This property is remarkable. Always clean and most importantly the young lady (Meyoshe??)there is always willing to help. I remember a day i had gotten there way past 6pm and she still helped me!!

I have used Beyond Self Storage twice now within the last year and the customer service has been excellent! My first experience I worked with John, who gave excellent customer service. I have recently worked with Alice, who has been extremely helpful during my last move. She made sure that my moving help got a good spot inside, and she walked outside in the pouring rain to do so. Alice also gave me a phone call within 24 hours of my move in to notify me that my lock was put on incorrectly, and offered any assistance to help in anyway. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs Storage!

I believe this storage facility tops them all. Its air conditioned this being summer is a nice treat. Its always super clean and you can drive right inside the facility to unload your car even if its pouring rain you stay dry and cool. There are many options regarding the space to place into your storage units. The staff is very helpful. A+

Great Storage facility. One thing I look for in a company is great customer service and a welcoming feel. Anytime I walk into the office I definitely feel as Im around family and friends. I love the lay out and the fact the security seems to be top notch! The climate control is even better, storing tech and other items that can get damaged due to the heat or cold is safe, which in the Midwest is a godsend! Would certainly recommend using this facility

Excellent facility, great prices and top notch customer service. I feel very secure when entering and exiting my storage unit, and love that it is climate controlled. You dont have to worry about heat, cold, snow or rain because all units are inside. Youll also have access to dollys in the case of large or heavy items.

Andrew (the manager) and the othwr staff members have always been very personable and helpful on my visits and when I have needed to call on a matter as well. The facility is always in meticulous order, brightly lit and well kept. Three layers of security for entrance and exits, in addition to video surveillance, puts the safety of my belongings AND of myself at ease. My storage unit in the top floor was maintained at a consistent and comfortable temperature throughout the summer months--much more so than the units of two family members not fortunate enough to use Beyond Self Storage. My experience here the past five months has been exceptional. Thank you, Andrew!

This was great compared to the previous storage company we used. The grounds felt very secure, it was easy to get a drive-up unit, and the staff were very friendly. Id definitely use them again if Im in need of sotrage!

Just rented space to store a lawn care company trailer. Excellent clean facility. Outside trailer storage is fenced and locked by a security gate at all times. Prices are reasonable and staff are very friendly and efficient.

Very clean storage place and temperature controlled. You can drive your car inside right next to the elevators, which is an added bonus.

Price is reasonable for outside parking and love the gate app. When there have been gate issues they are addressed with a sense of urgency

You cant beat the facilities, the prices are fantastic, great leadership team to help. They even have a conference room available free for customers. Dont bother looking elsewhere.
