Rick at the Chesapeake location was amazing! I first took my phone to Apple and Computer Concepts to try to fix my screen, only to be told, sorry, youre out of luck. Thankfully, Rick was able to replace and fix my screen in less than 20 minutes and for less money than both of the above places normally charge. Rick, thank you so very much!! Professional, kind, patient, fast, affordable. I highly recommend and will refer my friends and family here.

Let me start by saying I did not have anything fixed. I brought a PS4 in for a diagnostic and they didnt charge me. I appreciated the honesty that they gave me concerning the repair and that it was not worth doing because of the price. Might as well just get a new system they said. I cant tell you how much I appreciate that Honesty because most places are just willing to take your money

My husband cracked his screen at work, he submitted a claim through our phone service and it directed him to bring it to this shop. I picked up his phone from him and went straight there. They had the claim and his new screen ready. Had it all done in 20 minutes. GREAT service. Everyone there was kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for phone repairs!

I had an insurance claim for my Note 20 Ultra. I fell while running and destroyed my screen. They had the parts in stock and replaced it within 3 hours.Very satisfied. Not sure about what its like to be a walk in, but with insurance it was a piece of cake!

I purchased a new phone and needed the cameras taken out of it. I brought a phone that they tried to remove but it couldnt be done. We went over what other phones I was considering, so that I knew which ones they could remove. I spent the rest of the evening swapping out my phone. I showed up at opening the next day. They asked what number to call for a quote, I told them to just do it. It took about 2 hours to get the 5 cameras removed. I found out the price when I got there. It was a good price for the work being done.I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area if you need your electronics repaired.

The Chesapeake location was further than I had anticipated. However, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about replacing my Android battery under my Asurion warranty.Had I known earlier, I would have chosen the Suffolk, VA establishment to repair my phone.Despite a three-hour turnaround, I was very pleased with my service.

A couple of days ago I had a minor but important repair needed for my older Motorola smart phone. I found a uBreakiFix location on Volvo Parkway and called them. I ended up taking my phone to them. I returned two hours later; they were able to repair my phone for which I was grateful as it is my only way to keep in touch with anyone. The young men were each friendly and helpful. Im disabled and walk with two canes. One of them helped me step off the curb to get to my car. I will definitely keep this business in mind if I need other repairs to my phone.

Where to start...I bought a Redmi Note 9 pro from Walmart and for a warranty.... The ear receiver went out and it made my job difficult. So when I tried to get the warranty started, they told me that it was on me to bring it to a local technician.The last time I brought a phone to a local dude, the technician, the dude had my phone looking like it came out of battle.So after reading reviews, I found Ubreakifix. They were very respectful and went above and beyond to get my phone handled. It took a little while to get done but that is due to having a very uncommon phone. They dont often work on my brand and it looks BRAND NEW...and it wasnt even that expensive. Felt like a fever dream, yall. They even handled the hassle of helping me get the warranty receipt reimbursement happen because Square Space was bugging.I just wanted to get my phone fixed but now I found peace of mind. As a tech dude, I highly recommend. They put in work*Update*My phone was exposed to water and I took it back. They said it didnt have signs of water damage but when I asked if they could order the ear speaker part, they just refused because this time, apparently their inventory doesnt sell the part and they didnt bother.... WelpIf you dont have common phones, dont bother I guess.

I had a bad experience with this location. My tech name was Anthony h. I came in for a screen replacement for my pixel 5 and before the replacement I told them to make sure theres no dust or hair near my camera lens in which they said ok theyll make sure its good, well fast forward I have the phone back and theres hair around my camera lens so I asked could they remove and was told it would take 45 mins which is absurd because had they did it rite the first time they wouldnt have to do it again so then I told them Ill go to a different location well it turns out I couldnt so I came back to the Volvo location and was told it would take an hour and 45 mins which is even worst and I could also hear a guy from the back saying well he shouldve let me do it the first time. Well the first time you shouldve gotten it correct and I wouldnt be coming back. This place is very unprofessional and slow at working and also clearly doesnt understand how to do their job rite and check over things before returning devices back to the customers. Stay away from this place youll be better off getting the company that made the phone to repair your Device. Ill never go back here again or do business with the company.

The 5 stars is for the quality of the work. They repaired my S10+ and I couldnt be more pleased.I did have difficultly getting my part. If you are having difficulty getting your part in please ask for Anthony. He floats from Edinburgh to Volvo locations. He is super helpful and had it repaired the next day. If I hadnt spoken with him, it wouldve gone unrepaired for over a month. I say this with confidence as I was called a little over a month later saying my part was in. Thanks Anthony for getting me squared away.

I brought in my xbox one and was told it was a 2 day diagnostic. After 6 days, I decided to call and I was told 3 different people looked at it and couldnt find anything wrong with it. So I go pick it up and take it home. As soon as I get home and update it, same problem is still happening.

Ugh. My stupidity really cost me some $$! Broke my screen last night and made an appointment for the next day(today)! The quoted price was $239 and ended up spending $282 for a screen replacement on a Note 10. OUCH. These people were great though. Competitively priced since others started at $330+. Quick service and it looks like it never even happened. 10/5. Highly recommend. Nice curbside service.

Horrible service and communication, assurion makes the appointment, ubreakifix calls immediately amd says they have to order the part amd cant tell me when it will be there, I call the next Thursday, they say the part is in but they dont have time to fix the phone, its 5pm, so I said thats fine Ill do it Saturday morning, I get a call from them the next day saying that they just recieved my work order and need to order a screen, wait what, so the person on the phone tried explaining himself but then says oh we have your screen here I was just talking about someone else with the same phone, ok see you Saturday, bring in the phone they say it should be ready by 330, I call they say its ready, I go in they say its not ready I need 10min, come back 30 later, still not ready cant tell you how long, a hour goes by nothing, I call them and he still cant say when, finally get the phone fixed but the headache was not worth the savings, use a different location for good service ....maybe

They broke my iPad! Had to take it back multiple times now they are saying they sent my iPad off and that my iPad is now lost in transit and was not delivered back to their store . Do not trust them!

I have been having issues with my iPhone which were getting worse and tech support from Apple wasn’t helpful at all. I went to the ubreakifix store and met Julian the who provided extraordinary customer service, patience, professionalism and resolved the issues I was experiencing with my iPhone.

Waited two weeks after sending my phone in for them to somehow order the wrong parts for it. Always put on hold when calling their office to find out what was going on, resorted to calling corporate and even they struggled to contact this store. they dont check their emails often either. take your device literally anywhere elseUPDATE: they stole my phones SIM card

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience. I dropped off my iPad to be repaired of a cracked screen on November 7. I was told that the repair would be completed in three to four days. After I was not contacted with an update, I called the store twice between November 11 and November 18. Each time I was informed that the new screen had not arrived.Angrily, I cancelled my ipad screen repair with uBreakiFix on November 18 and took it to a business less than a mile away—-I picked it up two hours later. Eleven days for a cracked screen repair and correspondence with the customer, uBreakiFix is a NO for me!

Great Speedy service, I brought my phone in for a screen replacement and it was finished before before the quoted time. My repair was a insurance claim, but their rates are reasonable. If you need repairs on expensive electronics then this is the shop for you.
