I got help from CJ, and I can honestly say it was one of my best experiences with a phones salesman. If you go to this location would 100% recommend you speak with him.

The reps here were great and very informative. Me and the wifey each bought new phones from them within the past 2 days and things couldnt have gone smoother. Props to Dev and Jeremy for being great reps.

My phone stopped receiving phone calls Friday night. The Google explanation involved an unrepairable broken sensor. I was at the Verizon store 10 minutes before it opened on Saturday and was second in line for service. The tech, Dev Patel, recommended a replacement phone at very good price. He also moved my info to the new phone. What I thought would be a tedious, expensive experience was just the opposite. Dev explained all the details of the sale, info transfer, and financing in simple terms. I walked away with an updated phone containing all my info, comfortable with my payment agreement. I rate this as my most pleasant experience replacing a phone thanks to Dev.

My family and I received absolutely excellent service from CJ a sales associate at the store . We had a bit of a situation and CJ was so helpful. My brother lost his phone and came to the store for a replacement. My brother is on the account as well as I am. CJ helped my brother in deciding the best iPhone for his needs, also reminded us that we had insurance – which we chose not to use because my brother wanted a newer model phone –Also helped my brother troubleshoot his Apple account password, and overall made the unpleasant situation of losing a phone into one of the better customer service experiences that I’ve had.Thank you to CJ! My phone completely died! But CJ was able to help me get most things restored. He never lost patience with me or the difficult situation I was in. His help was invaluable. I really appreciate his willingness to help me and not rush me to make a quick decision. He gave me the information I needed without pressure and was very understanding.

My husband and I came in to get new phones and CJ went above and beyond to make sure we had everything squared away before leaving, he even stayed past his shift to handle customer service issues for us. When i walked in to update my phone I was rudely approached by someone who clearly hates their job and then was rude about every question they had to ask me in order to upgrade. On top of everything else he signed me up for things i never got asked about, he wouldn’t talk to me about anything he was looking at which just isn’t verizon service to me. I will absolutely never go here again all my verizon needs will be taken to the colonial heights location, where they enjoy their job and can show me and talk to me about the whole process that they are doing in front of me on their tablet.

Staff is very uneducated on the products. I knew more about the Samsung Galaxy s10+ than he did. They have dummy phones on display, you cant even interface with them. Tells me the Samsung s10 is the exact same phone as the s9, wrong! Showed no interest in making a sale. Looked like he was just ready for his nap. The other guy was laying on the couch taking a personal phone call. Ill go to the colonial heights store. This is an independent dealer and the owner should be very concerned with his/staff at this location. In the picture is your sales person with his feet kicked up on the window talking on the phone.

I order a phone and when I got to the store they refused to help me because the sales person that took my order was not working that day and another sales person couldn’t help me..

I literally NEVER write reviews. But in this particular case there is no way I couldnt. CJ helped my wife and I through the process to get new Iphones. CJ was extremely professional, polite, and great to work with. We ran into some trouble when trying to trade in our old phones, but CJ continued to work through the issue and even stayed late after the store closed to make sure we were taken care of. CJ is one of the best sales people Ive dealt with anywhere. I would recommend this location to anyone. Everyone there was great and I will continue to use this location for all my cellphone needs! I upgraded my phone at the Chester location 2621 W Hundred Rd. My Sales person was Daniel Rosado. The location was clean and everyone was practicing social distance. Daniel was professional and after listening to me he gave me his expert opinion on the best phone for me. I got my phone and my accessories I was done in no time at all. Daniel even helped me sync my phone to my car. I purchased the Motorola Moto G power64GB. Outstanding customer service. Thanks

Buy your phone/device here! Buying a new device is stressful but the associates at this location made it simple. I personally worked with Tyrell Smith. He was so patient and didn’t force a phone on me. He was knowledgeable about products and when I got SUPER frustrated with the process of exchanging my new phone, he was patient and completely turned my mood around by the end of the service. I highly recommend the associates at this location. They care about your business without being pushy and each time I came in, I left feeling better than I when I walked in.

So I had the absolute worse luck ever last month. The manager who sold me my first phone is amazing by the way. I owned my first phone for close to a year and by whatever malfunction it completely crashed on me. I go to the closest Verizon store possible and they did take care of getting me a replacement but they didnt realize how broken I was about this ordeal because it was also a holiday weekend, meaning it would be a longer wait for the replacement. So I get that replacement and two weeks goes by and that one crashes on me too. Luckily I was close to this location and when I walked in the manager who had sold my original could see just how broken I was because this had happened again!!! He tells me what I needed to know about future replacements and gave me some options. And I ended up getting a different phone and I absolutely love it and the manager really went above and beyond for me. Forever grateful and I found a great representative to deal with for future upgrades!!! Daniel is the best!!!!

I love cellular sales in Chester. I had started going there because my business account rep had left the colonial heights location. I walked in and was met by Daniel DeBrow. Ill be completely honest here - I have had some horrible experiences in the past specifically with customer service at Verizon stores. I have to say, my customer service rep Seth knew exactly what he was talking about and was able to give me the best options based on my needs. Great customer service, and overall great experience. Would highly recommend over other Verizon stores in Richmond / West End.

Horrible customer service. I went in here Saturday night for a replacement phone for my daughter. Sales people were hovering near the door looking for customers like it was a used car dealership. Everything in the store cost way above retail and they claimed there were no deals for current customers, unless you were adding a line. Saw them fleece some little old lady for a new phone, to the tune of $30 extra a month. I left in disgust and went to the one in Colonial Heights. Found out later that this is just an affiliate and the one in Colonial Heights is a corporate store. Walked out with a great phone for around $250 and a cheaper data plan that includes unlimited data.

Like the phone, CJ the sales person, didnt like the phone sales system outage.

Curtis Vollmar was an amazing associate. He was thorough, professional and had invaluable knowledge on the products and services. Definitely worth asking for him as your sales associate!

Service here was terrible. I went to the store to discuss my then expiring plan with another company and stated that I was unhappy with the high price I was paying. The agent went directly to fast sales mode and tried to sell me a plan that was at least $50 more than I had told him previously was too high. I pointed this out and he counter offered with a plan that was even more expensive. I understand now that Verizon service prices are higher than most other companies, but this inability to hear what the customer is saying and a plan selection that does not seem to include more reasonably priced options has turned me away from Verizon and from this store in particular.

This store is completely unprofessional. The salesman I spoke with reguardimg the iPhone 11 and 11 pro knew nothing about the phones and argued with me when I presented him with apple released facts about these devices. Save yourself the trouble and drive to colonial heights. Will never buy from them again!

I would give Daniel DeBrow 10 stars if that were possible. He was super in helping my husband and me in upgrading my husbands phone. His superness didnt stop there. Several months after purchasing our phone, we were traveling to AZ and all we had to do was call him and he helped us to upgrade our service. Then....we called him again to adjust our upgrade and he was there for us, willing and happy to help. Hes the BEST! We would patronize the Chester store any time we need to upgrade.

Get a new phone and I bought case and a screen protector. Screen protector popped off the next day . I went back and they replaced it for free.

Corey was THE BEST! I was nervous about getting a new phone, but he was patient, kind, and helped me every step of the way. Had to order the phone I wanted, so he was stuck dealing with me twice - both times he never gave me the slightest impression that he thought I was taking too long (even though I did), or that I was ignorant (but I was - not anymore thanks to him). He made sure that I didnt lose anything from my old phone, and set up everything on my new phone. I felt like he went WAY above and beyond helping me. Reminded me of what customer service used to be like decades ago - AMAZING! I truly appreciate Corey ad what he did for me and am now his loyal customer! I HIGHLY recommend him (especially if you are on the slower side of the technology curve)!

She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, very concerned with my account, very patient and made my daughter and I feel like truly valued customers! Yesterday, we bought phones for our family and had a wonderful sales experience. Today, I returned to turn in one of our old phones to credit our account. I had a terrible experience. I was treated rudely. Si if you plan to trade in our phone, bring it with you on the day you purchase because coming back is a nightmare. In the end, I got the account credit, it st the expense of a very unpleasant experience. Do better Verizon!
