I looked at other ATV places when Borderline said they were charging MSRP, but not added fees. I didnt realize what this meant, but in Fort Collins they charge MSRP plus $1,600 in fees. Also, Fort Collins was going to charge installation fees for a winch. I asked Borderline what they charge for installation and Borderline doesnt charge installation fees if you buy the product from them. They appreciated my business, were up front, and very knowledgeable. They thanked me multiple times for the business. It was a refreshing and pleasant experience.

I recently purchased my first sled from Borderline Power Sports and had a great experience. I have purchased many sleds from many different dealers in different states over the years and can say these guys are doing things right. I preordered my 21 Turbo sled in spring and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at building up the stoke. I called the dealership around the time they said it should be in and it was. I picked up the sled a few days later and was off. Overall my initial impressions of this dealership are very positive. Keep up the great service!

We drove about 45min to get to these guys and I am so glad we did. Everyone was incredibly helpful. No run-around. No hidden fees. Very straightforward and courteous throughout. Very much worth the drive up from Denver. Heath is the MAN!! Very good people to deal with, they will not nickle and dime you to death, the price is the price and you are out the door with a full tank of gas. Even accessories, I will check with Heath before ordering online, many times he can match it or do a little better. Borderline is a great place and we will continue to buy from them for a long, long time.

Called a day ahead on a 2019 polaris rs1. Travis and his team were more then helpful. All around good experience. They had to swap wheels and tires on the machine at my request and I was still in and out with financing time in maybe an hour tops. Definitely recommend.

Went in with someone to purchase a 2019 Polaris sportsman 850 SP, decent buying experience I thought, so far hes happy with it. Only wish they explained more in depth on their maintenance and services, warranties etc. Not bad though.

I pretty much did most of my deal over the phone and it was flawless. I knew what I wanted(sportsman) and what i wanted to pay. I gave them the number and within minutes I had a call back with news I would be able to pick my bike up the next day. When I arrived my wife and I looked at the showroom for 5 minutes then the paperwork was ready to be signed. I rode it around the lot for a few minutes, loaded up and we were done in 1 hour. They told me everything I needed to know and there was never any pressure to upgrade or get accessories. Good buying experience now we get to see the service experience. In for the first service soon...Update.Called yesterday for first service and this is a very busy time so I didnt expect to even get in for a week. They said bring it on in and we can for sure get it done by Thursday. So I get there and hes like we are gonna take care of this right now. It was done in an hour and half, I went and got lunch. I had my quad at home within 3 and half hours. Im thoroughly impressed by this dealership so far. I Highly recommended giving them a chance at your business.

Parts and service are excellent.I repair my own equipment. I can call for advice and information I have a very old 2 wheel drive quad. If they cant find it it is not available. So far they have found every part I have broken and given good advice on repairs. I abuse mine everyday moving livestock or their feed. 800lbs at a time. Frendly people and good advice. Just wish I could afford a new more capable one.

Placed a snow check for a new sled, recieved a phone call. Talked to the salesman for 15 minutes, told him what I wanted. Then I stated the wife needs a new sled since his prices were competitive. Told him what we wanted... He said hed call back. Still waiting... probably been 5 months. Glad I didnt hold my breath. Bought elsewhere!

I live in northern Colorado, and I had a much better experience working with the great crew at Borderline than any dealer I contacted in Colorado when purchasing my ATV.

My experience was one problem after another with them. There was no continuity between workers. Dropped off an item to get worked on a week ago. I Called 6 days later and it took them a half hour to find my part just to tell me, they didnt know why it was sitting there, and never worked on it because the guy who took it in did not complete the paperwork. We will get it done right now is what I was told. Then the part they sold me wouldnt fit.... So they had to go get this part from another shop, while I was waiting, that was more than double the price because, it was the only one available...... One issue after another with them. I was not satisfied at all for my first experience with them.

Huge thank you to the entire Service Department and especially Tyler. My Honda Goldwing brokedown 80 miles from their shop returning from Sturgis last Friday. Tyler stayed after closing Friday to get the bike unloaded from the tow truck and to get a quick diagnosis done on it before they went home. The entire crew helped unload it and get my trailer disconnected and stored as well. Discovered on Saturday after charging the battery that the alternator was bad. Although the part was not stocked, Tyler helped devise a plan to get me back on the road and home to Colorado. And, didnt charge me a dime!. He made an unpleasant situation easy on me and the group I was traveling with. THANK YOU AGAIN!

After having a little trouble getting my recall done, the owner got in touch with me to make sure I was taken care of. He directed his staff and they were very helpful and quick to finish the recall on my bike.

Ill never do business with Borderline Honda and will encourage other bikers and trikers to do the same.I was on my way from Denver to my home in Sheridan Wyoming when I started losing front tire air pressure on my Goldwing trike. I was around 2 miles away from Borderline Honda. So I entered the business and spoke with a gentleman with an Australian accent. I explained that I was over 350 miles from home and needed to get the front tire fixed on my Goldwing trike. He promptly informed me that he would work on Goldwings, but he didnt work on trikes. He said it was because of his insurance company. I told him that the front of the bike is a Goldwing, so how about if I removed the tire myself and then gave it to him to repair? He said emphatically NO, he doesnt work on trikes, period. I explained that I was really in a bind and would greatly appreciate some help. He reaffirmed that I wouldnt get help from him. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager, I asked to speak to the owner and he snidely said that he was the owner too. That was on a Saturday and I wasnt able to get it to another shop before they closed for the weekend, so I had it towed to Sheridan for a sizable price. Ill never do business with Borderline Honda...............

I have to say Ive dealt with a lot of dealerships all across the USA . I took my RZR 1000 in for some recall repairs and I was treated with 100% utmost respect ! the repairs were flawless ! They unloaded and loaded my sxs for me . Answered all my questions, even did some extra work without charging me $0.00 ! Im looking to buy 2 Polaris ACEs and I know where Im going to make the purchase. Thank you !!!!!!
