They were extremely accommodating! I simply emailed them are relatively large order of 13 Sandwiches. and was able to schedule it for pick up on a day that location was closed. Upon arrival she offered us coffee and quickly had our order labeled and boxed. A couple of hours later I recieved a text asking how everything was a and thank you for choosing them! I really loved the bike shop cafe: I’m thinking there are new owners now since it is called bike shops bakery now. Not sure what happened. Today, we finally were able to come back after Covid. The people working were awesome people but the food was not good. I’m sorry. I ordered the potato leek soup and chicken salad sandwich. Both awful. The soup was room temp and tasted like mud. The half sandwich had a tablespoon of chicken salad with a ton of lettuce and tomato and was not appetizing. I felt bad but I hid it all under my napkins. My husband had the chicken and wild rice soup and it came out cold and he said it was not good. My son gave props to the cinnamon bun. Sad this place lost its charm. We loved it before. I hope they can bring it back.

We just got coffee, but it was beyond amazing. Im only taking off a star because the one girl was really rude. She had an aditude because her co-worker asked for her help (her co-worker was very nice).

Snickerdoodle cookie and Pumpkin Pie Latte was excellent!! The latte could have been hotter - otherwise Id have given five stars

We through my daughters 7th birthday party here and we could not have been more pleased. The pricing was extremely affordable, the staff was very attentive and the activities were great! We had a group of girls ranging in age from 4-7 and each one loved it. They got a tour of the kitchen, an explanation of some principles of baking and then got to make their own pizzas. The pizzas were huge! Then they decorated the cup cakes and each girl got to be creative and use different frosting and sprinkles. The cupcakes were a great take away gift. This was a great day! The other parents were able to go shopping or buy something to eat. The parents that are there raved about the food. This was a great experience.

We stopped by after hot yoga on a Sunday for some vegan friendly food! The customer service was great and the food was amazing! Initially we were the only ones there but more people did start to trickle in around around noon. Our server Frankie appeared to be one of two people working but she handled our group of 7 very well and checked on us frequently! Everything there is organic and you can taste it in the food! The vegan queso is a great starter that everyone (vegan or not) will enjoy! Um did I mention they have vegan cinnamon roles! The cinnamon role paired with a cup of black ginger tea made my day! I highly recommend this place!

Food was alright. A little pricey for what you get. I got a salad. I heard the sandwiches are pretty good though. But the staff could definitely use an attitude adjustment. Maybe greet people when they walk in and put a smile on your face. Instead of continuing your conversation while a customer stands there waiting for you to finish. Ill probably try it again. But during the day. Not the evening.

Love this cafe! Great vegan options. Super comfortable. The drinks are amazing and the food is pretty good, all for the same cost or cheaper than Starbucks. The service is friendly and pretty fast and the flavors are incredible.

I ordered the White Rabbit and it tasted great here and there but overall wasn’t well mixed. Service was decent, nothing terrible but nothing noteworthy either. Love the vibe of the cafe though! I went with a friend at 3pm and it was completely empty so didn’t have to worry about lines, messes, getting a good table or anything.

Had a good sandwich for $8. Service was adequate but not overly friendly.Decor is pretty cool, its bike themed if you couldnt guess from the name, including a bicycle table and bike wheel light fixtures.

Communication between cashier and kitchen failed. We waited far too long for our meal before it became apparent the order had not reached the kitchen. There was an apology and complimentary candy/desert. I appreciated that, anyone can make a mistake but what counts is how you fix it so neutral on that. However - our food was then obviously rushed out and was tepid. Also, when we were ordering we were not told about the half sandwich, half soup or salad option. The chalkboard menu is a confusing mess, the printed one not easy to follow either. I also dislike tremendously the option of tipping when paying instead of it being left up to the customer AFTER satisfactory service etc. The food seemed as if it would be good if at the proper temperature, but on top of everything the overly loud radio station playing through the speakers made this a place while we wish it well, we wont be back. My advice - and I spent quite a few years Im the hospitality business - is to consider consulting with an experienced and successful restauranteur and iron out these problems. What we experienced was a lot of enthusiasm but very little professionalism and attention to important details.

Not busy, the selection of food is really good. The menus has a good variety of food. The place is clean. You have indoor and outdoor seating. There is no waitresses you order food and walk up to counter when its ready.

Great seating, friendly staff and delicious smooth coffee! Bonus is that it’s handicapped accessible and tons of outlets for working on your computer

Went to the Bike stop cafe Chesterfield to rent bikes and then eat lunch. Three adults and two children. We never got to go on the ride because they had three bikes to rent, none suitable for children. The website shows rentals available for children and adults. This is more of a novelty place to eat than a true trail bike rental shop. If you want to rent bikes, I suggest that you go somewhere else. If you want to look like you ride the trail and just want lunch, then this might be your place.

Stopped in to have a snack and tried the Century Wrap. This by far the best breakfast wrap I have ever had. Phenomenal!!! I am going back again. I never write reviews and this rap was so good I had to write a review about it.
