Lorenzo and Ash were working when we were there last night. I can say you could tell they were short staffed, as the store was kinda messy but they were both so kind in helping everyone I saw there. I had to make sure I got their names before leaving as both of them deserve the praise.

Great deals lots of stuff going on busy store almost a little bit on the crazy side.

Great hip store for teenagers took my kids there great selection of clothes, well stocked . Really helpful staff .

Rude employees. Left, don’t care to buy from your store if you have workers with attitudes. I worked retail for years and I can’t imagine having such sass towards customers. You work at Pacsun, calm down.

Ive never written a review before, but after my third terrible customer service experience at this location, I HAD to. The same exact male worker with large gauges in his ears has made me feel so uncomfortable and is incredibly rude for no apparent reason. Today, I was checking out at the counter. He came up close behind me and threw 2 clipboards on the counter and almost hit me with them and he continued working and didnt apologize. But why throw them in the first place towards a customer? This is the third time Ive shopped there with him working and he is always extremely rude. 1 star for cute clothes though🥰

Could not find anyone to get us a dressing room so did not buy anything. Nobody on floor to help you. They do not care. Horrible service!!!!

Upon arrival we were ignored, then rudely told they were going on an hour break. All of their employees treated us terribly, using a tone to ask us what the problem was. Awful experience overall.

The Mac and Cheese bits are to die for, I highly recommend the lobster bisque. Very wide selection of foreign and domestic beers on tap. I would definitely bring my family back to eat at this establishment.

Horrible customer service, I walked into the store was in there 20 min, no one greeted me they were sitting on the checkout counter singing Gwen stefani “sweet escape” no one offered to help, I won’t return... Rude
