Spent the morning at a big box store chain. Nice people but obviously not trained on the equipment they were selling. …very frustrating. Decided to try PPP before heading home. What a refreshing experience. Spent the time both over the phone and in the store to answer all my questions and gave me good recommendations. Went above and beyond to please us. I have no problem giving them my highest recommendation. If you want personal attention from somebody who knows their products, this is the place to be.

Nice selection! Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff to work with. No pressure sales tactics. Took his time showing us how to adjust and operate each one, and actually trying them all out and experiencing the pros and cons of each. This made it very easy to pick the one that suited our needs.

We’ve made 2 purchases in the last 15 months and both have worked out terrifically. The first was an Arc Trainer, a rehabbed fitness club machine that has been great. Delivery and set up was seamless and the machine has been wonderful to work out on. The second piece was a recumbent bike. Again, delivery and set up was easy and the bike has also been great to workout on. Both times the shopping experience was easy, Derek was one of our salesman and he was knowledgeable and easy going. The prices were fair and being able to get the equipment locally was a big plus. I’m not sure what we’ll fit into our home gym next but I know I’ll shop at Push Pedal Pull first.

My husband and I came in to get availability and pricing of treadmill but ended up opting for Elliptical which is better on the joints. Will was the representative who helped, answered our questions and was honest about which equipment would fit our needs. He didnt try upsell us but gave us options that were budget friendly and would fit our space and fitness goals.

Wonderful service so far!!! I called to discuss water rowers, as I was looking online to order one and found out they carried the same brand. They didnt have the exact model I was looking for, but did have the same model in a different finish. Lead times online direct from the manufacturer were listed as 5-6 weeks - but Derek confirmed they had three being shipped within a few days and one of those was available for purchase. So now I should have it in my home within the next week or so. Derek was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and made the entire process run so smoothly.

We had a manufacturer’s issue with the treadmill, which had nothing to do with store itself. I was looking for some home equipment to outfit the basement of our new home and I found myself at Push Pedal Pull in Chesterfield. We had already been to one of the competitors and seen what they had to offer but we wanted to see all of our options.
