I own a 2016 KW T680 with a warranty and brought my truck in for diagnostics for a cruise control sensor issue. After three days they indicated that I would have to replace (out of pocket) an airbag and brake chamber in order for them to troubleshoot my truck. I was charged $752 for that diagnostic which wasn’t even a problem with my truck. Don’t waste your time and money here for service. The parts department is way more helpful to get you back on the road if you know what you need. They also put a hole in my front bumper that I just noticed. Beware!!!
From the time we arrived to the time we picked up our truck the staff was extremely helpful,informative, and knowlegable! Highly recomended for anyone needing planned or unexpected service.
Good place to get a inspection done
Im dont like giving bad reviews but this is a MUST. TEI has given me the absolute worst service I’ve ever received from a shop anywhere! I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer care and nonchalant attitudes as if they hate their jobs and their customers . I’m over $4000 in repairs, truck is still down after 4 weeks, and 4 times back the shop.Their communication is pretty much non existent, you have to call them multiple times to remind them your truck is at their shop. Getting a hold of management is a task in itself but now I understand why, they don’t care and that reflects on how their employees handle situations.Ive never felt so disrespected as a customer. Beware of their bad business practices.
In 3 hours, they fixed what the MHC Kenworth in Nashville couldnt do in 5 days. I will always come back here for service, the customer experience was exceptional.
My name is Ermane I have problems with my truck I took it to truck Enterprise in Chesapeake Virginia after almost 2 weeks they call me they said they work in the truck same problems still exists without fixing my truck they already give me a bills $1100 they asked me if I wanted them to keep working I said ok, another 2 weeks they call me said truck is ready for pickup, I were happy my truck is fixed I pickup my truck also they give a bills for $2700 in the next day my truck still have the same problem, they problems in the truck was while Im driving the truck cut off they new truck wasnt fixed they call me anyway to pick up the truck this is a bad place to take your truck too I will never take my truck to them again bad mechanics bad service they are really fake peoples.

Been a exhausting week to get my truck fixedCame in on Monday with a bad vibration in the drives of my truck.I have an older truck which makes somethings rough.Pulled drive shafts out sent them out to be balanced. Next day they installed them but to late to do test drive. after getting the oil changed and getting the transmission cooler back in.Next day working on fixing my air leaks it’s fixedDid not know metal shavings were on the front rear end plug till Thursday night after I took a test drive and still had vibration in the rearsWell you kind of get the scoop as my week has been Not 100% happy but I would like to mention few names like mike at the service desk and one other has been helpful and three service technicians I think one tech name is DougI’m bad with namesGet my truck back in the morning and need to be back to work.

Really nice guys Service guy and the parts guy were accommodating. I lost my starter at noon gave them a call they told me they could squeeze me in . They had me in and out in 2 1/2 hours and the price was reasonable. Thanks guys
Not bad! Nine months ago, I had an egr valve replaced. Nine months later, I had to spend another $2000 to finish the job they should have done. My truck started leaking coolant from this repair and come to find out they put my OLD o-rings back in and didnt torque the machine bolts back so I lost 2! Be careful who you trust to work on your equipment. Seems like shortcuts is a frequent thing here.
Would have been 4 or 5 stars, but at least one person here is a thief.Take anything of value out of your truck.Especially Nice brand name Flashlights.In the last two visits I’ve had two Mag LitesStolen.
Do not bring your truck here. These people call, tell you its ready for pick up and the problem is worse than when you left it. They hate doing warranty work. Kept our truck 3 weeks when 1 would have been more than sufficient. You would think that Kenworth would hire professionals that do good work and give loyal customers excellant customer service but not the case here! Stay away!
These people have had our truck since April 2017. Getting updates on it is like pulling teeth. They order one part at the time and the install that to see if it works and then order something else. Have they never heard of returning things you didnt need. We still do not have our truck running and the date today is 07-25-2017. No excuse at all for this POOR service.

The absolute worst service experience ever! 3 months to fix one problem with the auto start on my electric APU, ( a warranty issue) and at this writing they are still not finished. No call backs from the service writer, service manager, or director of service. if you plan on taking your truck here plan on making at least a dozen phone calls to follow up.There are countless other issues that needed to be addressed, but all I want to do now is get my truck back. This crew at best are part changers. I have been a service manager in several large dealerships and am baffled how they still can have a Kenworth dealership.Remember, if you go here you were warned.Note: Truck Enterprise, please dont ask me to write you about the experience and what went wrong. If you dont know....thats the problem
So far its not going good bought a truck from nam never even made a trip its got electrical problems and theyre taking their time about fixing that not happy

Worst service I ever had from KW, no updates on status of truck and taking way longer than it was supposed too . On top of it they couldnt release my truck too reschedule maintenance because they couldnt tell whether the truck was apart or not . Thats something you should stay on top of .
