I called asking if they had an item in stock and they did not. I asked if any of their other stores may have had it and he promptly respond No, its something we would have to order. Ok great... So he didnt check.I called the Creve Coeur location. They answered and did not have it in stock but without me asking, they checked the other inventories and informed me the st. Charles item had it in stock.Customer service is simple. Dont be lazy.

Best location for a Creve Coeur Camera. Staff was so helpful and really took the time to explain everything. They let me try the equipment out before purchasing. Also, got camera tips for my trip to Alaska. I did not feel rushed at all in making a decision. I will be coming here again. Thanks for the great experience.

Rosetta and Carson delivered top-notch service! I’m a newbie and they were extremely patient and thorough as I asked a million dumb questions about photography. Personalized service can never be topped by YouTube videos. I’m off to a great start thanks to them.

Highly recommend! Stopped by to grab a couple of Westcott lighting accessories and Carson and Kevin were most helpful! We even spent time discussing the new cameras that were announced and what direction I should take. I can tell they truly are dedicated to their customers and their craft.

Happy to see a new Creve Couer Camera Store open in the Chesterfield Valley. Conveniently located, easy access and plenty of parking. Store is very neat and well stocked. The staff is very knowledgeable, efficient, have a great positive attitude and do a great job. They helped me tremendously over and beyond my expectations.

Creve Coeur Camera in Chesterfield is a wonderful addition to our area.The service is above par. Scott helped me pick out a light weight tripod that was capable of handling a camera safely. The manager, Chris Del Gaiso, was incredibly helpful in helping me pick out the best camera for my use, including the best lens. He was patient with my questions, did not try to oversell me, but recommended items that would best meet my needs.Later I attended a Basic Camera Class at the store. Chris & Carson Allmon gave the class. It was very informative. Happy to have an excellent camera shop in the area with informed and helpful staff.

These guys couldnt even manage to get photos off a current Samsung phone. Their software is our if date. They know nothing about computers
