The service cannot be beat. The product is reliable, but what is better is that the salespeople really know what they are doing. This way you are using the best product for that particular job. I have called this location for advice on several occasions, and they are always happy to help, and give me sound advice.

The stores conveniently located near my house, which makes it easier for me to buy/pickup the paints I need for my employer and head straight in to work, but almost every time (about 5 visits now) I go in there, most of those guys give the impression Im interrupting them from something more important.

The store was very busy. There were five associates working effeciently each assisting the other to get all of the customers served in timely fashion all the while delivering great customer service to all.

They were out of multiple items. Couldnt get several items on the list.

Called before I drove over there to see if they were operating normally during the pandemic. They said just closing at 5. So I drove all the way over there just for them to tell me I had to call to make an appointment. You would think one of those teenagers would have told me that while I was on the phone with them maybe? Not to mention the state has already opened back up. Wasted an hour of my day

Store manager assisted me with choice of stain color for my deck. I have painted deck and am very pleased with the color and quality of product. I will be returning for future needs.

The salesperson, a young lady, was most helpful and patient. The young gentlemen also were first to greet me and ask if they could assist.

Used this store several times for both indoor and outdoor projects. Always a great experience. Prefer it over the big box stores for the quality paint alone, the great service is a pleasant bonus.

Forget home depot or lowes...if u need alot of paint thats all the same...go to SW...I spent 10 days trying to get a color with home depot...I walked in SW and walked out 15 mins later with everything I needed...it was awesome..
