I do not recommend this repair shop. I took my iPhone 8 in to get a new battery. The girl paused a conversation on her phone to find out what I needed. When I returned she was talking on her phone again while she finished fixing my phone. I received my phone and was able to open it and it seemed like everything was fine. Later I went to close an app and noticed it was making a noise when I double pushed the home button. I took it back to the shop and I showed her what was happening. She insisted she didnt touch anything but the battery change. She did open it up and checked the screws but it didnt fix the problem. Later I took it to the Apple Store at Lynnhaven Mall. They found out that a screw was missing from the haptic engine bracket which has NOTHING to do with a battery replacement. Again, I do not recommend this repair shop.

I went in because the digitizer went out on my Galaxy S5. They replaced it and when they did they threw away my good screen protector & replaced it with a cheap one.Less than two weeks go by & the digitizer is complete falling off my phone. Sooooo I go back in & he completely reglues the digitizer on my phone. Ok now Im noticing that the home button doesnt work right. So instead of putting something underneath of it like its supposed to have, he just says its ok just push at the bottom. By now Ive been there a while so I just say ok & leave.Fast forward about 2-3 weeks more. Now the digitizer is going bad, my phone wont charge & when I call & complain I am told I have to pay AGAIN if I want to have it fixed!Im sorry this is the most shoddy workmanship I have ever seen. There was NO reason why my phone should be acting like it is. I was basically ACCUSED of doing something to it to cause all of these problems WELL if using my phone is enough to cause all this then yes Im guilty. Otherwise I do believe its defective equipment!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!

I was just at this place and was looking for a glass screen protector and phone case. I walked up to kiosk and the guy is on his phone and rudely says “yes” as if I disturbed him. I let it slide and asked him if he had what I was looking for, mind you, he is still looking at his phone not even acknowledging me. Once I said what I was looking for he ask for what phone and when I told him the phone I had he says “nope” without still looking at me and is on his phone. He clearly doesn’t care about the customers or the company of this place.
