I have used this business three times to repair my automobiles, and I am truly satisfied and impressed in the way I was treated as a customer, and the professional way they repaired them. The quality of the workmanship, price for repairs, and the fast courteous service I received was impeccable. I could not have asked for a better service anywhere. Chris and Reuben gave great service. There was a little wait in line but the service itself was quick and efficient. They even tightened up my battery, which apparently the dealership had left loose after last service! This was my first time at this location, and I would recommend it to anyone. No fuss, no tricky upselling, just great customer service and a friendly atmosphere.

I went to this shop because of their good reviews and they didnt disappoint. The work was done quickly,the prices were really reasonable and they didnt push anything unnecessary on me. Very impressed! We typically go to a place up the street but due to an hour wait we chose to come here. No wait and the staff was very quick to service my vehicle. The manager came out of his way to speak to us as well which was very nice! Stephen helped us today and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! We will definitely be coming here from now on.

I have been getting services here for over a year. The manager, Ruben, is exceptional. His staff is following in his footsteps. Today, I went in because a fuse for my USB port was burnt out. Don’t waste your time searching through Google like I did! I usually go to the chain brands, Valvoline and Jiffy, but chose Express because of the reviews and close proximity. Customer service from the very first interaction was above and beyond! I came for an oil change and will be back for a tire rotation. Also like the free book for records that was given.

Chris & Mark did a great job with my oil change. They told me everything they were doing and let me know that I had some parts that were not problems now but I needed to keep an eye on them. Ruben also assisted me with a State Inspection appointment although they did not have any opening that fix my schedule for this week Ruben told me if I could drop off my truck by 730am one day he could get it done for me. Great Job Guys Ill be back next time I need an oil change or other work.

This morning I took a chance and brought my classic 1955 Thunderbird in for and oil change/filter & lube. I could not be happier. From the moment I arrived Stephen and Rubin gave me the Royalty treatment. They let me drive my Classic into the bay and allowed me to stay with it while they serviced my car. They knew the car was special and treated it accordingly. Rubin also allowed me to take a peak under the car to do an inspection. I have owned the car for less than two weeks and had not been able to inspect the underside. Both Ruben & Stephen informed me of all the other services that they do at Express Oil Change. I thought they only did 10 minute oil changes. I will most absolutely return and will be bringing my other two daily drivers in for service. I will also be recommending them to friends. To top everything off they gave me a new customer and a veterans discount.

I am always impressed at the level of customer service from this Express Oil change, and my latest visit was no different. While they were changing my oil, the technician, Stephen, saw that my wiper fluid reservoir was disconnected. I thought the reservoir was gone, but he found it in the bottom of the engine compartment. He connected it, filled the wiper fluid to its max, and made sure there were no leaks. He then got me a bottle of cold water. This is the kind of business with which I feel good about spending my money. Thanks, also, to Eli in the pit!

I had an awesome experience there the other day. Stephen did a fantastic job. He went the extra mile to clean off the tree sap I had an my windshield and added more windshield fluid in my reservoir as it was empty. He also checked out a few other things and let me know of any concerns he had seen on my vehicle. Would highly recommended and Stephen gets 5 stars as well. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place. I went in for an inspection and was assisted by a gentleman named Stephen. I have never experienced this type of hospitality and professionalism. He made sure my children and I were comfortable and got the job done quickly. I will definitely return.

This was the best customer service Ive received in awhile. Chris was professional and polite. I didnt feel pressured to get different services. While the price was higher than what I am accustomed to paying, the way I felted valued as a customer was worth it!

I highly recommend this place. Ive been to the Mechanicsville location and now Chesterfield. Staff is very helpful, professional and quick. Always a great experience. They dont try to upsell you on anything. They give you the truth. An oil change takes less than 20 minutes. Cant say enough good stuff about them.

Express oil change is the best! I went in early on a Saturday for an oil change for my recently “repaired” truck. Upon popping the hood the guys noticed that my radiator was not at all fixed as it should have been. It still had a major crack and coolant leak. I was so disappointed as I thought my previous mechanic had handled this major issue. They explained that the odds of my truck overheating and the engine being blown were very high. One of the service managers gave me an estimate and explained that they would be able to get it done same day. About five hours later they called me and told me it was complete and ready. These guys worked hard to save me from completely ruining my engine and while it wasn’t fun to have to shell out more money to fix an issue I thought was already taken care of, the price was a great deal for the speed and workmanship provided. I can not recommend Express enough. They have integrity painted on their wall and there isn’t a better word to describe them. Thank you so much. You have a customer for life.

***Update: Mr.Ramirez called me & apologized. He told me I could come in & they would perform the state inspection. I agreed & was very satisfied with the service. He, along with their service manager, apologized again & said they had spoken with all their associates. Given his quick response to my issue & the exemplary service given, I am changing my rating. I will definitely visit them when I need an oil change or service given their responsiveness & outstanding customer service.********Their website says you can get state inspections without an appointment. However, when I arrived I was told an appointment was necessary & one wasn’t available for quite some time. When I asked why their site says no appointments are necessary, I was told that they are a franchisee and do not follow the corporate office. If that’s the case, they should indicate that on their website. A total waste of my time.

Went in for inspection of my Jeep Wrangler. Was told immediately that they could not proceed with the inspection because my headlights were not DOT approved (modified). Manager walked around and did went on a tangent about how he would hate for cops to pull me over and give me hassle about my lights because they inspected it without DOT approval and could come back on them....? He then tells me to put the stock headlights back on or can get some ordered in (because Jeep’s have so many modifications these days). Mind you this jeep has been in Virginia and has passed. This has never been brought up so I was frustrated and (good) headlights aren’t cheap. He then tells me that they have to be stamped “like this other light”. I get home to take a closer look because...mechanics. Lo and behold. DOT APPROVED. I shouldn’t haven’t to look again to do your job for you. I go take it somewhere else. Passed and no problems. Unnecessarily cost me my time, because I had to make an appointment during COVId for inspection then waste more time taking it somewhere else and then spending time at your establishment for something that was right in your face, almost cost me for lights that weren’t needed and time and money for an unnecessary headlight installation whether i do it myself or get someone else to. Seems every time someone sees a jeep they immediately go into ” let’s find things” mode and look for things that aren’t there or in this case, didn’t look for something that WAS there. Some things require a shop and if it wasn’t for inspections, my jeep probably wouldn’t see the inside of one for this very reason.

The employee was Chris. He was very professional, courteous, considerate, and knowledgeable. There was no add-on sales that he tried pressuring me into buying, instead they were only suggested. The things he mentioned actually needed attention in the near future and not just unnecessary items being pushed. If I need any work done in the future I will definitely be coming back.

Mike was very informative and helpful. I went in for an oil change, alignment, and a tire rotation. When I arrived to pick my car up mike informed me that I didn’t need an alignment so they didn’t do it. Which I loved because some people would have done it and charged me for it even though it was unnecessary. Truly appreciate both Mike and Chris they were great!

First time going to the car wash. Sometimes I notice at various car washes, you may pay for the top tier service but the car wont be as clean or an offering (such as tire shine) didnt occur. This one didnt miss anything. The staff was available and friendly for any assistance. The lot was well maintained as well. This may be my new spot for car washes.

I was nervous about trying a new place to get my oil changed. Lately Ive been hearing horror stories and just had bad experiences myself with my older car. Now with my new car, Im trying to make better choices and do it right. I picked this place because I needed a last minute oil change and they were the only place that had 5 stars, and great reviews. I go there with 3 kids, and we stayed in the car and it was super quick! It took a bit longer because he was explaining the whole thing through and through and answered all of my questions I had. One thing thats difficult is having kids and getting oil changes. Its always a whole event. This was so easy, other than the fact that its 35 min out of the way for me. I made it on the way by running errands in the area. They were so friendly and great! I felt confident they did a good job after! I will definitely be going back!

Second time here for a different vehicle. I went for ladies day, which is Tuesday. You receive $5 off your oil change. Both times they have been friendly, efficient, quick, and reasonably priced. They give you a plastic binder to keep your paperwork in as well. Ill be back.

The managers made promises on amount for service and bait and switched once the repairs were made. Then got aggressive with my significant other when trying to work out the problem and only offered $10.00 off.

I had such a great experience here today. The whole team was very professional. Ruben took very good care of my vehicle needs, he answered any questions that I may had, he offered me a bottle of water or coffee, and gave me the option to either sit in my car or sit in the service waiting area while my car was being serviced. He just didnt give me my receipt, but he explained what his recommendations were for my car in the near future. He also told me about the 10% discount on Ladies Day, which I thought was very nice. Kudos to the whole team.
