So, for starters, I’ve never been a fan of storage units because I am very particular about my items. Storage Masters in Chesterfield was my first storage unit experience and thankfully, Mr. Rogers made it a GREAT one. They treated me like family from the time I called inquiring about the unit up until the pool move out. I didn’t really know what size unit I needed for my items and I was trying to keep the price low (grad school life). I was able to explain the items I was bringing and roughly the size and they helped me pick out the perfect unit for a great, low price! ✅✅ In addition, I had issues with the moving truck that I had rented for moving day and luckily, I was able to rent the Storage Masters moving truck the same day at the last minute. I was moving to the area from out-of-state to attend school. It was just a really good experience, my items were still in great condition upon move out and the whole process was really easy and simple. Moving is hard enough and the last minute issues that arose were really worrisome. Thankfully, Mr. Rogers helped make the transition really smooth in every way possible. I can’t thank him enough!

I personally have been working with Mike. However let me 1st start by saying the place is pristine they are doing a little bit of construction and it is looking very updated and very easy to access all of the pods and locations. Mike has been one of the most kind and very helpful People working with me on Obtaining my Unit and assisting me in the use of a lot of their complimentary services. They have such an array of things that are helpful especially when youre moving I cannot say enough about how much easier life became after I got a place at storage masters. I almost feel like an automated response but these are things that are genuinely true.. I have yet to come across a company that has been so warm welcoming and trustworthy right from the getgo and has been consistent ever since in quite some time. Needless to say recommended to every and all.

Roger and his staff were very proactive with helping us find the right unit for our needs, and worked with us to reserve it until we could get in to finalize the paperwork. Very courteous and helpful. We had rented with them years ago and came back when we needed a new space.

I live in FL and was needing a storage unit for my daughter for the summer. Roger at the Chesterfield location was very helpful over the phone. Once I arrived at the facility, Roger took the time to actually show me the units I was looking at online. I highly recommend Roger and Storage Masters!!

Having been at the West Main storage facility in Decatur for a number of years. I have had a number of people who Ive dealt with. Barb has been the best of all. Im on the go and she makes sure everything is up to date. She emails all information and always asks the right questions. I personally tell her thanks and I would also like others to know how good she is at her job.

Great experience, super clean units, very safe storage and property. Roger was awesome and showed me multiple units and helped me find one with easy loading/unloading access and lighting which was important to me. I feel great about the rental experience and am confident my property will be safe here during storage. Bonus: They offer use of a moving truck to get moved in.

BEWARE: HIDDEN CHARGES! POOR COMMUNICATION AT BEST.Overall I had a really pleasant experience with the manager of the facility. However, there were several hidden charges not disclosed. Im filing a complaint with the better Business bureau and the consumer protection agency for the state of Missouri but thought I would post a review guys know.They put a forest place insurance on things even when you carry your own insurance. After a quick Google search and confirmation, that is not legal to do. I also want to know that it was never disclosed in any of the paperwork. It simply says a free truck is available when you move in and . Now, I rented several trucks and no theres expected charges like fuel and things like that, but this was a straight-up charge for insurance you know my insurance covers me.The manager of the facility gave me the district managers phone number, I number I called multiple times and if you got to get a return phone call.

We are repeat customers of Storage Masters in Chesterfield, MO. Roger, the Site Manager, has been very helpful all along our journey. He was patient and helpful figuring out the proper unit for our storage and showing them to us, helped us secure and use the moving van, offered refreshments, welcomed our use of the on-site dumpster, and all and all made us feel valued. He has great customer service skills.

Roger was efficient and professional. I have an ideal space for my bass boat and am confident this location and price are the best value for my boat.

The Chesterfield manager, Roger, clearly explained the available options and pricing and effectively helped me assess the appropriately sized unit for my needs without any added sales pressure. Roger had useful ideas on moving and storing including suggestions on the most appropriate packing supplies, most of which are offered in the office at very competitive prices.

I drive 30 miles to this facility to rent 2 units. At 2pm on a Wed they locked the door in my face and drove off in front of me. They saw me drive up, get out of my car and walk to the door. Obviously customer service and working posted hours is NOT a concern for them!!!

The sales rep was exceptionally hospitable and well versed on the Storage Facility. He had just moved from Denver, but you would never have known based on his knowledge of the facility and business procedures. The Storage facility is extremely well maintained and always clean. This is the second year we have used the facility to store our daughters school stuff between the Spring and Fall semester. The truck we borrowed to move all the stuff was in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. We appreciate the convenience and easy on/off highway access. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

Excellent customer service, checking in and out!Getting the unit day-of was no sweat at all! We made our reservation over the phone, and it was all ready for us when we showed up! We did not use the option, but the box truck was available for move in if we had needed!Checking out, we closed on our house the same day our unit was up, so instead of having to pay for an additional month of storage, we were able to prorate, just for the last few days we needed! The box truck was again available for rental, which was super helpful!The manager I talked with was so kind, competent and helpful! No pressure to keep the unit or pay for any longer than we absolutely needed! He provided all the information we needed and was completely helpful over the phone!10/10, would use this facility again!

Excellent customer service. I searched all over the Chesterfield area and Storage Masters had the best price for the unit I wanted - by a LOT. Being able to use the moving truck that Storage Masters has on-site was also extremely helpful in getting everything for my move done in one convenient place. I would recommend anyone use Storage Masters for their storage needs.

I rented two units the beginning of June. In September I received letters on both units that my rent is already being raised effective immediately. I also have one climate controlled and one not. The smaller not climate controlled unit is infested with spiders and when I try to move any box spiders are underneath, on top of, and now coming out of my boxes.

They were nice but they were hidden charges I was not aware of from the start like the coverage of $9 a month on top of the renting fee... not happy I wasn’t told that till half way through the paper work. Other than that they were nice and helpful.

They were super helpful at signup. Clean and great prices. Made it easy to get started and store my stuff!

Very friendly staff! My husband and I were in the middle of an all day (and stressful) move and Diane was very sweet to us and helped us get settled. She got us moving in our storage unit as quickly as possible so our movers were not just sitting around and even offered to stay late in case we needed her for something. We really appreciate how much she helped us during a very stressful day. Thanks, Diane!

Dont trust anything they say. Paid rent for the next month early. Called and talked to Brad/Chad said I did not need unit anymore on the renewal date. he said I should get some money returned. They told me I needed to move out first, so I did. Now they tell me since I moved out that I get nothing back and cant use my unit for the month that I already paid. Very friendly and helpful up front. Can careless after you sing. Will never do business with them again. ASK A Lot OF QUESTIONS.... Very Shady.

I rented an RV storage site. The staff was very friendly. They made sure I felt comfortable with the parking situation before signing me up. Easy to get on and off the highway.

Billy was wonderful to work with! We have received excellent customer service, clear information and have been very pleased with our experience! We highly recommend!

Billy was great. Very hot day upon moving in. Provided me help and water as relevant and necessary. The air conditioning unit in my climate controlled storage unit was not functioning on a 95 degree day. Billy called for repairs and I was assured that it would be fixed and working properly within 24 hours. It was not but, was ultimately repaired within the week. This had no reflection on Billy or his service and he was very understanding and made it a high priority and contacted me once things were made right. The things I store require climate control at all times and Billy recognized this as a high priority and solvesd the problem on his end. I was satisfied but would have liked it to be in proper working order a bit sooner. Billy assured me that he is now monitoring all climate controlled units on a daily basis to make sure appropriate heating and cooling are at proper levels...as that is what I am paying to maintain for my valuables.

They are extremely friendly and helpful. Made the process of renting my unit fast and painless.

I only give 2 stars because its clean and is temperature controlled. Space, however, isnt exact. The true measurement of my space was not as it claims to be and I had to go up in a space unit. Ill be looking at other storage now..

Beware of bait and switch! Today (Saturday) I made an online Reservation (confirmed by email) for a 5X10 2nd-floor climate-controlled unit for $37 mo with 50% off the first month. Supposedly it was reserved for 14 days--even though there was no way to pay a deposit online. I spoke with Brad THREE times and said we would be in either Monday or Tuesday to pay and complete the paperwork to use the free truck, also reserved for Tuesday. At no point did he say the unit was not reserved without payment. Within a couple of hours, Brad called to say the unit had been rented to someone else. I went in to see if I could get two 5X5 units for the original price quoted (and pay while there), and was told he did have those available but the cost would be $37 per unit per month (twice as much for the same amount of space).

Well run facility.
