely easy. I look forward to a long association with this business.
I had a great experience working with Cheyenne Motorsports on the purchase of a bike. Traci and the staff members took time to answer all my questions and even get the bike loaded on my truck for me. I would recommend them highly!
I recently purchased an SV650, and when an issue came up the dealer was friendly and responsive and got everything sorted out to my satisfaction. Dave is friendly and knowledgeable in sales. Nick is helpful and makes sure everyone is being taken care of. I appreciate their low pressure sales attitude, and no he hidden fees like a lot of dealerships try to push.Ill definitely be back for service and future purchases.
I bought two brand new motorcycles from Cheyenne Motorsports, that I now cant ride until I fix their screwup, costing me more time and money. Im military stationed here from Florida, I told them that, and that I had two Florida tags to transfer to the bikes since Florida is still my home of record; they said no big deal, theyd give me temp tags in the mean time and to just contact the tax office in Florida to get them swapped. Great.Fast forward two months thanks to covid, my temp tags are expired, the Florida tax office says that all should have been done by the dealer that they cant do it since the dealer holds the titles. I called the dealership back and they said they processed the title through Laramie county so they cant do anything with Florida tags, and that its now my problem and I need to take it up with Laramie county. So now I have two brand new bikes Im paying for that I cant ride because they either screwed up or did it the lazy way instead of how they should have like I asked them to and they said they did. Now Im going to have to pay for more tags for here that I wont need in another year, then when I go back to Florida Ill have to pay for a title replacement, all because they filed the paperwork incorrectly. Was actually planning to buy a new KRX side by side from them as well, safe to say that will not be happening, Ill look elsewhere for that.Clearly theyre only in it for the quick sale, service is NOT a priority to them.
Purchased a tractor from Nick and Dave and the experience was first class. No games, no nonsense, no surprises. Nick was very competitive on price compared to the larger dealers and was willing to deliver the same day. Cheyenne Motorsports is a newer Mahindra dealer but I took a chance on them knowing that good people make all the difference. Highly recommended.
Hey. I’m traveler from Ukraine. They put 2 new tires and 2 new tubes on my bike. Than I got my back tire low. Tube was folded inside. I called them, they didn’t want to return my money. Guy name is Zack. I came to their office with my friend who works in Police. Also I showed them folded tube. Guy who I talked (around 50-55 years old) was polite and then he back my money. But their mistake cost me a lot of money and I lost 2 days. It’s a lot if you have just 10 days of vacation! I would not work with this company again
The best motorcycle dealership in the Rockies. Cheyennes number one dealership thanks for all your help.
Great folks behind the counter. Helped us with our helmet selection along with information on style and fit. Will definitely do business with them again. Small purchase and still gave us undivided attention.
Traci is the best!
I just bought a new bike from them and everyone wàs really cool. They made buying à bike easy. THEY All helped out
Outstanding service and friendly knowledgeable personnel
Nick, is friendly honest and knowledgeable
Nick and all of the crew were fantastic. They quickly got me the exact bike I was looking for at a fair price. Friendly and honest dealership.
