I had some damage to my 2020 Toyota Camry, back in August. I decided to try Loyalty Collision. It is near my home. It is a decision that I do not regret. I felt as if they were honest with me and they communicated with me throughout the whole process. I felt as if they cared for me and my car. What I REALLY appreciate about them is the efforts to get the special needs for my car. My car is a Camry Nightshade SE X-series. Loyalty reached out to the dealer in North Carolina where I bought the car and obtained the parts. I was worried about that. Loyalty employees kindly took the time to talk with me, answering my concerning questions. Loyalty was impressive and will be my go to place whenever I may have a body work or paint need. The results of the job, paint and body work, were great. I wish I had of chosen them the last time I had an issue.

I am writing this review on behalf of my dad. A deer crossed in front of him on a road and he had no time to stop, thus hitting the deer (there was a car behind him so he couldnt just stop). Fortunately my dad was ok and able to drive the car home. The next day, we took the car into our car dealership and they told us to go to Loyalty Collision. (Chester Location) We went and talked to Ms. Gabby Faith and Mr. Marc Barnes. Marc took a look at the car and explained to us what needed to be done. He enjoys working on cars and working with customers. Marc went over the options with my dad and then the paperwork was signed. Upon completion of the work, the car looks brand new! Mr. Marc Barnes did a fantastic and professional job. We highly recommend Mr. Marc Barnes and this company. All of the staff we interacted with are friendly. It is worth it to stop by this place. It is clear that with these folks that they want to do it right for the customer and take the time to carefully repair the vehicles they are servicing.They are awesome. Just as a little side note, as customers, my family and I always treat all employees at all places we go kindly and with respect. Will be recommending this place!

They set on my car for 12 days trying to say the claim wasn’t processed. That was a lie, my claim was sent in on 8/11. I had the check for service from my insurance company on 8/13. I also called the office numerous times with no response. I had to physically go up there to find out that nothing has been done to my vehicle hadn’t even been stripped down not even parts ordered. Nothing done at all the there adjuster tried to claim that nothing came through from my insurance. That was a complete lie because I had the check In my hand from insurance as well as a 3 week time frame for my vehicle to be completed. Now I’m in a situation where I will have to come out of pocket on the 1st for my rental care because they can’t communicate and seem lazy. I feel I should be giving a rental car out of Loyalty’s lot for free to cover the time I might have to be over because of your employee mistake and negligence.

She under promised and over delivered my car came back better than I could ever expect. Her customer service is TOP OF THE LINE!! I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with the work and service. I had quite a different experience this last time. The work was very good—no complaints. However, the service was horrendous. To make an appointment I had to call several times. I got voice mail and was sent to the mailbox which was full on two occasions. When I was able to leave a message, the calls were never returned; this happened four times. I even was able to talk to a person once who promised to call back taking my name and number. I got no such phone call. I was told for two days that my car was in clean up and would be sent to quality control and be ready shortly. They would call when it was ready. I received no phone call. I went to the collision center this morning and planned to camp out there until the car was finished. Lo and behold, the car was ready—never received a phone call. I will NEVER use Loyalty Collision again and will discourage anyone from going there.

A deer collided with the front driver side corner of my car which damaged all the plastic/fiberglass in that corner plus a couple small dings in the door. I asked my insurance to take it to Priority Collision because I bought the car from Priority. The insurance agreed, so I took the vehicle in. The car was examined and required several parts, one of which was a new passenger light (unknown why, it worked fine and wasnt even scratched). The shop received the parts and the car was taken in. There ended up being a delay due to a holiday, very understandable, no worries. When done, my wife picks the car up and brings it home. When I get home, the first thing I notice is the bumper edge not aligned with the metal on the side of the car, and the bumper not fully underneath the head light like it should be. I then take the car out to test drive it, when I see people continually flashing their hi beams at me. Thats when we discover the passenger headlight (the one that didnt need replacing) is faulty. The headlight isnt the repair shops fault, but the misalignment of the installed parts is; however, both issues require fixing, so the car was put back in the shop. Repairs done and the car comes home again. It had been snowing, so there was the typical road grim on the car (except where repairs had been done, which was clean), so I washed it. Thats when I discovered that whomever sprayed the primer, after repairing the (driver side) door dings, partially masked off the car, so now Im seeing primer mist all over the rear door and behind it, plus on the roof (photo provided of the door seam between front door on left and rear door on right to show comparison). And there are distinct finger marks on the door trim where the person had moved the door and touched the unmasked area (photo provided). Upset with the situation, I sit down in the driver seat to cool off, only to find a portion of the floor carpet wet which led me to the door gasket not installed in one area. Car goes into the repair shop yet again. It comes back with the primer mist buffed out of the overcoat, hopefully the overcoat didnt get fully buffed away. And on the door frame where the finger residue was, its been buffed shiny, although the surrounding area has the original textured appearance. Im not taking it back because the insurance company is giving me grief over how many times its been back to this shop.

The vehicle I just picked up was the 3rd vehicle I have had there. When it was priority I had great communication with themSince it has become loyalty their communication was awful to say the least they did good work but I will never take another vehicle to them. I was 3 times the car would be ready of a 3 week period. I had to call the insurance company this morning to get them involved. If not would have gotten the car back until next. Dont trust what they say.

Do not use their repair services. Their team of professionals removed the creased line in my vehicle and could not put it back. The paint team did a good job the second around. They kept my vehicle way pass the 5 days and I need to take it back for incomplete repairs

Where to start. I called in this morning to see about getting some scratches out of my rear quarter panel. They were able to see me on my lunch break, which was fantastic. All the staff inside is super friendly. However, my spotlight is definitely on Alysse and Geoffrey. Both absolutely great. Very thorough. Real family style type vibe. Geoffrey did such a good job!! I am super thankful for everyone that I encountered today. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some body work! Thanks again!

Wish I could give a lower rating. After having my truck for over a month for hail damage, I had to consistently call to try and get updates. When I finally picked it up, after their 1.5hr deep clean the truck is dirtier than I’ve ever seen it. Not to mention equipment not working. Next step is the BBB.org

Other places I’ve had to wait days without hearing about my car but here they gave me multiple updates through out the time my car was there. Catie was also very helpful with any questions I had! My car was repaired very quickly and I was overall very impressed and satisfied with the job they did and by their staff! I highly recommend this shop!!

Am very happy and pleased with Mark Barnes the young man who appraised a scratch I put on my 2017 Tacoma. It was a fairly long one. He said it wasnt serious at all and took the truck back and returned it within 10 to 15 minutes. He buffed it out at no charge to me.No charge is not what I expected. Hopefully I wont need any more body work done, but if I do, this experience will definitely bring me back to Priority. Marks actions make me more willing to trust Priority Collision at Chester.

I had my vehicle brought here a few months back for a minor fender binder, and i just was to let everyone know how pleased i am with Loyalty Collision. Yesterday I stopped in for an estimate. I had backed into another vehicle, didnt have a lot of damage, but back right quarter panel was pushed out a little. A wonderful young man looked at it and felt like he could easily fix it right then! He took it back into the body shop, 10 minutes later my car is fixed! Wonderful experience. Thank you! Compassionate, polite, and pleasant staff. I was in a minor accident, rear ended at a stoplight. My car was 11 years old and not worth a whole lot money-wise, so insurance declared it a total loss. Priority was the easiest and most pleasant to deal with in a very stressful situation. They were also very compassionate when I came to take my possessions out of the car (after 11 years, I was very attached to my car). They also were able to tell my husband and I how things work with insurance as we had never been in that situation before. Would definitely come to Priority again for car repair!

I had to have my vehicle repaired after a recent accident and I have never before had customer service employees be so helpful and informative. Having never been in this situation before, I didn’t have a clue of what steps needed to be taken to fix my vehicle. They really helped guide me through a very stressful time. Darcy was the customer service rep who kept me updated throughout the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. When I came to pick up my vehicle she even walked around my truck with me and made sure all of the repairs were to my liking (they were).I recommend this body shop to anyone who has been in an accident. The Priority Collison employees at the front desk were courteous and pleasant despite an onslaught of customer. Knowledge and proficiency of the employees were remarkable. A courtesy van took me home. The driver was courteous and provided a safe ride home. The only deficiency of visit is seating arrangements. The chairs are too low and too soft too accommodate the less agile seniors like myself.

My car was here for was too long. Communication between them and I was terrible. I would predominantly have to call to get updates. On one occasion the text they sent didnt go through and they didnt have the common sense to to call. On another occasion when I was told it would be ready, I wasnt followed up with...come to find out my insurance company calls me and says they noticed damage to a part and had to order another part. Did they think to call me? No.They get two stars because the damage was repaired after almost a month. If you want slow work and a company that doesnt keep you informed pick this place. Will not go through them again.Edit. Id you took the comments seriously youd actually do something about it. Unfortunately you dont because you lack good customer service such as reaching out like your staff failed today. Easy to see it comes from the top down to the bottom.

They don’t like it when their work is not done right and you point it out. They’d rather blame it on something else rather than fixing something they didn’t do right to begin with. Aaand, there’s a lifetime warranty. For what?We took our car through a car wash for the first time since the work was done. Our driver side mirror (something that they replaced) cracks and comes off the door a little. They want to blame it on the car wash. Okay? It shouldn’t have happened at all. Obviously this is a sign you guys do crappy work. My other mirror is fine. Before this work was done, never had it come off. Never even heard of this happening to anyone at all.Beware.

Online it says they were opened until 7, however when we got there shortly after 4, the doors where locked and noone answered the phones. Waste of gas. We called the next day to ensure they were open before making the trip again and same result. Change your weekend hours that are posted online... someone did return my friends call the next business day, so that was a plus, but no explanation for the weekend hours...

My car took 3 months to get back for front end repair from hitting a deer. Then, the windshield had missing parts after pick up so I am back....again. They didnt detail it for pick up and claim they arent a detail service so they wont do it. The windows were dirty and the interior had not been vacuumed. The only thing that had been done is the seats were shampooed. Sheldon did a great job though. And the front desk ladies were nice and as helpful as they could be. They were the only good thing about this place.

Ive had nothing but Good experiences here when I still owned my Toyota Corolla and barely had any issues but this experience takes the cake.Took my 2015 Ford Mustang for a quote due to a cracked rim. I would have never gone here, but they were one of the only close by body shops I could go to for a quote.Not only did I get quoted for the WRONG/INCORRECT part number, but as I was trying to fix the human error by calling from work the next day, Mr. Bryant had hung up on me after being placed on hold for no more than 10 seconds because of an important phone call I had to take.I am a more than willing to pay CUSTOMER, but that hang up and rudeness over the phone by Mr. Randy Bryant while I was trying to discuss the human error that was made on my repair quote wins the prize!Your employees represent your business and I have never been more disappointed in a business for an employees action.Just a few things I think Mr. Bryant can work on improving.1.) Unwillingness to cooperate over the phone.2.) Disregard for Customer Safety from current vehicle damage. (see #1)3.) PATIENCE4.) CUSTOMER SERVICEor just focus on number 4. That works too.

Beware, quality of work and customer service left me speechless. They kept my car for 3 weeks to order Honda parts and complete repairs. Well I had to return to my car several times for a trunk that was and still does not close correctly, a rear window which would not roll down after they repaired the door and a missing rear-end light cover located inside the trunk that they did not replace even though there was a noticeable opening that exposed wiring/bulbs. Do I need to say more?.....timeframe of my repairs 12/12/13-01/08/14............................................... Chester location

I had the worst experience with priority collision in colional heights I took my car in from an accident thought they were the best because I got my car from there come to find out once I took my car home once they called me to pick it up my husband looked at the car and found spray paint all over my car it felt so rouge the front bumper wasnt painted at all so I took it back for the second time explain it to the girl at the desk she went to the back to tell them what happen the guys tried to say I bought it in that way so I said no I didnt because my car hasnt had any body work done to my car so she spoke to her manager and he decided to take care of it that following Monday went there they put me in an loaner until my car was done call me next morning said my car was ready I was at work with loaner told them Ill be there after work with the loaner car call my husband told him to check out the car he went there the car wasnt no better he talked with the manager the manager said there nothing else he can do my husband said he was very unfriendly not professional at all you would thought he was someone off the streets I give that place a one star because the girls at the desk was very friendly I will NEVER CARRY MY CAR THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE!!!

In all of the many times in my life that Ive had to take my car into a body shop this is thee worst experience of my life. Even my insurance agent said that in the 17 years of being in business they had never had someone take over two months to get their car finished. You would think my car was in a major accident. No I had minor scuffs to the rear valance (bottom lip of the ground effects), the front nose clip had some spider webbing where the fiberglass got flexed and the rear end was knocked out of alignment. That was it! The estimator Russell Jennings was incompetent, communication was horrible. I felt like I had to babysit him to find out the progress of my car. Week after week it was another delay or excuse. They damaged more than was messed up on the car in the first place. The main body shop manager Jeanette Frazier was extremely discourteous. In the time that they had my car numerous interior parts were damaged including the console door broken completely by someone putting their weight on it, the drivers side visor being ripped and split, they also put a hole through the side of my tire while on the the machine so they had to replace this as well. They didnt bother to tell me that the console had been broken until the day I went to pick it up.Now over two months from when they received it they call me and tell me its finally finished. This after they put an entirely new front bumper on, new rear bumper because of their destroying my factory one that had no problems, and finally the proper rear valance. I go up there and check out the car. The brand new front clips has gouges and scrapes in it from where someone drove it and it ground into the pavement.
