The guys behind the counter have always been friendly and very helpful. When I go there to find an odd part they are very accommodating, even going so far as to special order a $4 part. Whenever I need parts I always think of them first.Top notch place.

Excellent service, staff is knowledgeable and eager to help even with the hard to find items. Almost everything I’ve ever asked for is in stock and on that rare occasion they don’t have part it’s there later the same day.

As I walked in, a guy with no mask was walking out. 3 clerks behind the counter. None wearing masks. All watching a Trump video loudly. Not one of them asked if I needed help. I did not find what I was looking for. Store is dirty and disorganized. I just moved to the area and this was my first visit. Also my last.

The people here are SO nice. I wanted to do a diagnostic on my car engine which Toyota wanted a $137.00 for. They handed me a device to see exactly what was wrong, showed me how to use it, and it was free. Excellent!!

Love this store! Super helpful and knowledgeable. As a female most stores I get looked at like I have no clue what I’m talking about or asked 15 times if I’m sure that’s the part I need. Here I’m greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude can’t say enough good things!

Extremely helpful in locating the right part for the job. Always go out of their way to help you. Multiple times theyve actually come out to the parking lot and changed wiper blades,matched up bolts, and visually looked at what I could not explain. Too notch car people.

Favorite part store to go to! They have alot of stuff that other parts stores dont have. They have gone above and beyond may times to helped find the odd hard to find parts on a few or my restoration/ hot rod projects through the years. Great people there.

If you are a female, please dont expect any sort of respect from male employees here. I would have paid for eye contact or any sense of maybe she DOES know what shes talking about. But dont worry, the male that walks in behind you will get a 4-star greeting and a conversation. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I wanted to return a battery that did not work for our equipment however I was informed that they can’t except a return on a battery. I get it but I don’t see anywhere on their sales receipt that batteries or any other item you purchased from them is not returnable. Not the end of the world but they had a real attitude about it. I won’t be back.

Very helpful but didnt have the tool I needed in stock, but wouldve ordered it & had it 2 days if I wanted.

Employees are extremely helpful and have a good knowledge base of their products.
