My teen loves this store because it suits her style. You can find some great deals if you really look around and they usually have some kind of promotion going on. The staff is generally friendly but occasionally you wonder why this person is even in retail ( they must have a friend working there to get the job)Gothic,punk,emo

This place was absolutely lovely. The store has a fantastic selection. Great staff and during the Covid Pandemic they actually enforced a mask wearing policy that made me feel safe while shopping.

The boy with the purple hair dressed like a female was very rude. Almost broke his leg to made sure my son and I had our mask. Apparently you only hired him to be a mask police. Cause thats he was doing besides standing there and did nothing else. I will not be going back

The kid you had checking the number of people on Saturday 5/1/21 has no business working for your business. She stopped my family of 3 from entering saying there was only room for 2 more people. Then without anyone leaving the store she let a group of 4 people in? So there wasn’t enough room for 1 more but there was room for her 4 friends? There need to be an adult working because these kids you have are killing your business 🤧

The staff at this store is amazing . Kris more than went out of his way to make sure we found everything we needed and got the best deal possible, he even carried our items to the register and sorted them for us as we shopped. The manager was also amazing, though I didnt catch her name. She was extremely helpful too, even went as far as dancing with the kids because she NOTICED that I had mentioned one of our items was a gift and wanted to keep them distracted. Everyone in the store is super friendly, fun and helpful. this is by far my favorite hot topic in the are .

I went to buy Queen / Freddie Mercury tee shorts they had 4 styles. I bought them all.

This is one of the best ones Ive been to. 3 times the size of the one in Columbia.

Trendy clothing and accessory shop for teens, tweens and adults who never want to grow up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Style ranges from punk/goth/alt to rap/reggae and anime/gamer.

The worst HotTopic I have visited.No one was there to greet. Okay, fine. Walked around the store for a good 20 minutes and still no one came up and said hello.Went to check out THEN was told about ONE of the many deals going on.Went back to get another item. And was told the item I picked was not allowed in the deal.Then I finally asked WHAT DEALS are going on because no one told me.They apologized and then told me about the deals.Wont be going back.Ill stick to Chesterfield Mall or MidRivers Mall.
