Need internet for your RV trips? Heres the place to get it! Ask for Holly. She was my contact from beginning to end. Very nice, friendly, personable, and reasonable.Make sure you are ready for an investment to upgrade your remote/traveling experience. Its an upgrade that doesnt come cheap. And please keep in mind that this product relies on satellite service so be sure your location is covered (I recommend Verizon) and that youve got clear skies.Their customer support team was fantastic as well. I called a few times and Michael helped me most of the time. (Had router set up issues and other questions) He was great and was very patient with me. And when he got to a point when he couldnt help, he found me someone who could and they did the next morning.

First I will start by saying Holly, a customer service rep, is fantastic. Beyond that - the service and quality are horrible. We purchased last year and paid a base rate - had problematic service at Lake Pomona so they talked us into a different service this year. IT WAS WORSE!! and when I called, they said I was on the best network. I had to cancel my working at home plans, and we had to cancel several days of vacation/out of town because of the unreliable service. I then called to downgrade my plan and was ignored. Finally in speaking with a manager to get a credit for overpaying (2x the previous year monthly rate) he proceeded to argue everything with me and did absolutely NOTHING to keep me as a customer nor make it right in the poor service we received. DONT USE them - there are other options - of which I guess Ill have to figure that out.

I bought a satellite internet system for my airstream from Mobil Sat. Every step of the process from initial sales call to installation was highly professional and a enjoyable experience. This is a family owned business and I met 3 of the family members. They are the type of people that make you feel like you are part of the family the first time you meet them. This was the cherry on top of an overall excellent experience. I bought the system so that I can work remotely on extended family adventures. I just arrived at a campsite in Pagosa Springs Colorado late last night and when I went to call my wife to tell her I arrived safely I realized I did not have any cell signal. I quickly and easily launched the satellite and had connectivity in no time. Day 1 of my summer quest and I’m already thankful I made the investment. I highly recommend Mobil Sat to anyone looking for excellent service, equipment, and a great family behind it all. My family will be flying to Durango to join me in the adventure and I am now confident we can explore off grid adventures and still have the connectivity I need.

When I called Holly was the rep that answered my call. She explained all the different packages and what they would do and the prices of each. She answered every question that I had and also I few that I had forgotten to ask.We purchased the 500 GB plan due to my wifes job working from our Tou Hauler RV.Between her job, two cell phones, three TVs all connected to the router, we have have no issues what so ever. I stream movies while my wife is working and the router handles it all with no slow downs or clitches.We highly recommend this company and Holly as the go to lady for all the correct info.Bud Obermeyer
