Man so I have been a fan of V-Stock for years now. But my most recent experience was awesome. I have been searching for ps4 controllers for months. Not only did the shop have them. They held it for me. Ill forever shop with this store because of the great service.

Had a good variety of video games and accessories, so many books, comic books, board games, and t shirts.

The staff was nice, the place was neat and organized to well considering amount of stuff. And seem to be doing well considering the malls condition. With that said, it just didnt have much that I was looking for. I went expecting more retro items. Id recommend the store trying to get some second hand stuff off ebay or something, or relocating to a place with more traffic for trade ins.

This is definitely one of the absolute largest stores I have ever been. It has a wide selection of anything a virgin could want. This does not include a girlfriend. Highly recommend this location.

Great selection! Used games and accessories is awesome! I also sometimes get an old Star Wars action figure. Bought a PS3 controller yesterday and it works great!

This place is huge. It has books, games, movies, cards, collectibles, music so its hard to not find something you like. Its also 2 stories so youll spend a bit of time in here just browsing.

Was ok. They dont act like they care about your business, but the store was empty of customers. Snacks all stale and way out of date. Selection of games and movies good. Few, if any other walk in stores have a fraction of their inventory. Overall ok. Biggest negative would be it is at a mall that is 90% empty. But they do have separate, outside entrance. Would recommend to check it out..

I recently bought an aftermarket power supply for my Xbox One. To use at my parents house when I am in town. Vstock sold me this unit on its third use it failed. My Xbox was on less than a minute. The unit made a pop sound and there was a flash in the corner of the room.So I went back to V-stock to exchange it for one that worked. They did not have any at the Chesterfield location. So they called the South County location which showed 14 in their system. After they got off the phone with South County. They found out that South County pulled them from the shelves because they were failing, and hurting the consoles that they were plugged into. Now this store will not exchange nor refund the product. You can obviously see the product is not abused, misused, nor is there any age to this.So obviously they found out they were selling a faulty product, that was hurting Xbox one systems and now want no part to do with it.What happened to taking care of your customers? Your customers are your business, they are your income, they are the ones that hold the key to your future operation. Without them a business cannot stand.

Interesting place to roam ... will go back to get some stuff

I called before going I said that there were handle all of it and they only went through maybe a third of it and I have to go back again I didnt like that part and I didnt like the part that the employees were talking in front of me about problems that were going on in the company other than that the store was clean and everything was well displayed.

Discs are rapidly going out of style. But for those of us who are old school and hold on to the bitter end, thank god for V-Stock.

V.stock is my kind of place when it comes to finding my Home Video Entertainment needs. Great prices on a very huge selection of used video entertainment, books, video games, records and disc and other items.

Sadly this place is dying in my opinion.I went in for some gamecube stuff. Their selection was bad, and AFTER asking they informed me at the register that there was no returning the controllers I was considering if I wasnt happy.

Good place to find childrens books, video games, and movies.

I went in to trade in some games. I walked to the checkout line. There were two workers at the register, one customer in line. One worker was checking out the customer. The other worker was at a open register. I walked to his register. He ignored me as if I wasnt there and didnt see me. It was an awakened two minutes of silence. He just kept looking around, as if I was in front of him waiting to be helped. He then walks off to the back to bother other customers. The other worker finished checking out the customer in-front of me. She then looks at me and asked was I checking out, I said yes...I was waiting at the register but the worker walked off without saying anything. She yells at the other worker and tells him to get back here. He walked back to the register and lied saying he didnt see me. I was in-front of him waiting to bed checked out, Hes now being obtuse. He begins to look at my games that I wanted to trade in. He begins to scan one game. Another customer gets in line behind me. He stop scanning games, remind you he only scanned one game so far. He quickly asked the customer behind me if he needed help and would like to check out now. He begins to check him out. I felt disrespected, and there was no doubt that he is a racist. As he was helping the customer check out, I asked for my games back, and left. Worst customer experience ever. Worst workers ever. After I left I went to Half-Price Books to trade in my games. They were all great to talk to, and I had wonderful experience shopping there. I will not spend any more of my time and money at V-Stock in Chersterfield, MO. They lost a loyal customer.

Friendly, amazing and very helpful staff! Been here many times before and am very pleased with every experience. I always love to see what they have and get in new. Have bought several things from here and never am I disappointed with what I get. Even stuff in used condition is still really nice. I highly recommend anyone to come here! 😍

V stock is definitely the best game and comic book store all wrapped into one. I love that they have such a wide selection of merch and old video games. The staff is very helpful, laid back, and not bothersome. They are there to assist you but dont pounce on you at the door and tell you about all their deals at your first step in the door. This is why I like this place, its calming and the staff members let you browse at your own pace. This is my second visit here and its already my favorite store for games.

Great selection of all kinds of, movie/video game/book, and television memorabilia. They also have older stuff, like video games and movies that you cant get anywhere else anymore. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall good experience. Only problem is that mall is going under, but its not v stocks fault.

Even though the mall it’s attached to is dying, this place is awesome! They deserve their own separate location. The people there are helpful and genuinely want to be there. On both levels there is always something to look at. We live out of state and still come back.

Ive been to Mid Rivers, South County, Springfield, Columbia, and Chesterfield locations. Chesterfield is by far my favorite store to visit every time. Staff is informative and willing to go out of their way to help with your media wants/needs. Very well maintained and well stocked! I will continue to drive an hour one way to come by this location for years to come!

Great experience. Great product, great staff, great sales. Only reason not 5 stars is because I never mean to buy anything when I go in but always leave with 5 new CDs because theyre just so cheap. Wish they had Coven though.

It is great. They sold me a Zelda themed D.S. for under its original selling price in 2006. It is really nice here. They sell good games for 20 to 40 dollars.

Twice they wouldn’t honor their coupons. They made up some excuse that supposedly made them invalid, even though it was not stated on the coupon. Penny wise and pound foolish - they lost a good customer.

Great store and good selection overall. but wished they closed their lower level gate after 8pm because the mall closes at 8 and the security guards harass you in the mall because it’s closed and blocked off after 8 if you walk into the mall part.

They sell bundles of different trading cards for 100 cars for 4 bucks. I thought this was a great deal, expecting to get plenty of duplicates but still enough different stuff compared to normal packs. One set had 35 of one card and 25 of another. At least half of all the cards I bought were the same ten cards. The rest of the place seemed nice enough but stay away from used cards here.

They have everything you would expect at reasonable second-hand prices. Checking out both levels (via escalator) was a treat. Basically the only thing in the mall worth visiting.

Has books, records, video games, new and used. Me and my daughter love going in and looking around. Almost always come out with something for at least one of us.

Very clean and organized. Prices are in line and competitive. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In particular Alex. She went above and beyond to help me find something at other stores and the best way to transfer/purchase it. Will be back.Edit: Left a CD behind the counter to confirm pricing on. Left my name and phone number and was told someone would reach out to me after confirming the price with corporate. Called twice since doing so only to be told they were still waiting. After over a month, called again and was told, Pricing is still the same, wasnt aware we needed to reach out to you. I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars with V-Stock throughout STL. Manager at this location and a few of the employees seem to be inconvenienced when asked to do something or if you need assistance/have a question. Ill stick with the South County and Fairview Heights locations.

The store was really cool. I actually loved a lot of the stuff they have and got really excited about shopping there. I purchased a vinyl by The Smiths, and as I was purchasing the manager suggested another place nearby that had a lot of good vinyl for really cheap. I found the vinyl there cheaper the next day, so I went back to exchange the one I purchased from V-Stock. I was going to exchange it for a couple of Disney characters so it would be an even exchange, but then I was told that they would not take back the UNOPENED vinyl that I purchased THE NIGHT BEFORE, in exchange for the characters. I have never been so pissed in my life, and will never shop there again. You would think that they would take care of the return customers that want to purchase items from them, instead of treating them like a prostitute that they just need for the night. They could have taken it back if they wanted to, but chose not to. Thanks for nothing. Ill be sure to spend my money somewhere else.

Woah. Very cool store. I havent seen this many DvDs in such a long time. I was able to get the game The Last of Us for a really good deal. They have tons of games for every console. They even had some swords and t-shirts and books. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area.
