I googled this music spot because its right there on Taylor road and I never got his name but the guy working the front was so nice. He tuned my sons cello and showed how to take care of the instrument and the bow and while I was waiting I heard someone playing the electric guitar which was really cool and soothing. The vibes in there were so positive. The customer service here was beyond awesome. Thank you for your service and being so kind. And also I didnt catch his name but the guy who does the music lessons there was so nice and kind too. πππ
Stopped in to buy practicd drumsticks for marching band. Only purchased one set because they were much cheaper on Amazon. The sales clerk said he understood, so I was happy not to have a pushy sales person.
Super friendly staff, shared a laugh with one of them after asking him to play the bassline to One by Metallicaπ
Great place for instruments, repairs, and classes.
Great place a lot of musical equipment knowledgeable people easy to work with if your a musician give them your business.
Great place to get all your music needs filled. Good and curtious staff. Extremely knowledgeable about products. Was willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend.
The owners and employees at HP Music and Arts are phenomenal. They were attentive to details, flexible and accommodating during my book launch that was held there. The staff is friendly and provides the best customer service I have seen in a long time. If you are looking for a unique venue to hold an event or a peaceful place to have a cup of tea this establishment is for you.
Great place knew exactly what he was talkin about
The staff is always friendly.
Music & Arts in Chesapeake is an awesome place to go to if you want to learn to play just about any instrument. Super friendly environment. If you have questions, concerns or a complaint, Chris is always willing to assist.
Entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I do most of my music business at Music & Arts.
These folks were really super helpful. They just sold their last drum key. So the guy behind the counter gave me his rather than make me wait. Still have them $5. Nice way to do business.
5 stars are not enough to give this location! The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I had a clarinet repaired here. They were reasonably expeditious in the repair when they heard my daughter needed it for band competition. In addition, I have also purchased an electric guitar for my other daughter. The prices are reasonable and the staff are quick to rectify any issues that may arise. We will always come back for any of our music needs.
Very clean and friendly. Great price.
The staff here is amazing! They are very informative and are willing to help in any way they can. They have fixed both of my kids violins from time to time and are very reasonable. I would recommend the store to anybody!
Best music store around. Additionally, I bring my guitar here for all repairs. Jason Dorsey is very adept at his job. My son takes lessons here and they are affordable and flexible.
11/10 recommend. great people work here
Quality of guitar lessons are excellent, employees are professional and knowledge base/ customer service is on point, they will work with you to maintain your lessons as long as you give them adequate notice. Would recommend this place to any and everyone who is beginning or interested in music!
Best customer service ever. Chris was fantastic and really knew what he was talking about. I will definitely go back.
Entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, personable and extremely friendly. I do all of my instrument buying at this store.
Kenny Marshall is also known as The Fret Doctor and for good reason. I have always been well satisfied with his work . A true professional.
I am happy with the quality of my daughters piano lessons and how willing they have been to work with our schedule when the need to reschedule has arisen
Great staff and products. Would be better if they had more selection on hand
They have just about everything that you need, hey give lessons and do repairs and maintenance on instruments and equipment, very nice people.
They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Watch your credit card statement when you return the instrument - I was charged the following month π€
Ive been taking lessons there for 8 years and compared to all other music shops they are by far the best, whether its personnel or instruments.
Seemed to be family owned friendly and very helpful from repair work to lessons even rentals cool little musical instrument shop seems to stay busy
Violins are relatively cheap here and they have a decent selection of rosin.
This is a small town music store stocked with the basic necessities. Staff is extraordinary and wonderful. Kenny Marshall is the best guitar tech in Hampton Roads.
The staff is wonderful and very helpful! Kathy and Suzie are the best teachers!!
It shouldnt take 3 weeks to tune a viola and you shouldnt stop to have a conversation about Christian Conversion with somebody while youre about to hand me said viola and make me wait 10 minutes while you talk about Youth Groups to give me it.Not coming here again but the guy with the glasses and red hair is cool though.
Great store for your basic needs, friendly helpful staff!
I came in to find a lyre for my sons trombone...it was more than I wanted to pay...but the service was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Excellent instructors and tutorials
Very disappointed with DnD and its returned policy.
Friendly Staff
