This location is always busy but the staff is wonderful. They are always smiling and delivering amazing coffee with a smile. My latte is perfect every time.
App said drink wasn’t available so I went inside and was able to order it anyways. Extremely slow service. They forgot my drink, had to remind them and then they forgot to add the sweat cream. Slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. Also every flag in the window but the American flag 👎🏼
The last 5x my husband and I have gone here they have messed up our order. We get the venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and each time they don’t put any brown sugar or cinnamon in it so all we get is a milky iced espresso drink with no sweetener or flavor. It’s disappointing considering how much each drink is and we usually have to wait in the drive thru 20-30 minutes

This is a really busy location. Be prepared for a quite a wait. You can order ahead at this location, but theres still a long wait.
Drive thru was slow but understandable. Worth the wait for my wife & I. Latte and Americana were great.
Terrific and friendly staff. Food good and coffees are great. Only negative are the long lines and bit of a long wait. But, if it is that big of problem, dont get in the line.

The inside was unusually unclean.. the mobile order beverages sitting on the counter did not look appealing ( I hope the customers were able to have them remade).
They was very busy and line backed up and maybe short handed but they was very slow getting orders and when I got mine it was wrong and I told the lady it didnt taste right she did not offer to make it right. Just waved me on and kept taking drive thru ordersReal sham that they did this because usually they are better than this.

I always love visiting this particular Starbucks. The baristas are always so friendly. They seem to truly love the job they do and I have never had any issues with Any drinks I have purchased.

They charge waaaay too much for coffee. I can go to sheets or something and get practically the same thing. And the staff just looked bored.
Waited a half hour in the drive-thru. When waiting at the window, saw multiple open milk jugs just sitting out alongside 2 large open containers of some brown liquid, maybe cold brew, but they were large square containers with no lids, so if anyone was going to drink that, gross. If I wasnt ordering a brown sugar oatmilk, where I have more confidence in the longevity of the oatmilk than I have in this crew, I would have chucked it. Upon receiving it, it had about an inch of foam from shaking so much, so I got a solid 4 sips till empty. I regret coming here. I wish I had gone to literally any other Starbucks. I still love their coffee, I just really dont like this place.
Seriously Ive called multiple times if they have a certain drink in stock that isnt showing up on the app and they do, but they dont ever refresh their menu on the app, when they said they would, for people who want to avoid the line. Would give a better review but honestly they need to be more organized.

Don’t get me wrong—they are super friendly here and my drink is usually correct. However, there has to be something we can do about this line at the drive thru. I’m glad I don’t have to be at work right now because I can’t imagine how somebody would stop on their commute to the office and still arrive on time. I’m talking 30-40 minutes regardless of the time and day. I understand we’re in the midst of a crisis, but I see other places that are just as clean and taking precautions, but are able to get customers in and out a lot faster.
The regret is always so real when I come to this location. Whether its drive thru or ordering ahead via mobile app, for some reason, I seem to always have around at least 20 min wait for 1 drink. I placed my order over around 5 mins before I arrived (my estimated ready time via app was 3 - 6 mins) and it wasnt ready. Patiently waiting and watching people that came after me receive their drinks and go, another customer inquired were their drink was (she had a cold brew) which the barista replied, oh were out of cold brew, but we can substitute with iced coffee. Hearing this, and also having a cold brew... I finally knew why I didnt have my drink,I chimed in about my drink too. My issue with this is, if you knew cold brew was out, and you see people standing to the side, waiting...why would you not inquire if the people standing there waiting are the people affected with the out of stock drinks?? Instead, they sat empty, labeled cups off to the side.... out of sight, out of mind, completely forgotten about. Legendary service is calling you Bermuda Square Starbucks. Stop declining the call.

People in Chester: You could drive to Colonial Heights and back in less time then it takes to get through the drive thru here. For the money they charge and the time you wait there should be some standard or quality control. But I can assure you there isnt. If you show up on a weekend theres a very good chance your coffee is going to taste terrible and youll wait 20 minutes. Every. Single. Time. .... It still cost $6 though.

My local starbucks. Friendly staff. The drive thru line can sometimes be obnoxiously long - everyone wants coffee/products like afterwork. So do the world a favor and make sure you know what you want. This starbucks is usually very, well staffed number wise - busy bees working in here.
Love Starbucks. This location stays true to friendly prompt service. Its always busy, but their team hustles and I rarely have a wait more than a few minutes. Any time theres a problem (something made wrong/missed, the team sees me waiting a little longer) they always jump in to ask if they can help me further. Seems like an attentive and clean staff. It is a physically tight location, but I think theyre owning what theyve got.My one and only criticism is that they may need to up their ordering on some breakfast style sandwich options. Often lately Ive paid at the till or mobile ordered to learn after my transaction that theyre missing one of the sandwiches my family enjoys. Then I need to get refunded. So, maybe order some more of the popular sandwiches, or work on accurately updating whats available at this location for mobile order throughout the day.
I visited this location 4 or 5 times during my visit to Chester, and the staff was always enthusiastic and friendly. They make excellent drinks there as well!
The baristas here are generally nice and friendly enough. But I have never visited this location (no matter the day of the week) and left with my 1 drink in less than 25 minutes. Today I chose to go inside the store instead of wait in the long drive through line. There were only 2 guests in front of me when I arrived. But somehow from ordering to receiving my drink it took 30 full minutes. It seems they prioritize the drive through as that line moved much faster than the inside line, and that would have been a better option…still, people who entered the store after me received their drinks before I did when I just ordered a simple iced coffee. When I asked the barista 20 minutes into waiting for my drink - after a long line of people who entered after me received their drinks, they told me they never received my order…I pulled up my Starbucks app and presented the charge to them, and they said it must have been a “glitch”….it took another 10 minutes for my drink to be made after they realized the mistake. I have never had to wait for a coffee for over 30 minutes at any coffee shop I’ve ever visited. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Always busy through their drive thru but we have gone inside too especially if we want to pick up some other stuff. Its not a very large Starbucks but its the most convenient when heading to I-95

I usually have a pretty pleasant experience at this particular location. But on today’s occasion, not so pleasant.. JACE was absolutely rude and aggressive in her tone with me. I was picking up an order that was clearly ready and waiting in the designated area. She repeatedly asked me was I doing Uber and I kept replying with the order name. I guess that upset her that I didn’t answer yes or no so she became louder and aggressive. I then pointed to the bag showing her that the order was in the pick up station and taped close, appearing to be ready. She aggressively pushed the bag towards me as if to brush me off.. absolutely unprofessional.Starbucks employees are supposed to be Customer service friendly & she was not!!! Had she not tried to engage other customers into our disagreement, I would have never written this post.After receiving the order and leaving the store I over heard her saying things. I then returned to get her name and as I walked in I could hear her still engaging with customers about what had just happened. I politely asked what her name was and she did not respond. After just telling another customer that she was going to ignore me, as I walked in. I was never rude to JACE, maybe she was just having a bad day. Idk but if that’s the case, she shouldn’t be at the front counter representing Starbucks, with that attitude!!!
I just want to take the time to thank one of your sweet employees, Cierra. I was having a horrible day yesterday and she took the time to talk to me and asked me if I was ok. Her kindness and compassion alone will be something I will always remember. Thank you Cierra from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Starbucks as a corporation has taken COVID-19 seriously and has proven that they are able to remain up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines while always serving up pick-me-ups and always in a cheerful way. Ive yet to experience a bad visit at any of their Store locations. Is my order always correct? No. Is it correct 7/10 times? Yes. Why will I continue to give them my business? Because when I leave Starbucks, I always feel better than when I arrived and the staff ensures that if something isnt right the first time, it is the second and they make it happen quickly and with enough professionalism and humility to understand just how much an apology means to a client because after all - saying sorry costs nothing and MEANING IT cant be faked. Starbucks, thank you for being there for all of us who love your product and although you may not be able to fix the Earth with your coffee beans, your consistently high-quality products and site experiences turn frowns upside down and have made some of my worst days a little bit sweeter. And that is something you cant put a dollar amount on nor a star-count. Cheers to all Starbucks Staff and Senior Management - to those on the line, behind the scenes, and delivery drivers, and everyone else from seed to bean to brew that makes Starbucks the most special of all crew! :-)

Great place and service. My frappes are always good. Sometimes though they dont always read the label thoroughly and the drizzle is left off and not put on top of the whipped cream. Other than that, it is a good store in a great location right off of I-95 and Route 10 in Chester. 😊

Amazing spot if you like waiting 10 minutes for a black coffee while getting attitude when checking on where the coffee is? Oh while there was 7 other people standing around waiting for their stuff at least 15 cars went through the drive through and not one person inside got anything they ordered.
Absolutely horrendous experience.Ordered ahead, but took 40 minutes to get my drink . Ordered in App said 5to 7minutes. Get to windows and was told computer didn’t print ticket order😡And on top of the wait, my frappuccino was completely melted.

First time in a year Ive been in a Starbucks. I havent missed anything. Ordered a drink that tasted like hot flavored water and they charged me 6.20. Wont be back.
This is the 2nd time in the last month that the cleanliness of the store, parking lot & entry was overflowing with trash. I’m a true Starbucks supporter but this location is not looking good

Super friendly staff at this location. They always seem positive and upbeat, like they actually enjoy working there. It makes for a nicer experience. It gets crazy busy but moves along. On occasion Ive had a few a few orders wrong and one breakfast sandwich was still frozen in the middle. Thats the reason Im only giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But like I said they get crazy busy, I think sometimes they might get moving a little too fast. But its still one of my favorite locations.

Starbucks is a great place overall. The drinks are good. I came here for the Kiwi Refresher which hasnt come to the store yet. Its the middle of summer and although its a pandemic going on, rolling out new products to all stores should be a priority
They’re super friendly and I’ve never had a problem with order accuracy, BUT they are incredibly slow, It doesn’t matter if it’s inside or the drive thru, and trying to do a mobile order ahead of time doesn’t help because you end up waiting for your drink anyway. Save your time and go to the one up by the Chesterfield courthouse.

This is the slowest and rudest Starbucks I have ever been to! Unfortunately, it is the only one in the area! The staff is always sullen and slow! My online orders placed ten minutes early are either wrong or not ready.... They need new management and a new staff!!!!

Why is it so hard to find a Starbucks that can make the cold Brew with salted cream cold foam correctly? Watched them put half the syrup in, the foam was non existent. Asked to have it remade, they were happy to do it. I think the syrup was there, I couldnt tell, but zero foam lasted beyond 5 minutes and she put the salted sugar on the top???? The stuff that goes on the salted caramel mocha! Really a very bad idea on this drink. I lied and said it was fine, I had an appointment to get to. This drink is awesome when the syrup is there and foam is thick to where it sticks to the top of the cup and lasts longer than the drink... you consume the coffee through the salty foam...heaven! Sadly, that is rarely the case as this is not the only Starbucks that struggles to make this drink correctly. Please, please, please provide remedial training on this drink, its worth it when its made right.
I placed a mobile order and had to wait more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru because the inside was closed. When I finally got to the window the baristas apron was filthy and so was the employees that I could see behind her. My cup was dirty and my danish had dirty oven crumbs on it. Im never going back, it needs to be upgraded anyway.
This location is consistently slow. The staff are friendly. I try to offset the wait by mobile order but still end up waiting at least 10 minutes for a basic cup of coffee. It’s quicker to get to both of my toddlers out of the car and go into the Starbucks located in target nearby then to wait in this drive-through.
I feel as though service here is lacking compared to other stores my drink was made incorrectly too. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
This is the best Starbucks around! They really take care of their regulars and keep friendly people there that customers can get to know. They never disappoint and always bring quality service and drinks.
So. I was at this location earlier and not only did they have absolutely no sandwiches. They also completely gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a cold brew with vanilla and instead I got an iced coffee with hazelnut. Would have gone back to get a refund, but as I was driving to DC it was frustrating.

After the girl at the register took forever to read my favorite on my phone and put it in the register. It was happy hour so I ordered my granddaughter a drink. Then a girl in the back comes out and said my granddaughter s drink was not free. I said fine, Ill just pay for it. They had to void the order. Then the girl that took forever to put my drink in would have to do it again. I just walked out.
The staff is usually great, but the coffee is always awful. They either put wayyyy to much creamer/milk, too much ice. If you get a coffee frapp, it’s usually lacking the coffee flavor and you get the crusted ice and flavoring taste. Always a slow moving line. They’ve been out of a lot of things often. Again, great staff.. but you will not get what you pay for
