This store is unlike any other Pawn Shop I have been to! It is so clean and organized and it doesn’t leave you feeling overwhelmed because of how over stuffed the shelves are when looking at their inventory. Their prices are amazing seeing a lot of there inventory is new or in like new condition. Let’s not forget how amazing their staff is, they are so helpful and knowledgeable and they don’t pressure you or make you feel like you have to purchase something because they took the time to show you multiple items. They truly go above and beyond to make your visit one of a kind and definitely memorable!

I called and inquired about a specific pistol that they didn’t have in stock and a few weeks later, Donald got in touch with me to let me know they had one. Who does that?! Went in, and got it. Staff was super courteous and helpful. Did not have the used car lot feel of other stores. Told my son, and came in with him as he purchased his first rifle. Wealth of knowledge and advice. They aren’t close to where I live, but the drive is more than worth it for that kind of customer service. Keep up the great work!!!

We love this pawn shop. It’s not your typical place. It’s very clean. Displays well. Trade ins are reasonable. Prices are fair. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer easy layaway plans and payments are super convenient to make. We have bought many different types of items here. We have also had their gunsmith repair items. I love their handbag and jewelry side. My kids love their electronics. And the husband likes the gun side.Definitely stop in and see what they have. Their inventory changes daily.

I came across VA Premier Pawn’s page on Instagram. I followed them a I saw a Louis Vuitton bag that I was interested in. At the time I wasn’t familiar with the area because I had just moved here. I called and they sent my pictures of it and let me know that I could lay away it online. The process was so simple and it allowed me to make my payments online every month. When it was time to pick my bag up I want to the store and met them in person. They were all nice and pleasant. We talked as if we were old friends. I even found a wallet to purchase as well. They have a variety of items to choose from but I would have never expected to find the gem that I did. I definitely recommend them for just about any item you’re looking for and I’m a customer for life!!!
