SES is hands down my favorite supply house to go in to. I never feel ignored and the counter staff is always helpful. Ive had to make changes to tickets on-the-fly, add to, and subtract from orders last minute and the staff is patient and with me the whole way. They understand that my time is valuable and always work to get me loaded up and checked out as quick as possible as well as answer questions when i have them. Cant say enough about the staff up front and in the warehouse.When Im in the field and I call in the staff in the back is always on point and quick with the info I need. Part number, price quote, system specs, part availabilty, cross reference, product info, no matter what the issue Im having someone always seems to have an answer or will take the time to find it and call me back directly to help me out.SES is always offering classes and trainings for new and existing product lines, technical trainings and how to boost sales workshops. Well organized and useful in a super fast growing industry.From top to bottom you can tell the women and men at SES care about what they do when they come to work!
